Hello I ordered my items on April 26, 2020 and I still haven't received my order in the total amount of $53.91. I tried the tracking number and it is reading tracking number not found...I have emailed them today on June 5th so I am going to dispute the transaction and turn them into police authority!

I purchased from them in April have emailed them several times trying to find out where my item is they give a generic response saying will receive tracking soon. It is now June and still nothing I have asked several times for a refund they keep saying they can not refund because order is set to ship this has been there response for a month now..

Scammers. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal. After almost two months I am in a resolution to get my refund. They added a fake tracking number. Simply unethical. They even provided a fake tracking number.

I placed an order on 4/7/2020. My credit card was charged on 4/7/2020. It is now 6/1/2020, and i still have not received my item. According to the tracking number, my item has been "on route" to the US since 4/19. Customer service is terrible. They refuse to do anything but tell me my item has shipped. They will not give me a refund. I thing this is a scam business. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I made a purchaced back in early April, the 9th 2020. Today is 5/27/20 and I haven't received my package. Alot of back and forth with someone in Facebook Messenger about my package. Now they blocked me! People like them are theives! And they are blaming it on Covid-19...ridiculous! They give e-commerce a bad rap. Also customers like myself like to support small businesses, I refuse to support moving forward, due to my bad experience. Simplee Beautee will not prosper and all the money they scammed from people who work hard for their money, they will not prosper in life!

I'm not sure if you're in the United States but if you are file a complaint with the FTC the more I can think better filed against that company that better chances though actually pursue something. It's a start that's all I have to say.

Been over a month since I ordered. Repeated emails saying someone to review my order then no additional response. Was told order will be shipped with tracking. I called my bank to reverse charge and fraud alert. They must have verified so me how cause the payment was removed again this morning. Says item has shipped and the FedEx tracking number is not traceable. What kind of thieves are these people.

I made a purchase to Simpleebeauty on Facebook; or clicked a link on FB. I ordered a product in April, waited an additional week past the estimated time to allow for Covid delays. I wrote to ask for update. I was given a tracking # that I couldn’t trace, wrote again, got a reply saying pkg is on the way... but nothing! I have been strung along for way too long. I just contacted my bank to reverse charges. I looked up reviews of this company, and found my story told by MANY others. This is fraud!

Contact the FTC.. I just got off the phone and as of right now they can't do much but the more people that file a complaint with the FTC. It's a good chance for them to go after that Company.

So I was on Pinterest, I saw this product on simplee beautee and I placed an order that was back on April 22nd. I waited for about two weeks because they send me an email with that spiel due to the pandemic blah blah blah blah blah so I waited another week and I emailed them asking if anything has been shipped. They said that the package has already been picked up from their warehouse and it's on its way. I sent them and another email stating that if my package has been sent out I haven't received a tracking number I just wanted any information about my packages that very same day they sent me a tracking number I checked it out and to my surprise the tracking numbers do not exist. I contacted DHL go to someone over the phone and they said that there's tracking numbers do not exist and I sent them another email telling them that I contacted the carrier and I told them I wanted a refund and they keep sending me the same generic emails that you all have been receiving. So now, I think what I'm going to do is I'm going to dispute this with the bank. Then I'm going to go ahead and file a police report with my local law enforcement. After that I'm going to go ahead and file a complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center and also to The Federal Trade Commission and the federal bureau of investigation, Then I'm going to contact Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest informing them of the scams that was not done to only to me but to a lot of others. Due to the pandemic and all I have so much time on my hands. If you want in on this to let me know. Or if you want me to update you let me know. And if you're someone that is doing their research before purchasing their products good for you! I applaud you do not purchase anything from this company! You have been warned! Every time I try to reach out to their support team they come back saying it’s been processed and I’ll get shipping info soon. I still have never gotten any confirmation or shipping information. DO NOT ORDER FROM SIMPLEE BEATUTEE! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! NOT LEGITIMATE! NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEY ROBBED ME OF $55.00. THEY LIED AND GAVE ME A FRAUDULENT TRACKING ORDER that USPS said was a fake number!

Ordered middle of March, it is May 15 and products havent arrived. Upon calling the 800 number, you're to leave a message or email them. I have done many messages and emailed many times and they stopped answering when I told them the tracking number was BONUS.

THEY ARE CHINA BASED, even though their physical address is in Utah.

I placed in order on April 2nd. I have emailed numerous times with just the same response. "Your order has shipped and we will provide tracking in a day or two." Never got tracking info, have asked for a refund and they refuse because they state the item has shipped. And never once did this company forewarn me this item was being shipped from China. I have gotten nowhere with them and I think they are scammers. I suggest to never order from this business or you will get ripped off.
