I purchased 2 dresses online through Pappya pop up ad on Facebook. The online site indicated the dresses were made in South Carolina and shipped directly from South Carolina. The site also advises for returns to contact [email protected] for easy returns. I received the dresses but the quality is poor and I wanted to return them. I emailed Pappya requesting the mailing address to return the dresses. I have sent them 4 emails requesting the return address and a full refund. They have not provided me the mailing address only indicating a return to the “Dubai factory”. In their initial email they offered me $16 ; their second email they offered me $28 which I refused and indicated I wanted to return the dresses and to get full refund. Pappya continues to refuse to send the return mailing address.

Upon further inspection of the package that I received the dresses in, it is evident that the dresses were not made in US and not shipped from US. There are multiple layers of shipping labels. Peeling back the label it appears to have Chinese writing and the name Wang Jie. The original plastic envelope also has Chinese writing on it

The top label had a return address indicating : Sorting Facility, 2805 W El Segundo Blvd Ste 1, Hawthorne, CA 90250.

Other email addresses I noted from Pappya correspondence in addition to [email protected] (their “customer service”) [email protected], [email protected]

The website was selling Stanley cups for $5.99, I bought four and the total money they took was $**.** with free shipping. I still have the email confirmation they sent me after I placed the order. When I clicked on "Check Order Detail" it pops up with the checkout page no longer exists.

I contacted the pool duck on Facebook market. I was in need of a pool liner repaired. We exchanged numbers so that I can forward images of the pool. To let him know what needed to get done. Images was sent and told me he had 20 years experience, no problem he'll do it for $800. Agreed, showed up and then excuses from excuses and up the price. I told him we agreed on $800 and what he told me that, it was more to get done? I kindly ask him, but you agreed to do the job for $800 and now your raising the price. I decided to move forward and it was done, but wasn't done the proper way. I paid him and 2 days later I noticed my water level dropped and I message him. There was no response, again and again. So I decided to call and he pick up and I ask him why's my water level dropping? The ground isn't smooth, you didn't clean up after your work. He was unprofessional on the phone, he was aggressive and cursed me out for no reason. I felt betrayed and scam by his work and I ask him one last time and he ended the call with an F word to me. Texted me with have a nice day!! I filled the pool up and that took me close to 3-4 days and knowing the water bill. What I found was that he puncture the liner and not taking accountability for his action. My time and hard earnings was loss and I feel this was unacceptable and he could've approached differently as in a professional way

Facebook ad. Store closing ad. Looked legit said shop was based in New Jersey. Received drop shipped junk with made in China stickers.

On Friday, July 16, 2023, I purchased a comforter set from the website https://tapestrygirls.com/. Payment was deducted from my back account ($***.**) and I waited patiently for the order to be delivered. They set a free gift within a couple of weeks, but my comforter set, which is what I paid for, has not arrived. I sent multiple emails that have not been responded to. I posted on their social media but my comments have been deleted. This company steals from people. I have disputed the charge with my bank. The bank has temporarily refunded my money while they complete an investigation. As on 8/18/23 we still have not received the comforter set, nor any response from the company.

I received an email forwarded from a family member saying it was from Bed Bath and Beyond saying "Massive savings: clear inventory". I placed an order on July 15th and was sent a confirmation email from "Bed Bath" with a link to view my order. When clicked on the link the name listed is Kertok. It showed the order and a tracking button. The button showed various dates and tracking information in what looks like Chinese characters. The tracking kept updating until it said the items were delivered on Aug 7th at my address. Nothing was ever delivered. I don't remember my method of payment (I think it was paypal), but I checked all my credit cards and paypal. Nothing was charged to any method of payment in the amount ordered) or on the date ordered. I emailed to 2 different addresses but never heard anything back.

They are fronting as a Taylor Swift merchandise website similar to her actual store. There is nowhere that allows me to cancel my order. They have been unresponsive and provided 3 different emails for communication: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]

All 3 have been unresponsive. The Wintopay Service acknowledged that they won’t be able to do refunds without me being able to contact the seller. But I can’t reach the seller. After googling around, this Wintopay has been connected to other fraudulent websites.

Online store was closed after I put in order. I received shipping notification email but I nor USPS received the package. This store is a scam

Contact was made to buy a child toy from the purchaser Sandra via Facebook messenger through Marketplace. The buyer asked for zelle information to send the agreed amount of money. Sent screenshot of difficulty sending through phone number(1st red flag). Then provided email address. Received email stating there was a hold on the payment because I did not have a business account and the buyer would need to send more money to “upgrade “ my account to business. The buyer then messaged that I had to accept the money and send it back to them. I declined. They expressed worry about the original amount being out of their account. I sent the screenshot of the phone number to call to cancel the transaction. They buyer prompted me to call(2nd red flag). I called and found the “David Anderson” stating they were customer service for venmo. When I questioned this they “transferred “ me to zelle customer service. I then stated the transaction beeded to be stopped they asked for account information. I stated this sounded like a scam and they stated it was “not a scam”. I then told them I would be reporting them and not to contact this phone number again. It does happen fast and you feel pressured throughout the whole process. I an thankful for not giving them my account information.

