I contacted the seller right away, and they acknowledged the issue, saying they would send a replacement tire. Over a week passed, and they never followed through. I then requested a refund because the product was defective and unusable. I requested the refund before the return deadline of 4/2, but TikTok Shop took two days to review my request and ultimately denied it on 4/4 due to the timeframe. I did everything on my end correctly and in good faith.
Furthermore, the seller has since tried to coerce me into deleting my honest review in exchange for a refund, which is highly unethical and further proves they’re not acting in good faith. I have saved the messages as proof.

The site is misrepresenting, a valid furniture in Chicago, IL. I call the actual phone number for the company at 312-636-3583 and I was told that the website being used is a scam. they are getting a lot of calls about the site, sell furniture and not lawn equipment.

On February 15, I emailed to inquire about the order's status and received a response on February 20 stating that the order had been fulfilled but not yet shipped and they would investigate as to why that was the case. However, I never heard back. On February 18, my card was charged $*****, and an additional $**** was charged without any explanation.
On February 24, I reached out again, informing them of the charges and asking for tracking details if shipped or a refund if there was an issue, but again received no response.
On March 1, I penned another message but received no updates or replies. I also indicated that I would escalate the matter to authorities after a week if there was no shipment or response from them by then. On March 4, I then received an automated email indicating my order was on its way, with a USPS tracking number showing that a shipping label was created in Niagara Falls, NY on March 3 at 12:30 PM.
As of March 13, the tracking status remains unchanged, indicating that only a label has been created, and USPS is awaiting the item, but nothing has been shipped. The company has also not responded since then.
I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter to prevent others from experiencing the same issue and to help recover the payment I made. Thank you!
