I recieved a message from the company regarding an old credit card i had. I had fell behind years ago & was offered payment options i was not able to afford the payment plan & ended up with a judgement in favor of the creditor who is now garnishing my wages at a much higher amount due to me being liable for legal fees. Im working now but my check is being affected.

I was contacted by a co. Called Legal Carrier Services 743-999-8157 who said The were trying to serve me with papers and to cal "AJ PAUL & ASSOC."

I called and they are saying i owe a debt "which I don't" and verified all my ssn, DOA and former address. I asked for there location and was told they have several locations nationwide. Also the ph#'s for both co. Are diff. but same office. They kept saying my name and asking if I was myself(3) times.
