I ordered from their website via Facebook, payed for my purchase via PayPal & it’s been over a month & my order has not been delivered. Every reply they have given me has been the same bull[censored], “please be patient” or “our team is looking into this”. I’ve asked numerous times for a refund, but they’re not willing to give me one.

Ordered a t-shirt. I received an email with confirmation and a BS "shop.com" tracking. Take you to a Chinese marketing site. Norton now says it now a business-to-business redirect scam.

I seen Advanced Custom fit Functional Dentures on Facebook and i ordered them bc my dentures do not fit . It said soak them in hot water for a few minutes and then put them in your mouth and bite down to get them to fit perfectly, and that they have a natural suction to them . I got them today and there is just a few cheap looking teeth in a row for top and bottom and they are not even connected to a plate of any kind , i payed $66 .00 bucks for them and this is BS . Im very upset bc now they have my bank info and i didn't receive anything like they said !!!!!!!! ????????

Advertised an orthopedic shoe with arch support and cushioning. What I got was a low cost, unsupportive, uncomfortable, pair of shoes like you would wear to the beach as water shoes.

- Chicago, IL, USA • Dec 30, 2025

I ordered as Christmas gifts, on December 6, 2025, a set if Mini Travel Jewelry bags (4), that appeared to be made of suede in the picture. The quality of the bags, as they appeared in a short video on their website, was suede and looked very nice. I then received multiple emails saying they were in transit. Fake tracking numbers, and an email stating that they were being held in customs in Iceland. I asked for a refund over and over, and got the run around on why it couldn't be refunded, and they claimed it was still on it's way. On December 29th, I received a package with some small jewelry pouches that are made from felt. Sub standard. I would never give those as gifts to anyone! Still trying to get a refund.

I must have bought something for Christmas. I really can not say what as I bought lots and lots of stuff online mostly through ads on facebook, tik tok, instagram. I received notice from Discover for a charge of 29.99 in November and as I could not recall what all I ordered and where I accepted it. Same notice from Discover again on Dec. 27 and I knew full and well I did not order or waiting for any product and denied the charge. Went on Oak and Cedar website and saw something about "membership" and knew that was not what I signed up for. I cancelled my, unbeknown to me, membership. Got in contact with Discover and received new credit card and hope this charge does not show up again.

- Lake Zurich, IL, USA • Dec 30, 2025

I purchased a tool advertised on social media. I received an invalid tracking number and never received the item. I reported to paypal and the seller also provided them proof of shipment via what I assume was a fake tracking number.

The website harperandrowechicago.com is engaging in deceptive business practices by intentionally misrepresenting its identity, age, and location to defraud consumers. The site markets itself as a long-standing American brand, claiming to have been 'established in 1999,' yet domain records and site data show it is a recently created entity with no historical presence. Furthermore, while the site uses 'Chicago' in its name and branding to imply domestic operations, it is a drop-shipping front that ships low-quality goods directly from China. This lack of transparency regarding the business's origin and the falsification of its operational history are being used to mislead customers into making purchases under false pretenses.

- Van Buren, AR, USA • Dec 30, 2025

It was for dentures. Said you just put in hot water and they would mold to your gums. But all that was sent were little pieces of teeth looking things and beads was just junk.

- Plainfield, IL, USA • Dec 30, 2025

This was advertised as a puppy that could do multiple lifelike movements. In reality, it is very small & requires 2batteries that enable it to make a sound & barely move—no doubt an AI mis representation! Totally fraudulent!!

- Mchenry, IL, USA • Dec 29, 2025

I order 3 books for my grandchildren as advertised send photo and they show you how the book will look , 15 business days for shipping. I ordered Sept 25, 2025. Never received books and no response to my emails . I looked at reviews and this has happened to many my biggest concern is what have they done with the 100’s of children’s photos that they have received which they used photo shoot for books that where never made ???

- Royal Oak, MI, USA • Nov 12, 2025

Advertised jewelry handmade by a Lara Green who does not exist.

Jewelry advertised as original, but it is actually on other websites.

Jewelry pictures were beautiful. What I received was extremely low quality.

The store claimed that they were having an online closing sale. I purchased $****** worth of items that I never received. I have been in contact via email and they have responded with an apology due to overwhelming orders they would send me a shipping date asap. I still have not received the items and received an email that someone would be in touch regarding my refund. Which I have yet receive. I have since sent a 3rd email.

Eye glasses suppose to adjust to all vision types. I received plain plastic thin lense glasses like you can purchase anywhere.

These do not match the ads as seen on YpuTube.

- Ashby, MA, USA

I ordered two pairs of sandals. They arrived in about 3 weeks, obviously from Asia, most likely China. The correct size was on the packaging, however they were too small and the quality was not as pictured in the ad. I paid with a credit card through PayPal. I was in touch with the company through Pay Pal email. They said it was their company policy not to allow returns and refunds if they sent the correct size merchandise.

- Bakersfield, CA, USA

I paid for a 15 lb propane tank (pre-filled). The amount was deducted from my card. I never received the item. I have attempted to contact them through email, but my email was returned undeliverable.

- Evanston, IL, USA

I enrolled in a nutrition appointment with a dietician. I entered my information, downloaded their app. To schedule the appointment I needed to place my debit on file. The appointment was confirmed via email. No one showed for the zoom meeting. I believe the nutritionist is not a real person and the website is a scam. There is no phone number with live attendant and email is no reply. No one shows up to the app for the zoom meeting. No reply on chat in their app and the phone number takes voicemail however no one calls you back. I believe the nutritionist is a face profile. All LinkedIn businesses in LinkedIn profile and websites other than Fay are inactive links.
