Purchased a st. Benedict necklace they sent no email confirmation I waited a day still nothing. I called phone number left multiple messages no response I emailed 4 times no response at this point I put block on credit card. Over week no response unless I get new credit card I am left in limbo until they decide to answer. Worst service ever they have two other complaints from better Business Bureau so this is 3rd. Don’t buy from this company. You have been warned.

Ordered 3 pair of shoes online. Received tracking info from non USPS site. Was shown as delivered. Asked postman and showed tracking then they said it wasnt a USPS tracking number.

I ordered from Maya Outfit and waited over theee weeks with no shipping or communication. Only after I demanded a refund did they claim my order had shipped—conveniently with no tracking info. They hide behind a shady “no refunds” policy. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card. Avoid this scammy site.

I purchased two pillows and 2 pillow cases from COBIO for $179.98 on 12-15-2024. I was provided with order number CM242910. I was tracking my order through the Shop app, but noticed it was never marked as shipped. On 01-03-2025, I emailed the company asking for an update since my order had not been shipped. I was told they had a lot of orders and they were behind so they would ship soon and

provided a tracking number. On 01-22-2025, I emailed them again asking for a phone number to speak with a supervisor since my order was still showing as not shipped. I was told they did not have phone support and that my order was “lost in transit” so they will reship a new order. On 01-23-2025, I emailed them asking for a refund since it had now been over 30 days since I placed my order and I haven’t received my items. I was told that they would look into it and that it would take 24 to 72 hours to provide a resolution. On 02-11-2025, I emailed them again for an update and again stated I wanted a refund. I was told it would take about 5 to 10 business days to process a refund. On 03-03-2025, I again emailed them for an update and stated I was still waiting for a refund and that I was going to contact

the ScamPulse.com since they have not been able to resolve my issue. On 03-08-2025, Noah, who identified himself as the business owner, responded and stated he was just made aware of this issue and he would resend my order and give me a 20% credit. On 04-15-2025, I emailed them once again stating I still haven’t received my items or my refund and that I just wanted my refund. Noah responded and stated it would take

“a few days” process a refund. It has now been over a week since that last email and over 90 days since my initial refund request and I haven’t received my refund. I looked up reviews for this business and it turns out they have done this numerous times. A lot of people complaining that they never received their orders or refunds. This needs to be stopped.

Store advertising clothing/sweatpant jeans. One pair purchased with shipping insurance in January 2025 and still not received. Have complained many times through email. Phone number says not in service. Finally sent one item and not at all what was ordered. Then sent a second item even worse than the first. Now continually telling me that my order has been filled and nothing they will do. I have asked for proper product or refund on may occasions with nothing.

Softwarehubs.com is a scam. On Apr 5, 2025 they accepted payment for a digital download and only provided a link to the website for the product. They provided no activation code. They never replied to my emails on Apr 5 or after for assistance with the order. The phone number posted on their website does not work. Requesting assistance through their website support link produced no reply. During a chat on Apr 18, 2025 I believe I actually spoke with a live agent and was told that my request would be checked and I would receive a reply. However, I did not receive a reply after waiting 2 business days. Stay away from this sight. They are phishing for information and have no intention of offering a real service or product. **Please beware of any positive reviews as they are likely provided by individuals employed by the company**

I saw this product on Facebook originally with lots of reviews and videos. The website look legitimate. It was I think even through shop which I ordered through a lot. So I ordered on March 2nd and I still haven't received the product. When I check the tracking number it's all in Chinese and I don't recognize the website. I emailed the company and they said it was in transit so they couldn't refund my money or cancel my order. But it's been almost 2 months now. I emailed them again because now it's saying it was delivered on April 14th but I did not receive it. It's saying it was delivered through USPS.

It looked like a legit business online. I ordered a pillow before Christmas as a Christmas gift. The item didn't indicate it was to be shipped from oversees. I even purchased it with insurance and have yet to have a new one set or reimbursed. I have contacted their support via e-mail. There is no phone number on their website. Support continues to claim they are trying to resolve it, but the order was placed December 16th.

Ordered Giani lashes. beginning of MARCH. Olivia, at Giani, states they were delivered and the delivery is " out of our hands" and to call the shipping company.

What kind of customer service is that?

BOTTOM LINE--Order was not delivvered. I asked for a refund . They continue to send me a bot response to check with shippers. it is a bot on the other end not providing refunds and my order was never received

I purchased their product over a month ago and still haven't received it. They refuse to give me a phone number to contact, a tracking number, or a refund. They repeatedly send the same email saying, "the package will arrive in 3-5 days." I should have known because the item is meant for children but the disclsimer on the site states not for kids under 13. Also, no address or phone number listed on their site.

order placed through the website and tracking information sent quicly. 6 weeks passed with no updated. contacted support via email, no phone number available. stated they were looking into it. updates every few weeks and finally an answer from "owner" stating there were multiple shippin errors and would be resovled in the next week. 4 weeks later nothing.

On 12-4-24 ordered a watch from TRUMP Watches.com. Filled out information on line, paid by credit card. Ordered as a birthday gift for a family member . March birthday has come and gone and NO WATCH. Asked serveral times via email for a refund , no refund issued . In an email, Trump watch staff stated, we will not refund, not our policy. But online policy stated , "refund at our discreation on a case by case basis".

Paid for a watch thet never arrived .
