I ordered from Lumine Organics on 2/9/26 and received a purchase confirmation immediately. On 2/10/26, I received an email saying that the products had been shipped and insured. When I clicked on the tracking number, it said that no tracking information was available. I still have not received the products and have not heard from the company or shipping company.

I placed an order with StockyardX for two items: one leather pencil case and one leather backpack. I received the leather pencil case; however, I never received the backpack.

I contacted the company multiple times via email requesting an explanation and asking when the backpack would be delivered. Each time, I was told there had been a “mix-up at the warehouse.” Despite these repeated assurances, the company has neither shipped the missing backpack nor issued a refund.

It has now been over one month since my purchase, and the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, after attempting to follow up through their social media pages, I was blocked on both Instagram and Facebook, preventing me from communicating publicly or warning other customers about my experience.

I am requesting a full refund for the undelivered backpack or immediate shipment with valid tracking information.

High pressure sales tactic on Facebook stating they are going out of business, and that shipping directly from USA. My tracking number is made up. I ordered on Feb 16, 2026. "custom clearance in progress" on 2/22. I have contacted supposed seller with cryptic responses.

The website shows beautiful pieces of jewelry, at "discount" prices. I ordered on Feb 1, 2026. I have not received anything as of Feb. 13th, 2026. The company said the product was handmade in the USA (Santa Fe), yet tracking indicates it is coming from an international port. The website is very well done, and doesn't seem to be a scam what so ever.

I purchased a facial mask on January 17th at 6:39 pm for $25.99. I didn't realize it was coming from China. My order number is 1460. I have reached out to customer support several times to request a refund since the order hasn't arrived. I received a response from Aadithya Raj 1 time, stating that, since the order has shipped, they will not be issuing a refund. The shipping time was up to 15 business days. I have tracked the order, and there is no way it will arrive today or tomorrow, as stated. I feel as if I have been scammed, and I want my money back. But the customer support is not answering or taking any action.

The product Purchased was temporary dentures. They were purchased on December 8 with the claim that they would be delivered in two weeks after one month. They simply sent me a message stating that it had been delivered, but it had not. They were unable to provide me any proof or tracking information showing that it had actually been delivered they just had a fake picture that looked almost like a spreadsheet with a bunch of numbers on it and said that that was the proof that it had been delivered. Then then offered me a 30% refund on the purchase and continue to claim that I needed to follow up with my post office but they called it something else like a magistrate or something. . After dealing with them I realize that they do not have an actual email or working phone number. The entire thing was a scam.

Placed order and didnt seem like it all came so I called and the number says we can’t answer your call. So I looked into this company further and sounds like a scam. I emailed them 3 times for a return label so I can send the products back and they aren’t responding. They say email will be answered in 24 hours. Many complaints in this company. I just want credited for the order I placed and to be able to return it and make sure they don’t send anything further.

Found shop on Facebook, ordered two pairs of pants. Never received order confirmation but took a screenshot of proof of purchase, money was taken from account. When reaching out to inquire about product/shipment I was told they were unable to locate my transaction and requested additional personal information not including order confirmation number or anything like that. You cannot find any information about this website/shop online, the communication is definitely off. Will now be disputing this charge to hopefully recoup moneys lost. Be aware.

January 2, 2025: Tried to purchase a 26-Quart French Door Air Fryer & Toaster Oven with 24 Cooking Programs. Credit card hit with $39.99 charge.

No product ever delivered. Email sent came back as undeliverable. Phone call: Came back as not able to to be completed.

Purchased the popular Boneless Couch of the site. I got the confirmation page with my order number and everything but over a week later still had no confirmation EMAIL or anything when I tried calling it was an automated service that answered “Yo” that was it. The email provided on the website came back with no such email.
