I ordered 2 of their “mineral crystal coffee mugs” the items I ordered were never sent to me instead, they mailed me 2 plastic cups which stink beyond believe. I have been emailing them and try to either get the items or have them issue me a full refund. The company/ website customer service flat out refuses to do either. Our exchange lasted for almost 2 months now and they will not send me items and refused to issue me a full refund. They did offer me 20% refund on the items I never received. It’s flat out a scam to cheat on consumers and false advertisement.

I paid the items via PayPal, However, they do have my address even tho the company is listed in Singapore.

The site offers genuine crystal mugs. The company sends you resin painted mugs. They smell like chemicals and there is no sign of any crystal anywhere.

When attempting to correct- I wanted to return the products and get a refund- the refused. Instead tried to offer a 30% discount code for future use. I explained that this was not the product described and sent a screenshot of their website. They still refused.
