I ordered two pairs of sandals. They arrived in about 3 weeks, obviously from Asia, most likely China. The correct size was on the packaging, however they were too small and the quality was not as pictured in the ad. I paid with a credit card through PayPal. I was in touch with the company through Pay Pal email. They said it was their company policy not to allow returns and refunds if they sent the correct size merchandise.

I ordered a wedding band ring on Apirl 20. I received no information about the ring until after I reached out on May 2nd. I was sent an email showing it had been mailed with "tracking". The tracking link does not show which carrier is being used. Nor does the destinations on the route show locations of which facilities it supposedly arrived to. Soon after it showed it was in customs and delayed. Again no location. A email was sent stating they were monitoring it and would be in touch and send another in 48hrs if it wasn't resolved in that time frame. That was weeks ago and now the link for tracking just goes in a circle. I believe this is an elaborate scam and the item was never sent.

I enrolled in a nutrition appointment with a dietician. I entered my information, downloaded their app. To schedule the appointment I needed to place my debit on file. The appointment was confirmed via email. No one showed for the zoom meeting. I believe the nutritionist is not a real person and the website is a scam. There is no phone number with live attendant and email is no reply. No one shows up to the app for the zoom meeting. No reply on chat in their app and the phone number takes voicemail however no one calls you back. I believe the nutritionist is a face profile. All LinkedIn businesses in LinkedIn profile and websites other than Fay are inactive links.

I paid for a 15 lb propane tank (pre-filled). The amount was deducted from my card. I never received the item. I have attempted to contact them through email, but my email was returned undeliverable.

I ordered from Shein. Usually, the use USPS or DHL to deliver. This time they used ACI Logistics to deliver my shirts & jewelry they claim they’ve attempted 2 times which I don’t understand because I provided a code to get in & there are package lockers if they don’t want to get upstairs.

They claim to have 24/7 support but it’s just automated messages. Shein is telling me I have to contact them & all they keep telling me is to provide email. They keep saying they attempted but I still haven’t received a reason why. I go on there Instagram & it’s looks like bs can’t contact them through there & they turned all comments off so don’t negative feedback can be seen. It’s now been 4 days & I have been home all week & I still haven’t received my stuff.

I bought a product Super Apeti plus on April 4th, 2025, on The TikTok shop. I then received a message to my phone that my order was canceled, and the seller was no longer using TikTok shop to sell thing instead they have their own website. I got a refund a couple days later on April 7th, 2025, I order from their website and made it known to them. After about 2 weeks I ordered the same product from a different website and received it within a week. I messaged them and asked for a refund they told me ordered were backed up and my package would be on the way. Then today May 23rd, 2025, I messaged this person again asking for a refund to be processed and she told me she does not do refunds with payments done through Zelle only from credit/card transactions but on her website, there is no option to pay with a credit/card. The only payment options on her website are Chime and Zelle.

I placed an order through Instagram from Linlands.com for t-shirts. They seemed very legit. The order was never received, but they provided tracking proof that it was. They told me to contact my local USPS to take it up with them. They didn't provide a USPS tracking number. Then they said things got held up in customs because of Trump's tariffs. How come they say that after giving proof that it was delivered? I am working with my credit card company to dispute the charges, but they've sided with them because of the tracking they submitted. I got my dispute reopened when I told them there isn't a USPS tracking number. We'll see. DO NOT BUY FROM LINLANDS.COM.

I was on Tik Tok messenger and the person messaged me up there we were talking and she said something about a clothing brand and she showed me images of her clothes at first I didn't think anything of it because I thought she was promoting an actual clothing brand so I wanted to by some clothes so I gave her $*** dollars because the clothes looked really nice. Then not only did I not get my clothes, but she stole my information to open a business account, and she made me the co account owner.

On top of that she took out a loan and tried to make me send money to pay the loan off. I never authorized my name to place on the loan in the first place now that "bank" is harassing me saying I need to pay back the $**** the person took out. Then to make matters worse they keep calling me asking me for money they wanted $*** dollars. This has to be one of the most frustrating things I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't wish to happen to anyone so just be mindful of who you communicate with on the Internet.

An add on TikTok brought me to a page selling apparent GymShark clothing on clearance. I ordered $***** worth of merchandise on 4/11, and received a confirmation order email. Soon after I received an email with a “tracking link.” It routinely updated where the package was at, when it was received internationally, when it made it to my town, etc. Eventually on 5/13 (more than a month after my original order) it said the package was delivered, however I did not receive said package. I emailed customer support who gave me a new tracking link stating it was delivered on 5/14 (the delivery date suddenly changed???) and then told me to ask my neighbors if they had received it by accident. I demanded my money back, and they responded by saying they’ll look into it further since their tracking website said it was “delivered.” I insisted on a refund, and they offered me 60% back since they’ve “also suffered a significant loss, especially since these products were sold at a relatively low price.” (Quoted from their customer service email.) I again insisted on a full refund since this was clearly a scam, and they responded that they would now be able to refund me 90% instead - 90% of $43.99 mind you. No reputable company would ever do this. At this point I stopped responding and filed this complaint with the BBB, as well as a dispute over the charge with my credit card company.

Bought shoes of Clogg's.us - they have charged me $***** every month for absolutely no reason after I purchased shoes from them.

