Bought 2 pairs of Calibrated Chrome Weight 10 lbs Plates $99.95/ea . Total was $199.90 - $29.99 discount. Order was placed in May 2024 and never delivered. After 6 months of trying to get and answer from Kensui Fitness I gave up and realized I had been scammed.

I made a purchase online and received a message of confirmation. When I checked the message to track my order it said there was no such website/order etc.. I have emailed them to nothing but crickets. I’m not happy about being scammed. Why are people so crooked?!

I was looking for fireplaces online on Black Friday. A sale for 49.99 showed up at Wayfair. I clicked on the website, and ordered one. I immediately received a text from my bank noting the charge. The next day I checked for a follow up confirmation email and didn’t receive anything. I called the number listed for the charge on my credit card bill and it was not in service. I never received my order.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of pajamas which was confirmed on 11/27. I have not received the pajamas. They have not responded to multiple email inquiries. The phone number is disconnected.

They market as a domestic shoe company but only a mailbox in Wyoming. Ordered shoes 11/25....no shoes.

Same shoes on Amazon and Ali Express for 1/3 of the cost.

I purchased 6 Trump watches and I was charged but never given a confirmation or receipt for my purchase.

I emailed them several times with no communication from them and the only phone number that's on the website doesn't work.

After weeks of not hearing back from them I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.

This whole situation has been time consuming and beyond frustrating.

Found an ad on facebook for shoes from Top Vine. Clicked on link order and payed for shoes November 14,2024. Got email confirmation. On December 6th package said it was delivered and never was. I emailed their support and never received a response. I called today spoke with someone who asked for my order # and I gave it to them then asked for my tracking number and said product had been delivered December 6th. I was told to contact UPS. I did I gave them the tracking number and they verified package had been delivered but not to my address and not in my name. I called Top Vine back and I cannot get an answer.

I ordered a product, over a moth and a half ago. they refuse to refund my money and they cant even tell me what state the package was last know to be in. I left a bad message on facebook and quickly discovered that they have done the same thing to over half of the people that have purchased anything from them.

The transaction worked perfectly. I was browsing on instagram when I saw a targeted add for a hello kitty Owala water bottle and immediately went to purchase.

Website seems to have good reviews and reasonable prices. What I paid for this bottle is the usual market price so I didn't think much about it.

I was charged immediately, got a confirmation email, and even a shipping email where it said item was on its way, but I couldn't see a tracking number to search it myself.

I contacted them a couple of days after I received the shipping confirmation email to see if maybe they sent the tracking on a separate email, but nothing.

I reached out to ask for it, nothing. I sent out 2 more emails and again, no response to any of them.

They use Shopify to manage their orders, and the order information still says "this shipment is on its way"....hasn't changed since October 16th.

I already disputed the charge with my bank and got credit for it. But it's amazing to me that scams like this still exist, was I the only one being scammed?

Why is the website still up? And a reliable company like Shopify (which I have used before, with no issues) working with scammers like these? Has no one reported them?

I also verified my address on the shopping details and it's correct. So there was no room for error.

I ordered pet trimmers. Their form switched my delivery address automatically when I selected Apple Pay. I emailed them immediately, letting them know the delivery address was wrong and to either change or cancel the order. They sent me a new confirmation with the correct address. But then days later I received a notice it had been delivered to the wrong address. All of this is documented. I never got the product, I can't get the product, yet they are claiming their system confirms delivery within the zip code and now ignore me. I demanded a refund, or a product. They say it's my problem. I have all of the emails and screenshots of their shipment confirmation to the correct address and then delivery notice to the wrong address, as well as their claim all they need is to drop it off in the zip code. Their phone has a recording that their number hasn't even been switched on, and their address may be residential. They will not respond to my emails.

I ordered Mullein liquid and never recieved it from Depot Love. Went onto their site through Facebook. I have sent several messages to them by text and am told the order is shipped. Tried to track order and am told they can't find that order. Doesn't tell you how it is shipped. Have to go on website Shop to track it and it can't be found. They took the money off my credit card as I have filed a complaint with the bank.

On December 19, 2023, my fiancé placed an online order through Night Motor Sports (now operating as VCM Motorsports) for "Seibon Carbon Fiber Wide Fenders." At the time of purchase, we were informed that the product would arrive within 3-4 weeks, as the company typically orders parts in bulk. However, despite patiently waiting, we received no tracking information or communication regarding any delays. Over the following months, I made numerous attempts to contact the company for updates. Each time I called, I was met with a different excuse for the delay, despite repeated assurances from both staff and management that the package would soon be shipped. On June 17, 2023, I finally received a tracking number, but was later informed that the shipment had been canceled without explanation. Since then, dealing with the company that acquired Night Motor Sports has been extremely challenging. The customer service team is often unresponsive, with calls frequently being disconnected or representatives unable to provide any meaningful assistance. I was repeatedly told that only the manager, Irene Aldalma, could resolve the issue, as she is solely responsible for authorizing freight releases. Despite being promised on multiple occasions that the package would be shipped—often with assurances that it would be overnighted due to the delays—I have yet to receive the item. At this point, I no longer wish to receive the item and have requested a refund, which Irene has refused, citing that the package is already in the warehouse. However, despite her claims, the package has not been shipped, and my offers to pick it up directly have gone unanswered. I have expressed my intention to file complaints with the FTC, BBB, and, if necessary, pursue legal action in small claims court. Irene’s refusal to assist in resolving this matter continues. As of today, it has been over nine months, and I still have not received the product I paid for. Unfortunately, both PayPal and my bank, Commonwealth, are unable to issue a refund due to their refund timeframes having passed. Had I been aware of these ongoing issues, I would have requested a refund immediately. This entire situation is due to the vendor's failure to ship the package, despite their repeated claims that it was ready to be sent. I have documented evidence of purchase, including emails and tracking information, confirming that the last shipment was supposedly scheduled for September 19, 2024. However, after checking the tracking information that same day, I learned that an attempted pick-up had failed. Upon contacting Maersk, the shipping company, I was informed by a representative named Brandon that the package had never been at their facility—despite the fact that VCM Motorsports claimed it was ready for shipment for weeks.
