I saw the advertisement for this company on my social media. I clicked just like any website it had options. I went ahead and process my payment. This was back in on January. I wanted the shoes for Valentine’s Day and I kept looking at my tracking and it seemed like it was never packaged or sent out Then I reached out to the company and they only direct emails. I never got a response so I tried the shop app because they are linked to the shop app and Shopify and I never got a response with them either.

Ordered adidas samba heart addition size 8. Received size 7. Multiple attempts have been made through shop.com and website. Have not received response. Adidas are fake, smell like chemicals. Box received product in also fake.

I placed an order and Jan 14, 2026. Never received my tracking number and show that the package was delivered Feb 2, 2026. It was definitely not delivered. There is no customer service number to call and I can not check with the post office as I never received tracking information. I work from home and get packages all day. This package was not delivered. There is no phone number to reach them and I have emailed them asking where my tracking number is and if I can just cancel at this point. No one has responded.
