Fake fax invoice from Relay Wire for annual service renewal

We received an invoice from Relay Wire via fax. It included our name, address, and a fake account number. The summary of charges stated a annual service renewal- year 3 for $498.85. The description of services was fax number routing, web portal access, searchable records, encrypted transmission, data export, support, and other services. Had a contact email, billing inquiries email, and tech support email. They asked me to remit payment to 9535 Forest Lane, Suite 114J, Dallas, TX 75243. They asked me to pay by check or ACH. The invoice looked very realistic, but thankfully I knew that we don't use any services like that.

Received fake invoice from Relay Wire for fax renewal

Received a fax from Relay Wire. It is an invoice for Annual Renewal for service for our fax number. We actually have two fax numbers and neither are associated with Relay Wire and never have been. Invoice has the bill to address as our old address (as we moved about 4 months ago) and an account number. Payment and Remittance information given is:

Fraudulent invoice from Relay Wire for annual service renewal

Our business received a fax of an invoice for $498.85 from "Relay Wire" for "Annual Service Renewal - Year 3" including "Fax number routing; web portal access; searchable transmission records; encrypted transmission; service availability monitoring; standard support; and data export functionality." We do not have a contract with Relay Wire for any services, and we contract with a different company for these services, so this invoice is fraudulent.

Custom Seal, Inc. received an invoice from Relay Wire via fax. An originating fax number did not come up when I ran reports on the fax machine. Our fax line is not through Relay Wire....never heard of them. Custom Seal had a breach in our computer system in February.
