I had been seeing their ads on TikTok and usually am not one to buy from ads, but it had a high following, lots of engagement, and the comment looked normal. However it’s been 2 months and I haven’t received anything, I’ve emailed multiple times maybe 10 times and the only time they replied they said it take 2-5 business days to process and 10-15 to ship, however it has been longer than that. According to their website, if you don’t receive your item in 30 days you are entitled to a refund, I’ve asked for a refund multiple times as it has been 2 months and no response. Looked up Eternal scam on TikTok and saw many others were scammed too—waiting months for a package we’ll never receive and out at least $80 or more.

Saw an ad on Instagram and decided to place an order. I checked the status of the order 2 weeks later and, it said it was in transit. It has now been 1 month and i still have not received my order. I checked the tracking information and it says the order was delivered. I have cameras where i live and there was no delivery on the day they claimed it was delivered. I should have read the reviews before i ordered, there are so many people that have gone through the same exact thing I went through. I am in the process of disputing the charges with my bank as we speak and, i'm praying for a good out come.

It's just a person ordering items online and had a sale that you couldn't pass up on huge percentage for 21 piece pots set online that also had Macy's logo attached to it. Report Scammer online business that claim to deliver my package but it never made . I'm at a loss of how company continues to scam consumer.

I ordered a size small black body suit and a size small apricot body suit. Each arrived a month later in size larges. I’ve emailed customer service asking for a replacement or refund. They have stated they cannot refund or accept the return without paying a restocking fee and for the return postage. I’d like to report fraud and request a refund. Paid by Capital One Credit Card. Shipment supposedly on the way. Nothing has arrived. Emails sent without any response. They claim to respond in 24 hrs. It's been 72 hrs so far.

I received a package from this address. I looked up name and address on Joe Doe and found multiple scam reports. I didn't even open it because it is from an unknown person and address. If there is something inside that involves a scam, I'm not interested and I haven't ordered anything. I will keep the 5" x 6" package unopened until I decide to take to post office or turn over to you.

I purchased items online and they said they would give me a tracking number then they ignored my requests to get the tracking number then they stopped answering my questions about when I was going to get my products and have not received anything yet after they claim I would get them in 3-7 business days

I was on google maps searching for a dispensary near me and this “ Green Leaf Collective” location came up and I briefly read their google reviews which where pretty new in the last 2-3 days but I did not put that into effect of suspicion. Then I proceeded to go on their website “ https://excellentcannabisdelivery.com/” which looked legit and lots of items added on their website. I thought prices were too good to be true and tried to order 5 cartridges which were 40$ a piece and a 6$ tax. When submitting my order, it stated to give them a call and I did then they told me they would text me the email to Zelle “ [email protected] “ and it came up as ELLIANA. I sent them ***$ and then they told me estimated time for delivery is 1-2 hours. So I waited and then never got my items and I had to reach out to them and then I did not get an answer and then I started spam calling them and texting them and they responded saying they will return the money but of course they did not. They blocked my phone number then I called on private and then they disconnected their google phone number.

I was ordering gummies online from the faded fruit.com website. I received a text message asking me to sell the money to an email address.I should have known by that that it was a scam but I was trusting enough and went ahead and sent a Zell payment from my bank to the. Email address in the report here and obviously. They took my money and I have never gotten the product.

I ordered several items online from Curveladies, the pictures showed really nice clothing but what came looked like my grandmother's curtains. Poor quality and definitely not what I ordered. I tried to contact for a return and they sent me a message to ask what I wanted to return. I have emailed about 5 times with no response! I continue to email to ask for a return label and nothing. Total scam!

I paid for a dress on a website called ManhattanDress.com. My credit card was charged, but I never received the dress. It was first pending, and then the charge went away. But when I checked my statement today, the charge went through. I tried to call the number of the merchant listed under the charge, and the number was out of service. I believe this website is impersonating a brick and mortar store that goes by the same name, Manhattan Dress, that's located in NYC. I believe they also have fake social media profiles, which is why I thought the company was reputable.

I purchased a pair of panties that I was charged twice for because PayPal sent me a message that the first purchase didn't go through. The next day both charges showed up on my checking account. I emailed them immediately so they could pull one from the delivery but they emailed me back & said it was too late. I gave them plenty of time to pull it. Shady.

I ordered clothes vía a FB ad for Curveladies. Got the items but nothing was wearable. The clothing was made incorrectly, fabric was twisted up, sizing was totally off, nothing was as described. I asked for a return via emailing the company. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now and all they say to me after making me wait 3-4 days is that all they can do is offer me $10, or $20 refund and a coupon to shop with them again and they tell me to keep the clothing. Then they say, don’t worry if you’d like to return the items we will send instructions in a further email and then They never do. So I will message back and they give me a new ‘compensation’ offer which is a fraction of what I paid and I wanted to return all the items.

My stepdaughter ordered an order of the shoes with the rollers for $**.** plus shipping. She received an order #1916, it has been a few weeks and now she has never heard anything about the order, shipping, etc. She has tried emailing them and calling the number they provided and I did as well, we received no information in return and the number isn't a valid number. She has filed a report with her bank in hopes they will return her money since this was apparently a scam website
