I bought an svg bundle from the site and when I tried to open the files on the shared Google doc, I no longer had access to them. The company was paying people to promote their site in Facebook groups. I'm not the only one it has happened to.

This website appears legitimate, but provides internal “tracking numbers” and goods that vaguely show they move multiple times a day for weeks, but then when using the provided USPS tracking number, they show they still have not received the item more than 2 weeks after purchase and after the item is marked as shipped.

Fraudulently logged into my Michaels.com account in which my debit card was saved and purchased $***.** of product and shipped directly to her location. By the time I realize and attempted to cancel the order it was too late.

Suspect has stolen my PII including my email, address, first and last name and has it listed on her order from Michaels.com. Suspect has also obtained and used my Debit/Checking card information.

Ad for on cloud shoes popped up on my Facebook feed, once clicked it showed the shoes on sale for deeply discounted prices, a purchase went through for two pairs for $99. Once a confirmation email came through and wound up in my spam folder I knew it was fraudulent. Tracking number won’t work, an email for some random person is the business email and the charge on my card is from a strange name with a Venmo account

The item purchased was a mini refrigerator for $69.98. the website looks normal to a normal person, but when you purchase from them they charge your card the amount shown for the purchase and states they are in Illinois, but the shipping information shows it's in China, and then after acouple days you don't get a notification about your package through your email or phone number, you have to check the tracking website that they could have possibly made up as well and it will say it was delivered somewhere in New Jersey. Since the contact information was fake they don't contact you back and when you try to call the number, it rings but nobody picks up and it just goes to voice mail meaning they probably just made a burner number to make it seem legit, they dont include things like customer or product reviews.

They purported to have CCI small arms primers #500 and I ordered 3000 at $250. Their representative, Yau Richard Mam I, said because PayPal will not handle any firearms related purchases that I should send them a gift card which I did. Then he tells me he needs me to send $100 shipping insurance which I did in 2 $50 gift cards. Then he tells me that those cards wouldn't work and to send a $100 card which I did. Then he tells me that didn't work and to send another. I checked and all three gift cards are zeroed out. The website is [email protected], their address is 206 156th pl, Calumet City, IL 60409, their phone # is 773-808-7499,

Received 40% off offer through Facebook, ordered shirts and transfers was given a estimate on shipping date. After 14 business days I contacted them they told me the order had been shipped and the needed to update the tracking information, one week later I called again and was told that the order was taking longer then expected and would be shipped out the following Monday then I was blocked from all forms of communication. I visited the Facebook page from another account and saw about 30 different customers with the same complaints all being told that their order will go out the following Monday. I reached out to some of these customers to ask about their experience and all of them had been blocked after questioning their order. We used Afterpay and I’ve noticed that Afterpay has dropped them as a client. I did submit a refund from Afterpay and was refunded after 63 business days from purchase.

We purchased an item via phone. The asked for the credit card number. They charged our credit card. They claimed our item would be arriving Sept. 21. I called Sept. 28 and they said the item would be arriving on Oct. 5th. I asked for the tracking info and they wouldn't give it to me. I canceled the order. They said I couldn't cancel it because it was in transit. Then they emailed me claiming they would refund the money. Nov. 1st the money wasn't refunded. Nov. 1st I called to see "where" my order was. The employee said it would be arriving next week. I told him that isn't true because I canceled my ordered and already asked for a refund. He transferred me. The other employee said my refund would be applied in 5-6 business days. 10 business days later the refund is still not in the account.

I ordered a small fencing product back on 9.23.2022. I paid $00.00 using my Capital One Credit Card. I recieved email stating they recieved payment and the product shipment would be delayed due to COVID. I contacted them by email on two accounts looking for updated information. Today, 10.21.22, I called the number and spoke to a gentlman. He stated that the product did not ship because I still owed $0.00. He was unable to answer why the company did not bill for the full amount, but he wanted me to give him my credit card number over the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor. That man stated basically the same thing. That in order to get my product, I needed to trust him and give him my card number so they could bill $0.00. I told him that it sounded like a scam and that his company should have billed the full amount. He said that it is only the small amount, so I told him as a supervisor he should be able to waive that fee and get me the product. He hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another man that stated the whole story over again. He hung up on me too. I have contacted Capital One. They stated that the full amount was billed by the company SweetTees.com. My daughter ordered this product too and as an autistic hearing impaired adult, I will need to help her get her money back too. I hope you can stop this company from preying on other people.

I made the purchase via PayPal. The seller claimed they did not receive payment even though I had a receipt from PayPal and payment showed on my credit card statement. Seller claimed all was good, then suddenly could not send the item and stopped responding.

This particular Hoka One Website uses the same picture as the real Hoka.com website. They claim that the Hoka shoes are on clearance sale for $**.**. Unfortunately, I didn't check the credibility of the website before I purchased. The purchase went to a PayPal account under the name of Dana Aguilera with the contact email of [email protected]. I have tried to contact the person through the email twice and have never heard back from them, and I never received the item I ordered. I told them via email that I would report them because they are running a fraudulent website.

Saw an ad on TikTok for a hair curler, Luxecurl 5-in-1, on sale for $11.99 with free shipping. Stated one day only at this price. I entered my information, the money was immediately taken out of my account, and I got an order confirmation emailed to me stating shipping information would follow. It also had a link to their site, Sunny-dealss.com, which I looked at to see their other items. After 2 days I emailed and got no response. Today I clicked on their website and it says site is unavailable and if you’re looking, check back and if you’re the owner, make contact. It’s not much money but they have my bank information.

Ordered 3 prescription colored contacts and they have not delivered. They are saying it has and it has not. I keep calling and no answer. I keep emailing and only received one response and have not heard back again.

This company said the product was made and shipped in US. Not true, made and shipped from China. They would not cancel when requested. 2 weeks later shipped product and it was not what was pictured on their website. It was a cheap, damaged, plastic wreath. This company is on Facebook and has scammed others.
