Link was rheough facebook. Ordered products that was supposed to ship

Within 48 orders of purchase, it never did. It just says preparing. I've emailed several time and called. The nember is a google number that doesn't work.

These fire blankets were ordered 11/27/2024 and guaranteed Christmas delivery. After numerous emails and phone calls no product has been delivered, I have not even received shipping confirmation. I have requested they credit my card but so far nothing has been done.

Ordered online. Bought face light mask , it was buy one second one for %63 off. Got tracking message from hi@RegenaLight. com via TrackrApp. Was put through circle jerk. It was in Cleveland twice( I live 18 minutes away) then went to Akron then Colorado, Illinois, back to Cleveland, Akron etc.. all in an act that its going through USPS. If you call the number it rings once and then answering machine. No one gets back to you. Email them they say order is on its way. No verbal communication.

Collected money for the purchase of a product & it has yet to be shipped. Order placed on 11/29 — order status has not changed from “preparing” since placed. It has been far over a month although the websites promised turnaround time is 7-15 days for shipping. No responses given to emails requesting refund — there are 2 emails listed for support and I have contacted both with zero luck.

The company had been advertising for multiple weeks on Instagram for a product I'd been interested in. Finally got to a place where I wanted to purchase. So I made the purchase on 11/17/2024, using the ShopPay Method. I received a confirmation email from [email protected] confirming my purchase. According to the website (which is now no longer: https://soothesmooth.shop/) it said that "most orders will arrive with 3-7 business days", first red flag was that the confirmation email said to reach out to . Below is date stamped my interactions with these people:

Nov 21, 2024 - emailed asking out [email protected] for questions. Nothing back.

Nov 25, 2024 - emailed (@hotmail.com address) again, having heard nothing. Got a reply from [email protected] that presented as a Main from Soothe & Smooth - Jackie Martin, but signed by someone named Mary stating it was a volume issue and she'd be looking into it immediately.

Nov 26, 2024 - reply from company stating it's high orders and delays it'll be a 'bit of time', once order is shipped I'd get a tracking link. Signed from the Soothe & Smooth Team.

Dec 4, 2024 - still no updates, emailed the [email protected] email address. No Reply.

Dec 9, 2024 - emailed again (@gmail address), still no updates or shipping notices.

Dec 10, 2024 - basically told the same thing I was on November 26th just being about large volume of orders. No Reply.

Dec 16, 2024 - still no reply, I email (@gmail address). Hear nothing back.

Dec 24, 2024 - still nothing. Emailed (@gmail address) asking for my money back because this timeline is way too long. No reply.

Jan 2, 2025 - I email (@gmail address) again, no reply.

Jan 8, 2025 - I email (@gmail address) again, no reply.

Jan 9, 2025 - I email (@gmail address) again, no reply.

Jan 13, 2025 - I email [email protected]), get an auto reply saying it's no longer a valid email. I visit the website (https://soothesmooth.shop/) and the sight is now down. I cannot find them on Instagram either any more. I now know I've been had.

Jan 15, 2025 - I have another email (@gmail address) sent today with a different subject line, not planning to hear back.

Spartan is a company targeting men's hair loss, offering shampoo, conditioner, and scalp serum. The website is very convincing as is their instagram page. I purchased a product as part of a sale and after a month never received it. Their phone number is automated and never connects you with anyone; they are responsive on email but repeat the same messages. The ScamPulse.com reported that the LLC legally associated with the company does not have an actual residence in the state it is registered in. I am still attempting to receive a refund.

Company Name: Glov Beauty

Nature of the Complaint: Unauthorized Changes to Order, Overcharge, and Failure to Refund

On January 4th, 2025, I placed an order with Glov Beauty for two specific products:

One set of a 4-needle/bottle and 12-serum package for $149.

One six-month supply set for $198.

The total amount of my order was $347. Before submitting the order, I took a picture of the order for accuracy. However, Glov Beauty altered my order without my consent. Instead of the items I requested, they processed an order for three sets of the 4-needle/bottle and 12-serum package, charging me $447.

When I noticed the discrepancy two days later, I immediately contacted their customer service team and alerted them to the error. I received an email assuring me that the two unauthorized sets ($298) would be refunded. However, this refund was never processed. Upon following up, I was told that the order had already shipped and they would not issue a refund—despite this being their mistake, not mine.

To date, I have not received any products from this company, which makes their refusal to refund even more egregious.

Desired Resolution:

I am requesting a refund of $298, which represents the cost of the two unauthorized sets ($149 x 2). I only agreed to and ordered one set for $149. Since no products have been delivered, I also request clarification on the status of my order for the item I actually purchased.

Glov Beauty's unauthorized changes to my order, overcharge, and refusal to honor their promise of a refund constitute deceptive and unethical business practices. I hope the ScamPulse.com can assist in resolving this matter and holding this company accountable.

I placed an online for a book that I needed for a college class, waited for 24hrs to receive a tracking number. I emailed requesting a tracking number or refund, haven't received a response for either. waited later in the day and tried to engage in a chat and was left unanswered after they claim to response immediately. there is no number to call and ask questions and look for assistance. just feel horrible and very upset

I ordered three products (buy two get one free) from Klone Scents on December 2, 2024 as a Christmas gift for my son (located in Minnesota to be sent there). As I was tracking the product's shipment, it became apparent there was an issue. I contacted the company via email, and was told they were inundated with orders and it would take a little longer than expected. I was told 7-14 business days. It has been one month today since I placed my order; and my son has not received the product. The tracking shows the product initiated from Franklin Park, IL, went to international airport, then back to Chicago airport, to be sitting in Chicago since December 29. The delivery address is Maple Grove, Minnesota. The Co-Founder, Olivia, did respond to email. I was also told their company is in Texas. I've asked WHY the shipment went from Franklin Park, IL to international airport then back to Chicago airport, only to be sitting in Chicago since December 29. I've yet to receive a response NOR the product. I have today disputed this with my bank/credit union that I used to pay for the products.

Advertisement for Prepared Hero came up on phone and I decided to buy them for Christmas. It is a blanket that they stated could extinguished fires .I never received a confirmation on order but they did charge my credit card. I never received them. I have tried to call with no response and emailed them multiple times with first they said that I had received them and when I said I had not received them they said they would send them again but I received nothing.

Casebus is a company that promises a return/refund and does not reply to customers who reach out. There are tons of documented incidents of Casebus scamming customers on various websites like Trustpilot, Quora, Reddit, etc. Casebus offers no way to cancel an order once it is placed, even if weeks have passed and they still have not processed the order (which is illegal), they also make it look like they are an American company when they are not. They do not answer their phone or emails, ensuring no customers ever receive refunds for their defective products. They probably owe scammed customers millions of dollars from all the false products they've sold and refunds they have denied. The cases are falsely advertised, and I assume many people purchase thinking they will get to return it if the quality is not up to standard, only to find they have poured money down the drain with this company.

Contacted UPS and was told that the tracking number package was sent to the correct name and address which was not ours.
