This organization/store is running ads on google and i purchased baby items through them. I called the phone number after no shipping and of course, it doesn't work. Also, no tracking info. They just took my money and i received nothing.

Ordered dress, company charged my credit card for this order and then charged my credit card for two other dresses I received info from different emails or websites within minutes and cancelled my order by email and called to cancel and was told that I would get cancellation info within 24 to 48 hours. Purchased wall art from Anthem Classic, never received shipping details not did I receive product. When I reached out, they were unable to provide any information on my order. I stopped receiving emails from them when I told them I would cancel transaction and report to my bank. I also tried to call them without anyone answering. I looked up this business online and it said a illegitimate scam business

I purchased items from the website. Haven't received the items or shipping information. Looked into the company. Many have reported the same issues. Ive emailed the company several times with no response. Called them. Phone # doesnt work. Looked up the address its not to thier company. People have reported this was a company under a different name last year with the same products which no on received also.

They are purporting to be an American business selling Halloween masks. They are not a real business. Their registered address is to a “registered agent” in Wyoming. They say they make masks and ship them. They are not American owned. They are not shipping from USA, they are not doing anything in the USA. They are an absolute scam.

22 days- no mask - 22 days no response. All fraud. Do not buy

I bought a Freddy Krueger mask for Halloween. I bought it online and used the shopify app too track my order. I placed the order on October 9th. I received and email saying that my order was shipped two days later but when I looked on the Shopify app my order status still said preparing shipment. I reached out to the TerrorLab and asked them how long it would take to receive my order. They told me 14 days from the date I placed the order. However,my order status still says preparing shipment and it is October the 14th. I tried sending them another email on the 12th and they didn't respond. I tried calling the phone number they had listed under their contact and to my surprise the number was out of service. Thats when I decided to do my research and seen that they had been scamming people.

Promised furniture as at home going out of business and my tracking number was invalid, the customer service number was disconnected, the email used never responded back regarding my request for an updated status and the chat with customer service button doesn’t work as well. Never received my merchandise.

I responded to an ad on my phone. I ordered a product from LadyDry on June 1, 2025. When I had not gotten it by July 1, I responded to [email protected]. They told me they were checking on it. Nothing happened. I had three more requests for my product or a refund, including their telling me it had shipped. It hadn't. I have heard nothing more....no refund.

Reddit claims that this is a dropped shipping scam. I never received a shipping confirmation and tracking info appeared vague and fake. Claimed to ship in 4 days from within the US. Obviously shipping from China. I requested to cancel the order and did not receive a response. Requested a refund through my credit card company.

They supposedly attempted to deliver the product but couldn't because of an 'incomplete address'. It's the same address I've had everything sent to for four years. Customer service has not responded

This company portrays as a website selling footwear for babies + toddlers. I reached out to support asking for a refund multiple times. In the responses they would ignore my request and share false delivery information, say that they are experiencing delays and offer a free pair of baby shoes.

On December 18, 2024, I purchased Premium Contour Relief Pillow™ via coBIO's website (after clicking on Instagram ad). Shortly after I received a message that my "pillow was on the way." It never arrived. I contacted them again on March 6, and said the pillow never arrived. They apologized said they were having shipping problems, and said they would expedite a new shipment at no charge -- and extended a partial refund. A little more than a month later, April 16, and said (again) and requested a full refund. They responded: "We’re prioritizing your request and will process a full refund if we’re unable to resolve the issue promptly." Another month later, nothing. No refund, no email, no communications at all. Upon some research online, it looks like there are many "customers" who also had this experience. (I put customers in quotes because actual customers would have received a product).

Order placed 3/23/25. A confirmation received with a order confirmation number. When order confirmed, a delivery date of 14-28 business days was provided. I have not received my order. I have not had any further communication regarding my order. I have attempted to email them, multiple times, to ask when I would get my order. I have not been able to do so. The "contact" page just sends you around and around. I attempted a phone call of 416-538-5457 and "contact privacy.com" was the recorded answer.
