Purchased this product in December. Received it January - not complete with the items I purchased and it did not work. I have tried to contact them via their online website https://kidstech.us/- nothing and I have emailed them directly per the email I got in my order confirmation. I am out $53.09 without a working product. Been trying for months

these are sites on Instagram,,, like men's Wearhouse outlet, or mnml outlet,.. all items 5.99 and under, there is a timer,.. and it says they are coming from CA warehouse,.. then you get fake tracking info from

TRACK718 which i assume is all bogus,.. I called my bank and was able to reverse all charges,.. but once 2 months pass, I think your $$$ is gone forever. Tonight on Instagram it was Andrew Christian underwear for 3$ a pair,... all fraud

Add through Facebook Marketplace. Everything looked like it was Wayfair. Looked up item on PC and product we attempted to purchase was not there.

I bought an E bike. It said it was delivered on January 6 however, nothing showed up to my door. I went to my mailbox down the street and I was sent a winter face mask. I contacted Walmart. They said they will contact the third-party seller which I also did and never got contacted back. I tried to call the third-party seller and the phone number says it’s no longer in service.

I ordered shoes from the Cloggs website after seeing their ads online. The ads were really well done, and there were tons of customer reviews and photos, so I thought it was a trustworthy site. I placed my order at the start of December for Christmas presents, but I didn’t get them until mid-January. By late December, I reached out to customer support to ask about my order. The tracking website they gave me was in Chinese, and the information was illegible. It showed my package had been sitting for three weeks, and when I checked the details, it became clear the shoes were being shipped from China. The website claimed they were based in Chicago, but the tracking info said otherwise. If I had known it was a dropshipping scam, I wouldn’t have bothered.

When the shoes finally arrived, (with three shipping labels stacked on top the other) all three pairs were way too small, and they had a strong chemical smell. The quality was awful, and the person I got them for couldn’t even get their foot halfway in. I contacted support again to ask for a refund, but they told me they don’t refund sale items. I had visited their website several times for order updates, and every item was always listed as being on sale, effectively voiding any return possibilities for customers. When I went back to the site to file this complaint, I saw that the 5,000 reviews they show are all the selected ones with pictures—none of the other reviews are visible.

Ordered 2 hoodies. Was told arriving together. 1 hoodie arrived. Courier left 1 package at door , didn’t take pic of item at door, yet turns & takes a pic of my window looking into my home. I show COMFRT my RING camera proving what had happened. There’s no human contact person. It appears to be a “ bot” conversation back & forth via text. Never solving the problem. Courier set trucking company LASERSHIP also claims no responsibility to missing item. Just diverts me back to COMFRT & abruptly ends the “live chat”, which is the only way to communicate! Hopefully my bank can look into this & I’ll get reimbursed.

I ordered a 303 piece tool set and received only a paper with a picture of the tool set in a bubble wrap package. They actually want me to return the picture. It’s not worth my gas and time to return a printed picture.

On December 23,2024 I contacted Herbalist Jeremy to get some herbs to treat my arthritis condition. I asked several questions to verify if the business was legit. He told me he owns a herbal store in Washington DC.The shipping and handling was ***. He gave me discount when I refused to pay that much. I sent the payment by Zelle to the email provided above. On December 25,2024 Jeremy contacted me asking for *** for customs/clearance tax. I let him know that he never mentioned that particular tax. He actually agreed that he never mentioned the that tax before. To this day , I haven’t received the herbs or heard from him again. I googled up the business and it’s in the internet.I don’t know if it’s possible to get the money back. I want to report the scam.

The website has a prominant US flag on top and claims an A+ rating by the BBB, but apparently is not even registered with the BBB. I have pictures of everything. I ordered Christmas cards on November 23 from what looked like a US vendor on Instagram.. Then the delayed shipping emails started, and I see from the tracking the origin is in China. The 10 cards arrived on December 30, with only one envelope, so useless to me. They are using your name and fake rating right on the top of their site! This was a total scam. You should care!!

Company advertised false essential apparel and poor quality clothing and fake labels.

- Downers Grove, IL, USA • Dec 30, 2024

They advertised as spark paws on Instagram. The link shows spark paws logo and has identical look to their website.

- Elgin, IL, USA • Dec 30, 2024

This company sends products that are plastic and horrible. They have false advertising and obviously AI generated comments as they were wonderful when I ordered, Now all reviews are discussing the poor quality. They have responded to emails about returning at first but never gave an address etc. to do so. Now I hear nothing. I don’t want others to fall for the same scam. I have since cancelled my credit card as I don’t want them having my info.

- Lockport, IL, USA • Dec 24, 2024

Bought a children's smart phone in early December and sent numerous emails with them bouncing back undeliverable and I have no product and lost my money.

- Chicago, IL, USA • Dec 23, 2024

Looked to have a legitimate web site. However, after further review I noticed question marks when I did additional research. Strictly my fault for jumping to soon!

As I tried to reach out, there were no communications. I cancelled my credit card that was used and notified the credit card company to dispute the issue.

Sent notice to the Bourbon of Jack that I was making this notification with no response.

Clearly a scam organization.

Fake company. Selling items that never get shipped.

- Chicago, IL, USA • Dec 21, 2024

I placed an order on halitdom.com for Comfrt brand sweatshirts and sweatpants. Then, I received a tracking number to track my order through track718 and waited 31 days. Finally, at 2 a.m., they emailed me saying my order was delivered, which I found strange. I never got it.

- Chicago, IL, USA • Dec 20, 2024

They used an ad on Facebook pretending to be SparkPaws. The ad led to a website that was also branded to look like SparkPaws. I should have paid closer attention at the time, but everything looked like the SP site I’d visited before. I placed an order and it said it’d be 2-3 days shipping. When they emailed tracking info I got suspicious—it was clearly coming from China and did not look like a SparkPaws order. I got busy with the holidays and after a couple of weeks realized I still hadn’t gotten that package, even though the tracker said delivered. At this point I reached out to the service address in the email (definitely not SparkPaws), and asked for a refund. They offered to re-ship the order or see if they could find “another solution.” I have responded that I only want a refund.

I made contact to several companies for the purchase of used auto body parts for my 2012 Mercedes R-350 vehicle hitting a dear. Henry was my contact person and talking with him I became able to trust him to be honest and ordered my auto parts thru him through the company he was representing, Performance Auto Salvage. After making my payment communication with him changed. He would take my calls and have many excuses on the delay but was working on getting the parts. Then he told me that he was unable to deliver and would provide a full credit back to me. I made contact to the Better Business Bureau to help me get my refund, in which Performance Auto Salvage told the Better Business Bureau that they had the intent to send me my refund check since Performance Auto Salvage was unable to deliver the auto body parts that I requested, Then after many calls, the credit changed to nothing, and gave me the excuse that I canceled the order and the cost of restocking was equal to the value of my order, therefore no refund credit would be offered. This time took over six(6) months of hoping that I would get my parts or my full refund. This company is a total fraud.
