Promised furniture as at home going out of business and my tracking number was invalid, the customer service number was disconnected, the email used never responded back regarding my request for an updated status and the chat with customer service button doesn’t work as well. Never received my merchandise.

I responded to an ad on my phone. I ordered a product from LadyDry on June 1, 2025. When I had not gotten it by July 1, I responded to [email protected]. They told me they were checking on it. Nothing happened. I had three more requests for my product or a refund, including their telling me it had shipped. It hadn't. I have heard nothing more....no refund.

Reddit claims that this is a dropped shipping scam. I never received a shipping confirmation and tracking info appeared vague and fake. Claimed to ship in 4 days from within the US. Obviously shipping from China. I requested to cancel the order and did not receive a response. Requested a refund through my credit card company.

They supposedly attempted to deliver the product but couldn't because of an 'incomplete address'. It's the same address I've had everything sent to for four years. Customer service has not responded

This company portrays as a website selling footwear for babies + toddlers. I reached out to support asking for a refund multiple times. In the responses they would ignore my request and share false delivery information, say that they are experiencing delays and offer a free pair of baby shoes.

On December 18, 2024, I purchased Premium Contour Relief Pillow™ via coBIO's website (after clicking on Instagram ad). Shortly after I received a message that my "pillow was on the way." It never arrived. I contacted them again on March 6, and said the pillow never arrived. They apologized said they were having shipping problems, and said they would expedite a new shipment at no charge -- and extended a partial refund. A little more than a month later, April 16, and said (again) and requested a full refund. They responded: "We’re prioritizing your request and will process a full refund if we’re unable to resolve the issue promptly." Another month later, nothing. No refund, no email, no communications at all. Upon some research online, it looks like there are many "customers" who also had this experience. (I put customers in quotes because actual customers would have received a product).

Order placed 3/23/25. A confirmation received with a order confirmation number. When order confirmed, a delivery date of 14-28 business days was provided. I have not received my order. I have not had any further communication regarding my order. I have attempted to email them, multiple times, to ask when I would get my order. I have not been able to do so. The "contact" page just sends you around and around. I attempted a phone call of 416-538-5457 and "contact privacy.com" was the recorded answer.

I ordered 2 pillows and 2 pillowcases on 12/16/24. It’s now 5/5/25 and I still haven’t received them. First they claimed there was a mix up in shipping. Then multiple times they’ve claimed it will ship soon. Then they sent me an email for a discount as if I’d spend more money with them. There’s no phone number. I found their site from an ad on an Apple app.

Eleva Paris is a fake hand cream website. I purchased this hand cream February 28th. They never sent the hand cream. Tried to reach them by multiple emails but comes up mailer daemon. The telephone number is a recording and I left a message but they told PayPal they never received my message but knew I was trying to contact them. During my research, their company is called high scale media limited based out of Hong Kong. I am currently disputing the case with PayPal to receive my money back.this company is a scam to scam Americans.

They advertise as a woman's company, with gun belly band holster, i made my purchase and never received an order confirmation, i tried calling sounds like a personal cell phone, left a message, tried emailing got no response, tried to contact them via their contact us form on their website but says an error occured try again later.

Purchased a st. Benedict necklace they sent no email confirmation I waited a day still nothing. I called phone number left multiple messages no response I emailed 4 times no response at this point I put block on credit card. Over week no response unless I get new credit card I am left in limbo until they decide to answer. Worst service ever they have two other complaints from better Business Bureau so this is 3rd. Don’t buy from this company. You have been warned.

Ordered 3 pair of shoes online. Received tracking info from non USPS site. Was shown as delivered. Asked postman and showed tracking then they said it wasnt a USPS tracking number.

They hide behind a shady “no refunds” policy. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card. Avoid this scammy site.

I purchased two pillows and 2 pillow cases from COBIO for $179.98 on 12-15-2024. I was provided with order number CM242910. I was tracking my order through the Shop app, but noticed it was never marked as shipped. On 01-03-2025, I emailed the company asking for an update since my order had not been shipped. I was told they had a lot of orders and they were behind so they would ship soon and

provided a tracking number. On 01-22-2025, I emailed them again asking for a phone number to speak with a supervisor since my order was still showing as not shipped. I was told they did not have phone support and that my order was “lost in transit” so they will reship a new order. On 01-23-2025, I emailed them asking for a refund since it had now been over 30 days since I placed my order and I haven’t received my items. I was told that they would look into it and that it would take 24 to 72 hours to provide a resolution. On 02-11-2025, I emailed them again for an update and again stated I wanted a refund. I was told it would take about 5 to 10 business days to process a refund. On 03-03-2025, I again emailed them for an update and stated I was still waiting for a refund and that I was going to contact

the ScamPulse.com since they have not been able to resolve my issue. On 03-08-2025, Noah, who identified himself as the business owner, responded and stated he was just made aware of this issue and he would resend my order and give me a 20% credit. On 04-15-2025, I emailed them once again stating I still haven’t received my items or my refund and that I just wanted my refund. Noah responded and stated it would take

“a few days” process a refund. It has now been over a week since that last email and over 90 days since my initial refund request and I haven’t received my refund. I looked up reviews for this business and it turns out they have done this numerous times. A lot of people complaining that they never received their orders or refunds. This needs to be stopped.

Softwarehubs.com is a scam. On Apr 5, 2025 they accepted payment for a digital download and only provided a link to the website for the product. They provided no activation code. They never replied to my emails on Apr 5 or after for assistance with the order. The phone number posted on their website does not work. Requesting assistance through their website support link produced no reply. During a chat on Apr 18, 2025 I believe I actually spoke with a live agent and was told that my request would be checked and I would receive a reply. However, I did not receive a reply after waiting 2 business days. Stay away from this sight. They are phishing for information and have no intention of offering a real service or product. **Please beware of any positive reviews as they are likely provided by individuals employed by the company**

Store advertising clothing/sweatpant jeans. One pair purchased with shipping insurance in January 2025 and still not received. Have complained many times through email. Phone number says not in service. Finally sent one item and not at all what was ordered. Then sent a second item even worse than the first. Now continually telling me that my order has been filled and nothing they will do. I have asked for proper product or refund on may occasions with nothing.