- Upton, MA, USA • May 15, 2025

I placed an online order for a jacket and paid with a credit card online and received an order confirmation. I noticed that there were not charges for taxes which in retrospect is very alarming but I didn't notice it at the time.

A month passes and I had no communication from the company, nor had the product been delivered. I emailed asking for a status update and got the following reply, “Dear Customer, order#MT308220 We regret to inform you that due to stock issues, the item in your order is currently unavailable. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and would like to offer a free exchange as a solution. To proceed, please visit the link below to select a replacement item: https://manlytshirt.com/collections/2025-flash-sale Exchange Benefits: You can choose a replacement item that exceeds the original price by up to $10 at no extra cost. If the new item is priced lower, we will refund the difference. Once you’ve made your selection, kindly reply with the product name, size, and color of your replacement.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused and are here to assist if you have further questions. Best regards, Coco”

Since this response, I've had a month of back and forth emails requesting a refund to which they have responded saying they could refund 20%, then 50%, then 70%, and finally stating "due to a higher than usual volume of requests, our refund process is currently experiencing significant delays. At the moment, the fastest we are able to process refunds is within six months." Now, all I get is "Please feel free to contact me again if there are any other questions or problems."

This is CLEARLY consumer fraud and I believe that the company is selling products that they do not have with intention of scamming people's money.

Purchased handbag but pants were delivered instead. Tried to dispute and provided pictures for proff and was told I received what I ordered although I did not receive the Orange handbag I ordered.

These pillows were supposedly endorsed by Oprah. Once on the website there are flickering signs that say you will lose the discounted price if you don't click on the sign in x number of seconds. Once you click, another sign keeps flickering to click on it so you don't lose the discount price. It continues to do this until you log off, but they already got the money.

MaxCharge claims its chargers will speed up charging and also solve a built in problem of built in obsolescence where phones and computers lose their charges and function at a lower level. I ordered 3 of these chargers, as I thought they sounded so good I planned to gift one to each of my kids. When I got the chargers, they didn't work - not at all - they wouldn't charge anything. When I contacted the company, I was told repeatedly that I'd be contacted within 48 hours only to have days and days pass with no reply other than the automated one telling me I'd hear from a rep in 48 hours. Eventually, a rep sent an email and requested I send a video of the problem - Ridiculous! I explained that I would take a video of a plug in the wall with my phone connected, doing nothing - it's as though she thought I didn't know how to plug in a phone charger. So, I'm out $** and no apology and not even any further response. I mentioned that I was going to submit a complaint to ScamPulse.com and even that didn't yield a response from them. BEWARE and DO NOT BUY from this company.

Advertised clearance prices on Joann fabrics with free shipping green check mark at checkout email confirmation no responses to emails and website gone

- Clarksville, TN, USA • May 08, 2025

I ordered shoes from this company and online they had great reviews with these shoes. I get them a month later and they are clearly made in a china sweat shop and are of the poorest quality. When reported to the company they denied the switch and bait and wouldn’t offer a solution just credits. I argued back and forth for a week. I got the price of the shoes back but they refuse to refund the full amount for shipping. Upon further investigation, they have been running this game for a long time.

It was a going out of business sale on leather handbags. I purchased a 4 piece set. It wasn't delivered. They sent an email stating that I would have to pick it up from the post office. They never gave me a US tracking number, so I couldn't retrieve my package. They won't refund nor reimburse the purchase price.

I ordered a part for a boat on march 14th 2025. I was told (via email) that the product would ship out. I contacted them on March 17th as I never got an update on my order tracking. They told (via email) that it would be sent out within 2 business days with promise of tracking info once shipped. It didn't ship. On April 5th I contacted them again via email, and got a response on April 13th that the main warehouse flooded and they would update the next day. I still had not gotten a response and contacted them yet again on April 22nd. They responded back that they located my part in a different warehouse and it was going to be sent out that day with a promise of a full refund. I finally put a request in to cancel my order and they responded saying they would refund my money in 4 to 15 business days. As of today (May 8th) I still have not received my refund or my part. Please, if anyone is thinking about it, please PLEASE do not order from this company!!!!!! I am in my 40's and I have ordered a lot of things from various stores over my lifetime. I have never dealt with a worse company. period. I wish there was some way to resolve this issue, which is why I am writing this small description. Thank You

I purchased hasta and rose seeds from an ad off Instagram. I was initially overcharged by $** which they refunded within 72hrs. I asked to cancel my order due to suspicions of fraud, but they stated it had already shipped. I was sent a fake tracking link which claimed the package was being shipped from Finland. When I received the package, it was from New Jersey and inside was a packet of sesame seeds and a small packet of dirt. I've been trying to get a refund, but they stated I would have to cover the costs to ship the seeds back to China and offered me $9 to keep the product. I've filled a dispute with my credit card company.

I was attempting to purchase an auto part on a website, oemcats.com. I added an item to my shopping cart and proceeded to the checkout to complete the purchase and provide shipping and payment information. I thought I was in the checkout process when I was asked to provide my credit card. As soon as I entered the credit card info, the screen disappeared and a small window appeared vaguely referencing a subscription with no clear explanation of what the subscription pertained to or how it was in anyway related to the purchase I intended to make. Next thing, the credit card showed a pending charge from watimb.info with no further information. The entire website appears to be related to an online phishing scam disquised as a legitimate e commerce website.
