Facebook ad for Stanley tumbler back in May. Immediately after making the purchase I received a notification text from my bank saying payment was made to out of the country company. Tracking information showed the item was shipped from China and delivered to someone in California. Have tried contacting Stanley and the seller several times with no luck.

The scam involved both a Facebook ad selling the popular Stanley drink cups and a website. The website showed a variety of cups for order at half off. After purchasing the cups, I received a fake receipt where I noticed that the email address was from [email protected]. I immediately asked for a refund and the email bounced back. After trying several times, the email went through and the person continued to say that the cups were shipping. They gave me a fake tracking number that says my cups were delivered in Florida when I live in Illinois. Their website is now completely down and is giving an error when I try to go to it.

They say that they have to deliver because they do not have a warehouse. They say only CASH! They person who delivers we found out does not work for the mattress company. They give you a time then don't show up. You trying to contact them, and they turn around and block you. Here is the phone # they use. Fatimah ******** 773-789-3350 and the driver phone # is 708-289-2812. They are unreliable and unprofessional. This is a big scam and needs to investigate by the police for the simple fact where are they getting these mattresses? Are they being stolen from somewhere since we can't come to their warehouse.

I ordered items May 15th 2023. Items were estimated to take 3-5 business days. It is now June 10th, and as other victim stated no tracking had been provided and I am still without items. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund informing I no longer want or need the items and they keep responding with false promises pushing the "shipping date" out further and further instead of sending the requested refund. They are now giving a false promise that items "might" be sent out June 29th 2023. This is a month and a half after ordering the items and also weeks after requesting a refund. Every message is met with an excuse instead of a refund.

I purchased 2 air tag wallets and tag key chains as Christmas gifts. Their tracking system says that my package is pending......since December 21, 2022. I have attempted to contact but them they do not have a phone number or mailing address anywhere on their website. They require you to use their system of preselected phrases to leave them a message..... And then they want to confirm your address.... and they you leave another message... and confirm your mailing address.... again and again.... and I HAVE NEVER RECEVED ANYTHING FROM MY PURCHASE!!! They refuse to return my money and they refuse to send me my order.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a necklace for mother's day. Did not hear anything regarding my order for over a week. Emailed and asked for a shipping update. Did not hear back. Emailed demanding a shipping update. I received a shipping number that. When it click the shipping number it takes me to 17track.net. At this point the website tells me the shipping number is not valid. When I search the shipment number with USPS, it also says invalid. When I sent a follow up email with this information I recieved the sample canned email stating "your order has been shipped and you will receive a shipment ID in 2-3 days"

My boyfriend bought a keychain for about $20, and he was charged close to $30 a month for 2 months after that. The third payment was declined by his credit card. Upon trying to reach them, he found we could only contact them via email and further reviews online claiming they were scammers.

Their website claims quality guarantee and easy returns and neither are true. They will not send me a return slip.

They will not cover full return even though the quality is poor and within 30 days. They claim I will only get 40% discount back and I’ll pay for shipping from china.

Their e-commerce platform is through Shopify.

Their terms & service listed this company name and address in France

An invoice was sent to me regarding a bicycle I attempted to purchase through this company. It became clear to me this was not a legitimate business, as they requested payment in either a bank transfer or via bitcoin.

We purchase 2 dresses from the website. we received 2 low quality and different dresses and one was not even the color we order, we order white and got a multicolor dress. We have emailed the company several times and they have not responded. There is not contact phone number or chat. There is not company address neither.

This account advertised itself on tiktok as a sponsored AD. It directed me to their website www.mystrapbra.com where I made the purchase. They took my money from my bank but never delivered the items ordered. I attempted to contact their customer service but they have not responded. I will be needing to contact my bank next.

Saw ad on FB. My fault that I didn't investigate, but I had already looked at folding chairs on Amazon and somehow assumed FB would not allow a scam. Ordered three chairs for the price of 2, no shipping. Should have known it was too good to be true. Did not take the time to realize it was a Chinese company. Received a confirmation email right away, so seemed good. When the product did not arrive I looked it up and realized it was a scam. Then I realized I had not put it on my Am Ex (Am Ex will always refund me) but on my Credit Union Debit card. So, no recourse. If you want a copy of the email, I can send it. I am happy to be part of any lawsuit etc. that is against them. Not for the money, but to stop the scans. Thanks!

I ordered three raised beds online from this company. What I received was a cheap tote bag and three packets of seeds.

I received a confirmation email and tracking number. That number revealed the order was coming from China, which I was not aware of when I ordered. Obviously, this took some time for the order to arrive. I tracked the purchase through the tracking number and discovered it had been delivered 4/10/23 and 4/11/23, the two days I received the tote bag and the seeds. On 4/13/23 when I realized that the package was not delivered, I used the email provided to request assistance.

What followed was a string of emails. The company purports that the seed packets are of comparable value to three raised beds. They have offered to return 20% of my payment to me (after offering 10% and I refused) and the opportunity to sell the "high-quality seeds" to others as a way of recouping my payment. I have included these seeds in the photo below. The package they arrived in had a return address of California.

I have asked for a full refund several times. I also agreed to return the seeds to them, but they hesitated because they wanted to deal with import/export fees and they did not want to "lose" money.

I did inform this company that I would report them for fraud. I would like my full refund and they are refusing to give it to me because they don't want to lose money.
