Purchased two backpacks from the website and the products were never sent. Upon requesting refunds and or cancelling my order, the company promised to send the products, but still never sent them and refused to cancel my order or refund me.

order placed through the website and tracking information sent quicly. 6 weeks passed with no updated. contacted support via email, no phone number available. stated they were looking into it. updates every few weeks and finally an answer from "owner" stating there were multiple shippin errors and would be resovled in the next week. 4 weeks later nothing.

On 12-4-24 ordered a watch from TRUMP Watches.com. Filled out information on line, paid by credit card. Ordered as a birthday gift for a family member . March birthday has come and gone and NO WATCH. Asked serveral times via email for a refund , no refund issued . In an email, Trump watch staff stated, we will not refund, not our policy. But online policy stated , "refund at our discreation on a case by case basis".

Paid for a watch thet never arrived .

Was ordering Software for a University. Vendor never supplied it and never send activations. Just stole the money. Emails did not work, chat did not work phone# would ring and receive no answer

Someone I know told me about this website, and said they had good quality shoes. I ordered when they were having an “anniversary sale”. I never received a confirmation number or anything, so I reached out, and they said it was because a delay in Denmark where the shoes were being made. Weeks have gone by and I have not received any record this order exists minus my card being charged. I have emailed the company several times, and get the run around every time

I placed an oder for a large bag of trail mix from Supply Center USA on 2/28/25 and have not recieved my order yet. Today is 4/4/25. I tried to use the tracking number they gave me but have been unsuccessful with that. I sent them an email about my order and received no response. Please be aware of this company. They are scammers. I read reviews from others not receiving their orders either. I

recently googled their location and it is some random building on google maps. Also, I went back onto their website and realized (a little too late) they have no direct contact phone number. I recommend DO NOT oder anything from this scammer company! Trying to get a refund thru their website was a ridiculous process it kept linking me into a constant repetitive loop that got me no where/ with no refund!

Facebook post for Hey Dude sale. Link page looked exactly like Heydude website. Made order in December. Confirmation email came from femmemood.com and credit card statement was from AWX.VSDCFINDGALSHIRTMALL. NEver did get the order. I sent an email to customer service, they sent me a fake tracking number, I let them know, they made excuses and said the package was lost. They refused a refund and made hardship excuses. I researched the website and credit card transaction and found out it was a fraudulent company. I sent another email, they tried to negotiate a refund and tried to get me to accept lesser amounts of a refund. After 5 refusals to negotiate and demanding a full refund they sent and email on 2/17/2024 saying the refund would take 15-25 working days. I sent another email 50 days later inquiring about not receiving a refund. They are no longer responding. Still no refund

Purchased an item for 937.50 . Website says it will ship in 3 days. This was two weeks ago . They refuse to refund me provide tracking and respond to emails now . Two weeks ago they said it shipped and now today they say it hasn’t shipped and they will not ship it

Product purchased with usual online procedure. Claimed immediate shipping with tracking number via obscure China based shipper (BESTFULFILL). According to tracking log, transit time and USA customs clearance 22 days later in Chicago. Again, all according to China tracking log, package ends up in USPS system in Atlanta. Finds its way to Los Angeles, then gets the classic “late but still on its way. In transit to next facility. 4 days later all tracking information stops. This is a full month time period from purported shipping from China to the USPS “disappearance”.

Multiple emails to Boxhero customer service asking for updates (and ultimately a refund) resulted in cookie cutter responses and eventually no response at all. MULTIPLE requests for the actual USPS tracking number fell on blind eyed. Likely all responses were preprogrammed/automated. Some had a name attached, some did not.

42 days later no product delivered, so I turned the matter over to my bank.

Small amount of money, but unethical business practices dictated reporting.

Ordered a ring from this bogus company. The only customization was increasing the karat from 2 to 3. The company said it would take 15-20 days production before it would get sent out. It has now been well over a month. When I requested a refund and updates multiple times they have refused to refund me and continue to tell me due to the customization it is still in production. They have not advised why there is a delay. At this point I am not expecting to receive anything. This company is a major scam and I have reported them to my bank.

JANUARY 14TH, 2025 I ATTEMPTED TO PURCHASE 1 BOTTLE OF YOUR GUMMIES FOR MY HUSBAND AT THE COST OF $39.99. WITHIN A MATTER OF 5 MINUTES I WAS CHARGED $239.88.

I IMMEDIATELY CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SAID THAT WAS A MISTAKE AND I JUST WANTED TO GET 1 BOTTLE. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TIL THE PACKAGE CAME AND SEND IT BACK. I RECEIVED AN RMA #.

JANUARY 23rd, 2025 I SENT PACKAGE BACK UNOPENED.

FEBRUARY 5th, 2025 I SPOKE WITH A SUPERVISOR NAMED LAURA WHO STATED SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE THE BILLING DEPARTMENT SENT MY MONEY BACK. I CALL EVERY OTHER DAY ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IT IS ON IT’S WAY.

MARCH 10th, 2025 IT IS NOW ALMOST 2 MONTHS SINCE I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK. I AM A SENIOR AND LIVE ON MY SOCIAL SECURITY AND CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE ALL T HIS MONEY. I WOULD APPRECIATE3 ANYTHING YOU MAY BE ABLE TO DO FOR ME.

UNFORTUNATELY, MY NEXT STEP IS TO REPORT YOUR COMPANY TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY.

PLEASE HAVE THE COMPANY RETURN MY MONEY. BELOW PLEASE FIND MY INFORMATION.

I ordered some hair products during the holidays. They learned that the item was lost via the delivery courier. Over the last month, I have reached out to them 4 times requesting my money back. The reason at this part that I think it’s a scam is because instead of giving me a refund, they keep offering a replacement of which they have not sent or provided a new tracking number. It’s getting ridiculous. At this point it’s not entirely about the money, they keep offering things they aren’t following through with.

Offered a product, a vitamin supplement, I ordered it on January 16. On January 17 it said “it shipped”, on January 22 the “founder” emailed me that she checked on my shipment is taking longer than expected because it is “peak shipping season”, then 22 emails advertising the products they sell with “sale codes” or advice from the founder of Nuora named Evelyn using email, [email protected], then after no direct contact about the order until February 23 “Evelyn” then tells me that the shipping may take 2-3 weeks, at this point it’s already been 38 days since placing the order, and gives me another code to “order more”, then on March 7th the status of my order changed and now says that my package was delivered on February 20th to my mailbox, which it never was. I emailed the customer support email and told them I never received my package and requested a refund on March 7th, which now someone named “Jera” said for me to check my mailbox and my property to see if it was delivered and if I can’t find it to take it up with usps. Well I can tell you that it was not ever delivered, it is not “on my property” and I firmly believe that it is a scam. The other thing I thought was very strange is that this “American made” product was for some reason shipping from overseas… I may have gotten scammed out of $68 but please help prevent others from getting scammed also

Ordered and item on January 31. Never was told it would come from overseas. February 11 - I cancelled order - tracking it to customs. As of February 27th I found out they billed me on February 1st. Item has still not been received.
