I saw on Facebook that a friend's niece was selling items for which we were interested in. She stated she was out of town and would be back in town on 1/22/24 and only would take a deposit to hold the items. I fell for this. The only reason I did is because I knew her niece as well and trusted this.

They used her name and Profile on Facebook and after speaking to my friend I was told that her niece was hacked. My friend's niece immediately contacted Facebook her Profile page was taken down and account closed. Post is no longer on Facebook.

I put a deposit of $500.00 for the items and the money was sent through my daughter's Venmo account.

I only have the name it was to send the money to.

I also have an email address for someone else this person pretending to be my friend's niece's cousin.

I have not tried to contact this person by email nor have either tried to contact me. My last text on Facebook Messenger was on 1/24/24.

I have to file a report with the Jefferson Parish Police Department as since it was from my daughter's Venmo account and she lives in Jefferson Parish. I have not done this yet as my daughter works from sunup to sundown.

To whom it may concern:

I am reporting a scam for Imagine Craft Masters. I purchased $15 quilling tool set, $75 Artistic Quill Creation Kit & $12 quilling strips online through Bank Account Debit that were never delivered. I did email 3 attempts. No one replied to me. I left message on the phone as below. I expected someone can answer my call. I got a package of quilling strips mailing by Jane 371 Little Falls Rd, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009 on January 18, 2023. I need a solution that you may be able to assist me with money return. I am very disappointed that I want to do with quill making that the packages were not delivered to me.

They said it was delivered but it was not. I have tried to contact them and I get nothing. They have no phone numbers and trying to get the funds back have been impossible. They blamed the mail delivery but the post office knows nothing about this. Product was shapewear. They advertised on instagram. will not buy anything online from instagram again.

Ordered UGG slippers online in November. Was given a tracking number. Discovered info was in Chinese. Emailed company and was assured package was on the way. Still no slippers. Next contact said there had been a mixup on shipping label and slippers were on the way. Still no slippers. Contacted again and was given same reply. Asked for a refund. Answer said that since slippers were late to notify then when they arrived and they would refund $30. Of course no slippers.

I saw an Instagram ad that was selling Valentine's editions of Stanley cups. The website they were selling them was identical to Dick's Sporting Goods, and so I paid $25.99 for a cup. On my bank account, the transaction comes up as INGINAY.CO DENVER CO. I never received my cupl!

The company is Halara on instagram where I followed a link, I made a purchase, the company then changed to Radicless and items were never delivered and the company has no phone number and emails are now going unanswered, I see alot of other people have been scammed as well. This place charged my mother my grandmother and myself $550 to fix our credit it's been more than 4 to 5 months already and we have not seen one credit bureau removed from our credit our scores are all the same they made my mother and grandmother sign papers that they were not even read to my mother and my grandmother are disabled they don't know what they were signing that is totally wrong of them we haven't gotten a contact from them since then it's just a total scam i want to warn pepole to not waste there time and money here at all its all

Offered clearance on Hoka tennis shoes. Website appeared official and used all the branding of Hoka. I never received the product nor could I find anyway to get in contact with the seller. I called Hoka and they did not have an order on file for me. I then noticed an odd charge on my credit card.

I purchased a gift from this site. It was advertised as Jordan’s. When the product arrived it was not only FAKE Jordan’s but, ther personalization that I paid for was not on the product. I contacted begin “Linda“. I asked Linda to fix the problem. She said they would refund my money. This was in October. This is January I’ve been speaking with Linda since October. She refuses to refund the money or fix the issue. She has been sending me emails saying all these excuses why it’s taking a while. I have the emails for proof. They false advertise, and then refused to send new product or refund. I even paid for personalization of the product - the product wasn’t even the correct product and it was fake.

Originally Ordered 11/16/23, Tracking#*********990 11/25/23. Scammer asked for DIRECT SIGN via email. Someone signed 'JGY' , nowhere near my actual initials. The package never arrived at my address in ** ****** ** from place of origin in ********* **. And what I ordered did NOT weigh 14lbs. I was given a BOGUS Bed, Bath & Beyond Order#2***************. I verified today with Bed, bath & beyond that their actual order numbers are 9-digits only. The item ordered only weighed 14 oz.
