Received a number from (405) 817-4869. Caller with a heavy Indian accent called my phone looking gor my Brother. He stated he was from National Document Services and needed to contact my brother. He gave me a phone number for him to call of (951) 808-5640 and a reference number. I used my google voice account and called the number. A recording comes on and says the call is being recorded for quality then the line rings and rings and a voice mail picks up. This is clearly a scam.

I received a call from 903-200-0309 and they referenced my father’s name and a case number in the voicemail. They mentioned that documents regarding the file are being prepared for delivery and that he would need to be available for delivery. They reported that if they could not reach him at home they would try at his verified location of employment. They stated that to stop further action he needs to call 951-808-5640 and that the call had been logged as proof of attempt to contact.

My father and I do not have the same area code and he has been retired for several months.

Received a voicemail from phone number "0" on Thursday, July 31, at 3:46 p.m. (ET). Message left indicated I needed to contact Monica Miller, the lawyer assigned to my case (4479188CR) because process server could not serve papers to me at the address they have on file for me.

I received a voicemail from (720)324-7242 stating that a medicine I am needs prior authorization and to call my pharmacy or the above number. When I called the above number it asked me to enter an extension but none was given, so I hung up. When I called my Stop and Shop pharmacy they said they had a call from a similar number and it seemed suspicious so they did not provide any info. They said the person was saying that one of my meds., need prior authorization and they had my name and date of birth. None of my meds., need prior authorization and the pharmacy suspects it was a scam.

Scammer uses multiple numbers. No one number is the same. It comes from a person named “Evelyn” from “lending union West Coast branch”. I answered an unknown call from my local area code, they said their name was Evelyn and it sounded like a real person, but could definitely be AI or someone trying to record your voice. I hung up immediately. Don’t answer calls you don’t know. If they say they are from a business, hang up. If it may be legit, and the name of the business is someone you would like to talk to, once again, hang up, find the businesses actual phone number, and call them that way. Just to ensure you’re not speaking to someone impersonating a business or individual.

We keep receiving online voice mail messages stating the following or something similar. "Hello, this is Amy with SDP. This call is to notify you that attempts will be made to issue certified legal documents. If there are any changes needed regarding the time, date or location of service or if you need more details, please contact the issuing agent's office handling your case at 531-220-2581 and use your phone number as a reference number through their automated system. Again, their number is 531-220-2581."

The scammer reaches out requesting pricing for banners. Initially they say they will pickup the order from our facility, but then pivot to requesting that we use their carrier to ship.

Received a call and got a voicemail saying I was going to be served with papers and wanted to know if I would be home to receive them. Also called my husband trying to reach me but wouldn’t provide him with any information. I called the number back and there was no answer.

"...unresolved tax delinquency may have developed into a critical legal matter and aggressive asset recovery efforts could potentially begin at any moment..."

The caller ("Caleb Bond") left a voice message, the above was a snippet of that message. The message was left on a US Government issued phone with a call back number of (814) 656-9597. The vocie message appears to come from Howie, Texas (430) 946-3785 based on my mobile phone contact information.

I mistakenly call the number (800) 666-0131 thinking it was my bank. The phone call first gave me a message that I won a $100 Wal-Mart Gift Card. But then after I gave them my address, they wanted my credit card information, I asked them if this was my bank to which they said no. I hung up and then told them that this is a bait and switch. I don't know who the company or organization is.
