This company is a scam. They deliver their item and claim easy return but there website does not allow you to contact them. They don’t respond to their chat items on their website. They do not honor their return policy. Their product is subpar. I returned it to the address on the package that was delivered, but never got an acknowledgment.

I believe this scammer is the same people running dealsxs.com. The address listed for Overhalfsale.com is the address of a coworking space. The address listed for Dealsxs.com is actually a UPS storefront. Both are located in St Charles, Illinois and only 1.5 miles from each other. Both websites pose as a e-commerce site selling a variety of items including the USPS stamps I had been seeking. Please catch this person. I had entered my info but then got the sense that something was fishy and backed out. I promptly got an email offering me 15% off of the contents of the cart. At first, I thought the website was a kind of marketplace like eBay, mercari but realized that it was not. The thing that tipped me off was the address of these supposedly two separate retailers. They were both located in St Charles, Il. The stamps have been sold out for months so I knew it was not possible to get them back in stock but dealsxs.com said they would have them back in stock 2/10 so I backed off. Then I found overhalfsale.com selling the same stamps for around the same price.

Emailed to cancel order last month was told I could not cancel since it was in manufacturing phase already…. Was told it could take up to 25 business days for order to ship. It is not past 25 days and still nothing indicating order has shipped. There are others on social media stating they also never received their order….

I placed an order on January 7th for a shoe rack. It was on sale for $27.96 and was supposed to be shipped in 4-7 days. Unfortunately I was unaware that it was coming from China. I found out on January 10th that it was being shipped. I attempted to contact the seller but they had no phone number on their site. I emailed them to cancel my order and they never responded. Today, I received ear muffs instead of the shoe rack!!!! I attempted to email them using the email address that is listed for their customer service and it is a non working email address!

Ursime is yet another fake Chinese company that takes your money and loses your items. They use a fake tracking system that tells you nothing. No matter how many time you write to them, they will just stop responding after a while. I paid for more expensive express shipping and they lost my package and its been over 34 days now. Speed pack from China is express delivery and it should only take 2.5 weeks at most. If you do get your items they are fake replicas of what is advertised online and it looks terrible. The fabric is different and nothing is authentic. The bohemian clothing that is hand embowered is just a print, thin and flimsy. I had to file a complaint with my bank to get my money back. They completely Lie on the clothing descriptions and give you fake items or lose it in the mail and try to keep your money. Rosegal was the original business that was pulling this scam. I think its them with just a different name. They have several companies that have the exact same clothing items pretending to be from Germany and other countries. Ursime has several people on youtube reviewing their clothing. They only say nice things because they got the items for free. You can clearly see it is a cheap replica and doesn't fit good,.

Ordered a custom bracelet from Wear Felicity ads on instagram months ago. Have contacted their support team a dozen times to get a refund because the thing never shipped. They keep telling me they're behind and it's coming and they don't give refunds. That is internet robbery and they should be shut down.

Company said they were sending a size 9 pair of boots to me. They sent a size 8-8.5. When I asked them to correct their mistake, they refused to send the correct size boots and offered a 20% refund. Their website says 100% customer satisfaction (not 20% customer satisfaction.)

On Facebook the person claimed to be going out of business and have crafters cabinets on sale for $49.99. They would notify the buyer in 4-7 business days of when the cabinet would arrive. The buyer would need to be available for the delivery because the cabinet would only be delivered to the street. I purchased 1 with my AmEx credit card. The next day they advertised the same cabinet for $29.99. I have made attempts to contact them through email, because I haven't received any notification of my purchase or of the delivery and it's been longer than 4-7 business days. The "company" has not responded to any emails. I've checked the comments and many people are also calling this a scam.

They say they are wholesaler that have great prices on apparel and the more you spend the better the discounts but than you get nothing from them (In some cases they ship cheap ring of some kind to some buyers) but then make all kinds of excuses and reasons not to return your money. I have heard from multiple so called customer service people saying a refund is coming but nothing happens and there is no phone to call.

I ordered a camera lens from here and right off the bat I was having issues checking out, and also their email address were not working due to a "server" issue, as the website chat said. I then contacted them again days later via chat after seeing on the PayPal transaction that they uploaded a FedEx tracking number that showed the package was delivered a day ago and received by someone that doesn't live here. They told me that FedEx had given them the wrong number and were fixing the issue, and that they'd provide me with the correct tracking number when received. There was also a strange email address on the PayPal transaction that was clearly outside of the US, despite the website claiming to be based in Illinois, so emailed that address as well. I then confronted them via the chat about the suspicious behavior, and they didn't respond until I informed them I would be taking action with PayPal and my credit company. They then requested that I cancel the PayPal claim and resubmit it since they "didn't receive nothing" and so they could refund me.

