Asked to return and they continue to not provide a return label.
I received a confirmation email and tracking number. That number revealed the order was coming from China, which I was not aware of when I ordered. Obviously, this took some time for the order to arrive. I tracked the purchase through the tracking number and discovered it had been delivered 4/10/23 and 4/11/23, the two days I received the tote bag and the seeds. On 4/13/23 when I realized that the package was not delivered, I used the email provided to request assistance.
What followed was a string of emails. The company purports that the seed packets are of comparable value to three raised beds. They have offered to return 20% of my payment to me (after offering 10% and I refused) and the opportunity to sell the "high-quality seeds" to others as a way of recouping my payment. I have included these seeds in the photo below. The package they arrived in had a return address of California.
I have asked for a full refund several times. I also agreed to return the seeds to them, but they hesitated because they wanted to deal with import/export fees and they did not want to "lose" money.
I did inform this company that I would report them for fraud. I would like my full refund and they are refusing to give it to me because they don't want to lose money.
