I order two high-end sweaters. They sent something so toxic I couldn't store it in my house. I requested a refund, they refused to send a shipping label. I sent it back to them. Three months later and they are refusing to issue a refund

Ordered a sweater and a jacket from robstevenson.ca using their sizing charts. when the items showed up, they were completely different sizes. now to return the items, you have to pay to ship the items to China, which costs more than the original purchase. It is bad ethics, and is done so people don't return the items.
