I saw advertisements for this store on Instagram and ordered some cologne. It has been three months and I have not received anything. The tracking number they provide is seemingly fraudulent and updates every 3 days with "In transit, New York". Customer service is responsive but refuses to give a refund.

On 12/22/24 I ordered 3 bottles of soursop extract for $67.28 and I also purchased the shipping insurance for $3.99. I never received the product as of 2/5/25. The tracking for the product stopped as of 1/9/25. I have been requesting a refund from the company and the say they have sorted it out with their logistics team. They are unable to give me any updated tracking information since 1/9/25. They now say they have updated their refund policy. However, according to their own website they guarantee delivery in 10-15 business days and also they require an 18 day waiting period to allow for late delivery. My order was 12/22/24 way past 10, 15, 18 business days and no product.

I was shopping for my son a personalized pants and shirt with his name on it and it was a Kentucky wildcats basketball outfit for Christmas through an online store called woastuff and prepaid for shipping and the items to me made and shipped within 4-6 weeks at the longest and never received my items I’ve contacted the company several times through email and I only feel like a bot is responding and called the company number and it’s a wrong or invalid number the address is also fishy and the company has no actual person that I can talk to online or on the phone. I’m gonna file fraud through my bank to try and get my money back but would hate to happen to anyone else that’s slot of money to some who don’t have that kinda money to loose.

Our business ordered parts from their website and was told we would receive tracking information when shipped and it would arrive in 2-3 business days. After 2 weeks we had not received the product or any tracking information. Nobody answers the phone when calling and it goes to a generic sounding voicemail message. The live chat on the website does not respond. When googling the address several complaints come up about being scammed by other businesses using the same address. When we filed a complaint with the ScamPulse.com we were informed the business does not have any physical presence in the state they are claiming to be in.

I ordered a steel cutting board and utensil set from The Steel Board totaling $143 on 11/29/24 intended as a Christmas gift. The web site stated that my order would ship in 5-7 business days. I never received my order. I reached out to them after Christmas to attempt to cancel my order. They informed me that they were delayed in shipping my items because of flooding in their warehouse but I assured me my items were going to ship out shortly. I told them I didn’t want the items anymore because they were supposed to be a Christmas gift. They offered me a 30% discount for my inconvenience but assured me my items were in transit. I asked them for tracking info which they did not provide. I insisted on a refund. Needless to say, my items never arrived. Then I received notification that I was being refunded $43 as I had requested (which I never had requested). I repeated that I wanted a full refund. They have since gone silent. I found what I thought was a different company to order a steel cutting board for $89 on 1/21/25. On 1/27 I received an email from them informing me that their warehouse was broken into and my shipment was delayed!!! I could not believe my eyes. In the footer of the email was the email address of the first company mailto:[email protected]!!!! What a scam! They must be scamming a lot of people with this same tactic!!! I have lost about $189 and have not received any items. They have strong presence on social media, both Facebook and instagram. They seem to be a reputable and professional company from their site and social media. They are not!!! Please teach them down to prevent others from getting scammed. They seem to be advertising under multiple company names in addition to the two I named.

Within 48 orders of purchase, it never did. It just says preparing. I've emailed several time and called. The nember is a google number that doesn't work.

These fire blankets were ordered 11/27/2024 and guaranteed Christmas delivery. After numerous emails and phone calls no product has been delivered, I have not even received shipping confirmation. I have requested they credit my card but so far nothing has been done.

Ordered online. Bought face light mask , it was buy one second one for %63 off. Got tracking message from hi@RegenaLight. com via TrackrApp. Was put through circle jerk. It was in Cleveland twice( I live 18 minutes away) then went to Akron then Colorado, Illinois, back to Cleveland, Akron etc.. all in an act that its going through USPS. If you call the number it rings once and then answering machine. No one gets back to you. Email them they say order is on its way. No verbal communication.
