The letter said my LLC may be administratively dissolve or revoked if it wasn't paid. But the $175 renewal fee seemed unusually high when it is normally only about $18 to renew. I did some investigating and realized it was a scam

830-407-3417 urgent message from Ari for legal documents filed against our address. Call 877-388-7741 or they would proceed without consent, and the message continues with you need to contact the {firm} with his matter. So please be advised that this call has been logged and submitted as proof of this matter. Now the first three times the caller offered no name, had a thick accent and bad English. This time they named themselves and did not have a foreign accent. A.I. possibly?

Received a voicemail stating they have an urgent message for me - she provided my full name and address. Said they are contacting me about a complaint against me and I will be served papers and that this call was submitted and logged as proof. They gave a reference number starting with AD. I did call back and there was no business name. I gave the reference number and she said she needed to verify my identity - I gave no information but she was able to provide the last 4 of my SSN. She was able to pull up 'my account' . She said that I had a civil litigation against me and an intent to defraud a financial institute for $4332 from 2018. She said she doesn't want to have papers served - I interrupted and told her to have the papers served as this is not real and I have no outstanding balances. She then got rude and said ok, fine. We will have the papers served. Then she hung up.

I received her phone call from a number I did not know it was a recording of a woman saying that she was from the courthouse and it was in regards to some random case number and I needed to contact an attorney named Monica Miller at a number provided in order to not have legal proceedings placed against it

No business name given in a voicemail left for the named individual being attempted to contact about supposed charges against them. They incidentally called a person with the same last name, not first. A "file number" was given of AB-10522914 for district 2 and the call was considered "proof" of notification and logged.

The cellular phone call was from United States, and said on cellphone screen and a voicemail was left on my cellphone, “Authorize the payment of $999 for the recent order of Apple iPhone 16 Pro on your account. If you do not authorize this payment, please press one to speak to our customer support representative.” I did not answer and I did not respond.

Getting calls from US Funeral expenses, so they say. I tell them there is no such company and they try to proceed. I tell them again there is no such company and they hang up.

Repeated harnessing phone calls that start with a recorded message saying our business needs to be verified on google, please press 0 to verify your business, 9 to be removed from our system, or dial 877-556-9255. The phone number does not work, it is disconnected and if you call back any of the numbers that call you, they don’t accept calls. If you push 9, you still receive harassing calls. If you push 0 and get put on with a human, they will just push through with their script of verifying your business, and if you demand to be removed from their call list they hang up. The most information we could get is the “company” name - voice search present, and location being west palm beach Florida. When we asked for a manager name or phone number we were hung up on.

I'm receiving calls from this number but the number doesn't exist when I tried to Google map it comes up in India two calls with in like a few hours one from 5182546530 then 5182546532 they talking about need SSI stuff however I have received nothing from the office for anything in the mail and no messages on my page for my ssd.

This individual sent over an unprompted copy of their email, which I found suspicious. Something did not look right, so the ID was compared to a real PA ID from their State Website. Multiple things did not look right. The individual then came up with an elaborate story about economic conditions and tariffs impacting his credit making "traditional financing unavailable". Instructed the business I work for that he would put $4,500 on a Visa card (instructing that they knew and understood there is a 3%-4% fee). Then wanted to transfer the remaining monies directly to our bank account.

I RECEIVED A VM WITH MY HUSBANDS FULL NAME AND A DOCUMENT # FOR COURT. THEY STATED HE WAS NOT AT THE ADDRESS LISTED AND HE NEEDED TO CONTACT MONICA MILLER FOR MORE INFORMATION AT 855-792-0016.
