An ad appeared in my Facebook feed. I visited the website, made a purchase like a fool, and they won't ship what I ordered or refund my money. Their "tracking" says item is in China and never left. This hasn't changed for over 3 weeks.

Paid for a charging station on their website and got email confirmation of the order. Was told it would ship out within 72 hours. One week passed and no update in sight. Reached out and received no reply. Dug deeper on their Facebook page and found that they hid all comments and seem to have a history of ghosting their customers. Finally got a reply with their saying they’ll have tracking for me by end of day. End of day passes. I reach out. Next day passes, I reach out again. Still not a single response.

They are posing as a vitamin supplement shop online and once you place your order they give you a tracking number and then your package is shipped to China

Deceptive practice - bait and switch. The product not as describe. Ordered a bag of flower seed and an got a condiment size packet not even worth $2. They need to be shutdown

I looked up JoAnn's online went to what I thought was their website and ordered $ ***** worth of merchandise. I received an order number and a tracking number, but nothing came up online to find my order. Today's date is April 11th and I put the order in on March 20th it went through my bank on March 21st. WATCH THE WEBSITE YOU USING.

Recently I was followed by this “wig small business owner” on Instagram. They claimed to be doing a sale were 1 human hair wig was $*** and after reviewing their account, seeing the amount of followers they had, including reviews, I saw that they were legit. I inquired about getting a wig and she had a 3 for $*** wig deal going, so I paid for the wigs however, and was reassured that I will be getting my receipt notice and time of delivery for the merchandise shortly after I paid. 2 days passed and I heard nothing from her and received no such email. So I message her, however I was left of delivered. I did not get a response 7 days later, so when I began to comment about not receiving my wig on their social media posts they began to delete my messages, telling me all I needed to know. I am more concerned that they have such a large amount of followers, in addition to reviews which was what convinced me of their legitimacy in the first place. I do not wish for them to get away with using people and taking their hard earned money Scott free, so I decided to report them.

I purchased from https://poltergeistsandparamours.com/ that is in your jurisdiction back in May 2022, and have never received my order--which was approximately $***. I have contacted the owner, Ama Lea, numerous times and have either gotten entirely weird responses (like confirming my mailing address, when my mailing address was on the order), or zero response. I contacted Chase for a charge-back but the time limit had expired. The shop is still operating and taking orders, but is not fulfilling those orders. Thank you!

purchased through TikTok Shop from a seller named APYEAR.US. The bike was not damaged upon arrival but became defective within four days of light use. The tire unexpectedly burst while the product was in my garage, making it unsafe and unusable.

I contacted the seller right away, and they acknowledged the issue, saying they would send a replacement tire. Over a week passed, and they never followed through. I then requested a refund because the product was defective and unusable. I requested the refund before the return deadline of 4/2, but TikTok Shop took two days to review my request and ultimately denied it on 4/4 due to the timeframe. I did everything on my end correctly and in good faith.

Furthermore, the seller has since tried to coerce me into deleting my honest review in exchange for a refund, which is highly unethical and further proves they’re not acting in good faith. I have saved the messages as proof.

This is a scam website that sells tractors/sheds/playgrounds, etc. and has copied the name and location of a real boutique furniture store in Chicago. They are stealing lots of money from unassuming people. BEWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE MEGMADY.COM!

I ordered off a site that looked like the retailer Primal Queen. It’s been over a week and still the product hasn’t been sent and the company refuses to send me shipping info. When I reached out to the actual company Primal Queen they told me this was a fraud site.

The web portal shows they also sell tires. I purchased 2 and have never received. Now their phone is disconnected. Portal page has complaint box. Have filled out 2 times. There portal is 1 of 4 major retailers that auto pops up for tires for sale online behind amazon eBay for examples. Front page basically advertisement. But apparently is a complete steal from scammers. How are they even able to be along side of major sellers online when it immediately pops up there products and still be major con ? Blows my mind on this. If ya could just find them asap and get them stopped from doing this further to anyone else . Thank you

The item on the website: John Deere Z345M 42 in. 22 HP Gas Dual Hydrostatic Zero-Turn Riding Mower

$1,469.51 Original price was: $1,469.51 the new price was $881.51. The phone number listed rings once and then hang up.

The site is misrepresenting, a valid furniture in Chicago, IL. I call the actual phone number for the company at 312-636-3583 and I was told that the website being used is a scam. they are getting a lot of calls about the site, sell furniture and not lawn equipment.

The company claimed that the dog toy was for the aggressive chewers and that if the dog destroyed it they would replace it or refund. Although I have 4 dogs I only gave 1 to one of my dogs and within 5 minutes he destroyed the toy. I have tried to contact them 4/5 times regarding a refund and they wont even contact me back. There isn't a # to call. I've looked for other ways to reach them, but unfortunately to NO avail its very frustrating so I will be contacting my card regarding the scam as well.

Placed order 12/4/24.Was advised 3/4 wks. Never received order. Reached out to merchant was advised product on the way. Month went by the merchant advised they would update on the status of delivery. Merchant advised that the carrier informed product delivered at front desk advised merchant there is no front desk live in house, merchant advised they would reach out to carrier, responded back that the carrier advised item was signed for asked who signed was advised could not provide update. At that asked for a refund was advised would get refund back 15-25 days. As of today no refund or product and the merchant keep lying about they have requested for the refund to be sent to me

Stolen product video was posted to a burner tiktok account impersonating the original creator of the promotional video. Claimed to be having a limited sale. Tiktok video linked to website to buy the “product” which all the information seems stolen from another company’s product. The product was color changing sunglasses. Tiktok account deleted all videos and rebranded itself as something entirely different within 24 hours.

Online ads for Safe Card Shield RFiD cards (radio frequency blocking cards) - to put in wallet to protect credit cards from ID theft by radio frequency devices. My credit card was charged, but no product was delivered, and not possible to contact company to follow up.

We were searching for a watch with Arabic numerals and found one on the North Accent website. I paid the listed price of $***** on February 8 and received confirmation, including an order number, indicating that shipping would take 5-8 days via USPS.

On February 15, I emailed to inquire about the order's status and received a response on February 20 stating that the order had been fulfilled but not yet shipped and they would investigate as to why that was the case. However, I never heard back. On February 18, my card was charged $*****, and an additional $**** was charged without any explanation.

On February 24, I reached out again, informing them of the charges and asking for tracking details if shipped or a refund if there was an issue, but again received no response.

On March 1, I penned another message but received no updates or replies. I also indicated that I would escalate the matter to authorities after a week if there was no shipment or response from them by then. On March 4, I then received an automated email indicating my order was on its way, with a USPS tracking number showing that a shipping label was created in Niagara Falls, NY on March 3 at 12:30 PM.

As of March 13, the tracking status remains unchanged, indicating that only a label has been created, and USPS is awaiting the item, but nothing has been shipped. The company has also not responded since then.

I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter to prevent others from experiencing the same issue and to help recover the payment I made. Thank you!

I ordered a jersey for my spouse and was waiting on for shipping information. When I tried to interact with the company, the phone number was not in service and I couldn't get any help trying their chat. The amount of the purchase was quickly charged to my credit card.