I saw on Facebook that this company was giving away free Coleman tents. So I entered and then was shown 12 boxes and told to pick a box and was given three tries. I chose the box on the second try and the tent floated out of the box! So I won! I entered all my info and paid the shipping fee of 7.95. Turned out it was a monthly charge. So I get an email saying thanks for purchasing a tent!

Called them this am and they informed me I paid for a CHANCE to win! They were going to cancel my subscription. What subscription? They threatened me that I would not get information from them with other offers! FINE BY ME! I just want to warn others. As my mom always said "If it sounds too good to be true it probably is". Thank you

+1

Trying not to give me my money back I have email them over and over again asking for the refund of payment

The scammer sends you to a bot to deal with refunds and tries to convince you after a series of messages to keep the product. Then the scammer stops replying all together after you insist they issue a refund.

This is a SCAM SITE! 100%!!! phone number is to a Walgreens in this same city! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

I checked into my balance on my Visa gift card and saw a charge to a company called Universal Top Auto. Once I called them, they were unable to provide a website for their auto product company, and stated meal planning is a part of the auto company as well. A confirmation of my order was unavailable to provide me nor how they had received my personal email address and cell phone number! A "supervisor" was the same person I had been speaking with, who also would not provide her last name. She stated she could not provide their terms of conditions, and a meal planning program "came with" an offer for a free I pad, I phone, or Apple i cloud storage. This company is a horrible scam and I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I am a full time student. I am hurt and angry, and don't know how to retrieve the lost funds - nor how to make up the lost monies because I am not working.

Said that they delivered package but it was not. Said someone signed for it. Even thought I or no one in my household signed for it then I was told that I could only get a full refund but I could only get 50 percent back. Was told that it isn't there responsibility.

I ordered a set of golf clubs from Coniwei.com on June 13 2023. They gave me a tracking number BLGJ0000175160YQ from track718.com. When I go to the web site to track it, it says it was delivered to a sorting center in Moline IL. On July 12 2023. I have emailed them 2 and never received a response back

Purchased a blouse. Did not fit. Wanted to return. Followed all directions. Was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. Never heard anything.

This will serve as the second attempt to resolve this order. I ordered a bumper for my GMC Van and I requested to have it primed and ready to paint via the website. I received a textured black bumper that cannot be painted.

A female employee of this company who was very rude and not helpful with this matter stating that I placed the order wrong and it was my fault. I called her directly before placing the order to inquire about the order and in the same rude and impatient fashion, she said to write "Primed" in the color paint box via the website to which I did.

This website is very intentionally misleading. The company falsely advertises products that they do not offer. The fact that a textured bumper can't be painted yet that's the only option listed on the website as "Text" and not textured. There is no Non-Textured option for this item and even the textured bumpers listed on this website doesn't clearly state that they are textured for its abbreviated on the website. After communicating this to the company owner, she laughed and stated it was my fault followed by 2 days of constant harassment and disrespect

Arranged for a flower delivery by purchasing flowers from Blossom on July 23, 2023 to be delivered on July 24, 2023. They contacted me saying there was an issue with the arrangement and that it would be redelivered on July 25, 2023. The flowers were never redelivered and they scheduled another redelivery for July 27, 2023. The flowers were still not delivered and I contacted them and they said they would need an additional 48 hours to get ahold of their distributor. I requested a refund but they refuse to give me my money back. I have email logs detailing the whole dilemma.

Company Scamming Public

I am completely appalled at the actions of Blossom flowers for a recent order. I had my order confirmed by email and by phone on Wednesday, after the order was placed on Sunday; yet two hours prior to the wake/funeral services I receive a phone call attempting to extort more money for said purchase. In light of the circumstances for the order I was shocked at the audacity of such a large company trying to swindle someone and to think that it is acceptable to exhibit this behavior. I definitely expressed my outrage explicitly as I was caught off guard at a time of extreme grief. I had just made it to MA after a long journey from Ohio to put my young and beloved cousin to rest to be blindsided by extreme greed and unprofessionalism. My initial thought was that it was a phone scam. I expressed that by no uncertain terms would I be paying more and that they would fulfill my order as paid and that their call was absolutely inappropriate.

I asked several times to speak with management and was told she was the only person available to speak with, I told her if that was the case it was her job to take care of it and make the situation right but they would not extort more money from me at the last minute by trying to play on my emotions and stress. I paid for a service that needed to be followed through on. She assured me she would document my concerns and the flowers would be delivered. As I sat through the services and greeted family, no flowered arrived, as I checked my phone and tracked the flowers they kept indicating that they were in transit. As the service was 30min from commencement I called the 1-877 number and finally spoke to someone to find that the flowers were never delivered and that it was because I didn’t immediately shell out more cash by last minute demand. I paid $100 and they requested another 70$ at the last minute claiming there was a local distribution issue even though they confirmed the order the day before…. I cannot express the right words that can describe the dirty business that took place. I requested a full refund and to be contacted by a manager, which again never happened. After a week of fighting I finally received a refund but they refused to do anything else and never took accountability for their actions. I cannot express the embarrassment I experienced in trusting an online company because I was out of town and not having them delivered and having to answer to family who asked, which flowers are yours….

Apparently this business takes no shame in their actions. If you need a reliable company they are not for you.
