The product was shown to be hand made by veteran in United States. When I got tracking information it was supposedly coming from Italy. When I finally got it, it had Chicago address. The supposedly hand made item was just 1/4 inch cheep plywood not the hand made of many pieces of hand carved wooden American flag that was shown on website. It also was supposedly 2 day shipping and was almost a month, and was money back guarantee. I reached out to return items as I had ordered 2. And was informed with the cost of shipping I would be better off to keep them and the quality of items was up to standard.

I made a purchase for 3 items for $73.83 and received the items. I didn't care for the items and wanted to make a return for the last 2 weeks. I would email the company and they would reply with here's a ticket number or an updated ticket number. they told me I have to create account and make my return. So far, I have not been able to make the return and cant create an account to do so. These items are not what I expected. The packaging they came in showed the company name, Shapermint. But the tags on the items don't have the company name and the items don't show the company name on the product either. Just want to return and get a refund but its been a struggle every since.

This seller is trying to say they are a disabled veteran James Russell that is hand making birdhouses and other handicrafts. I ordered 4 birdhouses for Mother's Day gifts. I paid extra for the VIP 3-7 day shipping. They did not arrive until 2 weeks after Mother's Day (over 20 days). The packaging was horrible and all boxes were smashed and every birdhouse was damaged. And... they say "Made in China" on the boxes. The birdhouses look nothing like what they are showing on the website. I contacted them for their "100% guaranteed satisfaction" refund and was given the run around and offered a 30% refund. When I didn't accept that, they offered a 20% refund. I tried to leave a review for them on Facebook, but they blocked me. I left a review on their website and it was immediately deleted. They only have 4 and 5 star reviews that I believe are fraudulent as the birdhouses do not look like the photos shown. Luckily, I paid via Paypal and filed cases for refunds through them.

I purchased five or six clothing items it took about a month for them to get in contact with me and meet the contact them then it took another 2 months then they said the clothes was delivered it wasn't delivered the second time I got in contact with them through email I mean through the customer service then they said they will send them out that I will have to sign form I washed their tracking system it said it was delivered the second time which it never was and I never signed for them contact them through customer service again and we agreed on them paying me back half in the process of that I received only $* back on my credit card so now reporting them.

I placed an order online on the website anagisele.com and received an order confirmation and order number of 1098. After about a week I sent an email to inquire about shipping date on January 27th 2023. I received a response from [email protected] and she stated that shipping will take one week. I asked her about expedited shipping and she stated that it was not available. Weeks went by and I emailed again asking about the order. February 17th I sent an email inquiring about the order. I received a response from [email protected] stating that the order was delayed and would be shipped 2/21/23. I never received the order or any other communication. This entity has a website that is still updated regularly as well as an instagram and twitter page by the same name.

Bills momma.com poses as a legitimate website but when I tried to pay a chat box popped up and requested I pay with PayPal. I was given an email address and sent the money to their PayPal. I’ve tried contacting them several times to no avail.

I have emailed the company with no response. PayPal has been no help getting my money back. The tracking clearly shows that the item was returned to seller between 11/25-11/29.

Cheapgabrieli.com presented itself as a secondhand version of Gabrielitallit.com, so the lower pricing made sense in that context. I tried to purchase a tallit, or Jewish prayer shawl. Immediately after submitting my payment on PayPal, I received multiple receipts informing me I'd signed up for automatic payments, $** over 3 years, or $*** total. Nowhere on the website or on PayPal were automatic payments mentioned. Based on the seller info on PayPal, this appears to be a scam out of Italy, but who knows. The seller should have been in Israel. Reaching out to the email provided multiple times yielded no results. I opened a case on PayPal and through my bank. PayPal closed the case in my favor, but there has been no refund yet. My bank issued a new debit card and is still processing my case there. They caught me tripping.

I placed an order for a hoodie from their website on 11/16/2023. I have yet to receive the item. They charged my credit card for the item on the day I made the purchase. I have since then emailed the contact email multiple times the last email being received back from them was 1/18/2024 tell me they would ship it out in the next two weeks. That never happened. It's always them telling me it will be a couple more weeks. At this point it has been almost three months when the initial shipping for the product when I ordered was 7-14 Business Days To Ship Plus an Additional 2-6 days of travel time. They are still selling the same item on their website with the same shipping time disclaimer. Even though almost 90 days later I have yet to receive my item.

Posed as a person selling their fathers Bourbon collection to raise money for cancer surgery. Created a fake Facebook group and multiple individuals in the group to appear to be buying bottles from this scammer. Once given the order, they asked to have money sent via Zelle to their "sons" account. Then, created a fake shipping label with a fake shipping company website. They then asked for $*** in Shipping insurance. "IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT YOU WILL HAVE A 97.33% REFUND OF THE MONEY WHILE 0.3% WILL GO TO THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT AFTER SAFE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE TO YOUR GIVEN ADDRESS." Which I did not obviously send to. Report made to my bank, but it's Zelle, the money is gone.

Placed an order and paid with paypal, no communication or response from the seller, paypal was able to refund the money. Found the email address [email protected] tied to several fraudulent business and websites by a simple google search.

They had an item on Facebook listed with an option of buy one get one free. I selected that option and paid for it. Everytime I contacted them about it they said it was on it's way. They provided me a tracking number and I looked it up and it say it was delivered but that impossible because it say delivered at two something in the morning and our carrier services do not deliver at that time. I also checked my front cameras for that time and date and nothing was delivered. Please help me.

There is a legitimate clothing website called Queen of Sparkles. They make a variety of clothing, some related to college sports teams. I did a google search and it took me to queen-sparkles. They have pictures of the same items currently or have been available at the Queen of Sparkles site. I purchased a sweater online using my Nordstrom Visa card. I received an email receipt from the company and it looked a little suspicious. The purchase was made around 11:00 am on 1/18/24, and by 8:15 pm on the same day, the individuals used my credit card information to make 5-6 purchases totally over $****. I looked at my credit card statement and there was never a charge from this fraudulent company. They just took my card information and used it to make their personal purchases. This site should be taken down and the owners need to be prosecuted if you can truly determine who they are.

The items were described as a resale of official items, being sold at a sale price with discounts applicable. The website has a no refund policy on items bought on sale or with discount codes. I personally have a different version of a pair of sweatpants that i could compare the counterfeit item to. The fabric was thinner, drawstring aglets were shorter and put the design on with a piece of plastic. They also didnt have a product tag with care info as it should have. It also didnt come with the inclusions (making-of folded card and a photocard)

The second item was a shoulder bag that had the wrong zippers and a faulty zipper. The inclusions it came with were recreations as the included photo was postcard sized when it should have been 1/4th the size. It was also meant to come with a woven cloth bag but it came with a nonwoven cheap bag.

I received a pair of boots on December 17th, tried them on and found that they didn't fit. The website said refunds within 30 days, so I contacted them to return them and ask for a refund. They asked me to take a picture of me wearing the boots so they could see what the problem was. When I did that, they told me that they couldn't take them back because they had been worn. I sent a dispute to PayPal. After that, Orthofit sent me an address in California that I could return them to. I sent them back making sure that someone would have to sign for the package. They received it on January 2nd with someone named T. Li signing for the package. I was then informed that they have to fully inspect the package before giving a refund. In the meantime, PayPal closed my claim stating that the seller did everything correctly. I appealed the decision. Again PayPal closed the case for the same reason. I spoke to PayPal again, and they would look into possibly reopen my case. In the meantime, Orthofit fit has both my money and the boots.