Upon further research, this website is very new (November 2022) and I can find no other reviews or interactions with this place at all. The domain holder is also anonymous, and was registered in Japan. Also, on the credit card transaction it says that the seller (which is under yet another name) is based in California. Interactions with the seller through the website chat, and the strange non-US email from the PayPal transaction are all in broken English with very sketchy phrasing and behavior. I still have not received my item, a refund, nor any actual tracking info. It's apparent this order never existed at all, and that this person and/or business is clearly a scam.

Advertised Clark’s boots on Facebook. 2 pair for $**. Took a long time to arrive and was sent from China. Finally did arrive yesterday and they looked as shown, but definitely NOT Clarks. These are extremely poor quality, cheap plastic, definitely not as advertised. Suspicious because #1 they are cheap, cheap shoes! #2 made in China, shipped to Illinois, and return address is Joe Doe 475 Supreme Dr Bensenville IL 60106.

DopeBoo.com has a very legit looking website operating fairly smoothly just like any other site. They offer up products and even work with a shipping program to help you keep track when they ship. I just ran across them during google search and they were one of the top results. They offered a product I couldn't find anywhere else, it was sold out else where, and for just a small mark up. I took advantage of my "lucky day" and now 6 business days later I am still waiting on said product. I attempted to reach out to them via phone, and listed on their support page is the number (833)-399-0633. The next number listed on their site when you go to another page is 832-426-3658...that's a Houston area code, but regardless what number I find NONE of them work. The "chat" bot for support on the site is non-operational as well.

After starting the process of disputing the transaction I do a google search for them to come across reviews from multiple people who have not received word or anything from customer service. Those that do reach them have to spend weeks running around and still end up having to dispute it on their credit cards. When going to their site you can go to the shipping page and notice it hasn't been updated since 2021. They are a VERY WELL looking scam company. I don't care what y'all do as in punishment, but if you can at least take the site down so people stop ordering from them I think would be best. I don't know how these things work but they are just taking money at this point and not shipping anything.

The website shows deals on retro computer games and sells the downloads. The confirmation email after purchase links to the download but instead of the software purchased there is a text file that details how the customer needs to follow new, different, and unverified links to get the software. The method used includes linking to a YouTube video that promises step by step instructions of how to get the retro video game.

Company had been advertising all over social media, so I placed an order and after 2 weeks of no update on my order, I reached out to the customer service to find the status of my order. I was then told that my order would be shipped out in a few days, and 3 weeks later, I reached out again requesting my order be cancelled and my account issued a refund. I was then told that they would ship it out "soon" and disregarded my request for a refund and cancelled order. I have still not received shipping/tracking information or a refund.

Here is the review I just posted for them, it explains my situation.

So my boyfriend tried to order an arrangement for me as a gift for my first day back to classes, paid for the expedited shipping and everything. I had NO idea about the gift (keep this in mind) I was told yesterday my "surprise" was coming. NOTHING. So he called and they said it was delayed until today before 6pm. It is 7:21pm as I am writing this. They did not give him a refund for the shipping costs first off. So today, again, nothing is delivered, BUT now it says "hand delivered" like what? I was home all day and nothing came? It wasn't anywhere outside. So my boyfriend calls multiple times and each time it is another excuse. First it is "our delivery driver is not answering" then its "this is a hard job sorry" and on and on and on like what? Keep in mind I still did not know what the gift was, and it was explained to the lady who THEN called me (my boyfriend was talking to her as well) that it was a surprise. SHE THEN CALLS ME AND ASKS ME IF IF I HAD GOTTEN ANY FLOWERS TODAY. Like, really? You can't believe the person who ordered from you? I got the surprise completely ruined, and ZERO flowers came to my house. My boyfriend is doing a chargeback as we speak. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They literally don't know how to run a company. Let these bad reviews speak for themselves.

Product was market on Facebook with good reviews and pictures of the product. The product was a custom bracelet that has circle picture. There was an email was sent out for confirmation. After the confirmation, the email also said that were short staff and package will delayed. I sent an email after waiting for over a month with no confirmation of shipping. An email was sent back stating they were still short staff and the package will be sent on January 18 and email will be sent out for confirmation and tracking info. On the 18th, package was not sent and no email was sent to me for confirmation.
