Relay Wire fake invoice sent twice with wrong name

This was sent to us twice. First time had a completely different name associated with it and the incorrect address. I had sent a fax to them stating we do not have an account with them and this is not our address. The first one did not have our name on it. This invoice lists a woman's name Stephanie Wray - has an email of relaywire.app Account # NO sales tax. We do not use this service. 100% a Scam.

My office received a fax with a bill for "fax infrastructure service" unsolicited by me or my office. It itemized "professional fax infrastructure - base service" $289.00, 'searchable archive retention" $94.95, "verified delivery proof generation" $68.00 and "annual account management & compliance" $18.00. They offered no phone number and it came from someone who calls themself Stephanie Wray. We have never heard of this company and we contract a different provider for such services.

Relay Wire fake invoice fax scam

We received a fax from our fax service which was familiar to me, so I initially thought it was a bill from them. Red flags were firing right away because the fax service we purchased was supposed to save us $24.99/month on our telephone service. Once I really looked at the fax, I realized that it was not from our fax vendor but from Relay Wire and realized it was a scam. Relay Wire gave the mailing address to remit payment. I reported them to our fax vendor and will also report to our IT team as well as ScamPulse.
