Company Scamming Public

I am completely appalled at the actions of Blossom flowers for a recent order. I had my order confirmed by email and by phone on Wednesday, after the order was placed on Sunday; yet two hours prior to the wake/funeral services I receive a phone call attempting to extort more money for said purchase. In light of the circumstances for the order I was shocked at the audacity of such a large company trying to swindle someone and to think that it is acceptable to exhibit this behavior. I definitely expressed my outrage explicitly as I was caught off guard at a time of extreme grief. I had just made it to MA after a long journey from Ohio to put my young and beloved cousin to rest to be blindsided by extreme greed and unprofessionalism. My initial thought was that it was a phone scam. I expressed that by no uncertain terms would I be paying more and that they would fulfill my order as paid and that their call was absolutely inappropriate.

I asked several times to speak with management and was told she was the only person available to speak with, I told her if that was the case it was her job to take care of it and make the situation right but they would not extort more money from me at the last minute by trying to play on my emotions and stress. I paid for a service that needed to be followed through on. She assured me she would document my concerns and the flowers would be delivered. As I sat through the services and greeted family, no flowered arrived, as I checked my phone and tracked the flowers they kept indicating that they were in transit. As the service was 30min from commencement I called the 1-877 number and finally spoke to someone to find that the flowers were never delivered and that it was because I didn’t immediately shell out more cash by last minute demand. I paid $100 and they requested another 70$ at the last minute claiming there was a local distribution issue even though they confirmed the order the day before…. I cannot express the right words that can describe the dirty business that took place. I requested a full refund and to be contacted by a manager, which again never happened. After a week of fighting I finally received a refund but they refused to do anything else and never took accountability for their actions. I cannot express the embarrassment I experienced in trusting an online company because I was out of town and not having them delivered and having to answer to family who asked, which flowers are yours….

Apparently this business takes no shame in their actions. If you need a reliable company they are not for you.

I ordered the product on July 2nd the tracking said it was delivered on the 6th. Contacted the merchant, a person named Joe said it was on its way. I sent him a screenshot of the info that it was delivered and he said for me to check the address I put, that it may be wrong and I assured him and sent another screenshot of the address I put down.

I saw an ad on Instagram for $5.99 Stanley cups. With the additional offer of if you buy two, you get a free gift. I bought two, but never got a confirmation email. I tried to use my discover card, but it wouldn’t go through, so I ended up using my debit card.

I heard that certain dispensaries were delivering in the Chicago area. I looked up “dispensaries near me” and their site popped up. I looked over the site and everything seemed legit. I picked out my products and placed my order (even received a confirmation email). However they told me I needed to text the number I provided to confirm payment and after having some issues paying and the payment finally going through. I received another notice to pay. I confronted the person and they said not to send anymore money and that my order would be delivered soon. I asked for an ETA and they never responded.

The website offered a supply item I was seeking that has been very hard to find in stock. The financial transaction was through Zelle which I now understand, does not cover losses due to fraud. The payment was made to Brandon Roberson with a Zelle number 9012582461. About two weeks passed before I emailed to inquire about a shipping date. I recieved no response. After reviewing the website closer, I realized the website may be fake. Some of the "about us" business credential information is plagerized from other companies. i.e. Midway USA.

To date there has been no return correspondence and I have not received the supply item purchased June 25, 2023.

I attempted to purchase a mobility scooter that they advertised as a clearance sale. I received notification that said scooter had been delivered. but to Ohio and I live in Illinois. my shipping information was correct when I placed the order. I inquired with the company who basically said it was delivered and they weren’t going to do anything about it. I'm curious how many other old people they have scammed? I'm 62 on a fixed income and disabled. I either need the scooter delivered to my residence or the money returned. can you help me? I think Facebook is to blame that they allow this crap to be advertised and don’t care how many seniors are ripped off

thank you for your help.

I googled dispensaries in my area. I found one nearby that claimed to deliver 24/7. I clicked on the website and placed my order. I received an email with a detailed invoice/receipt. This email instructed me to text a phone number to confirm my method of payment. Embarrassingly, I did and sent $*** using Venmo. The person communicated via text and replied until I sent the money, of course.

Advertised Stanley drinking cups via Dick's Sporting Goods. Ordered two, never delivered. Checked tracking and said returned to sender in China. Email contact and reply really doesn't care.

I saw a ad for a sale on Stanley cups. They were advertising they were Dicks Sporting Goods.

I ordered it. Paid $**.**through my bank debit online. They took the money out of my bank.

I got a shipping email saying it would ship. I didn’t receive anything.

I sent them an email and asked where it was. I never heard.

This all took place in April. April 19, 2023.

I will attach the emails I have.

My wife saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace for mommyloveshop.com on her phone, she went to the website and ordered a Graco $ever car seat and got a really good deal. the website appeared to redirect to bedbathandbeyond website so we just figured maybe this vendor has some good deals due to bb&b going out of business. After the order was replaced the money was taken from our bank account and I did some research into the validity of the vendor and found a bunch of stuff saying the website is a scam. We're holding out hope that we'll actually get the merchandise but based on what I've read online that's not likely.

We went to this website to purchase 2 trees for our front yard. The trees showed in stock, used Apple pay to purchase them, which i thought had added protections against fraudulent charges/scam websites. Processed the transaction through Apple pay. have not been contacted or emailed from the company, there is no phone number on their website to call and dispute or reconcile a charge. I noticed that they had an extra "s" on their url spoofing off of brighterblooms.com. I want others to be aware not to use this website for transactions.

They were selling raised garden beds and the website says made in USA. when I ordered I received email and a wierd shipping confirmation. Then another email that said my credit card was going to be charged by their sister company which is PING PONG HONG KONG and thats were the product was getting shipped from. About a month later I received some package in my mailbox and when I googled the tracking #it was from Amazon. I reported it to them as a brushing scam because I didn't order I12 cheap headphones. So when I emailed the company they said well it was deleivered we have confirmation and that is what they use to prove to your credit card company that they did mail you something (just not what you ordered). So no matter what you get screwed by these scamming companies. Now I will be 100% leary about purchasing something from an online retailer.

Purchased a product from Tynt Beauty three weeks ago. They charged my credit card and sent an order confirmation via email. I followed up five times asking when it will be processed and shipped and never received correspondence. Filed a dispute with my credit card. Found out many people have this same issue and the business is out of business and not currently running. Why are they still charging credit cards if they are not a good standing business? This is fraudulent.

The scammer is pretending to sell clothes online and targeting women, non-binary & queer men. The do not sell clothes. They take the money you purchase for clothes and deliver nothing. All the pics are stolen from other sites.
