It was a Black Friday sale from the outlet store. I ordered items at a greatly reduced price, l should have caught that as my first hint!

The website looked legitimate, items looked legitimate, and the checkout had the correct logos for security.

I had shopped on a link from Facebook claiming it was a Bomba's socks website, which I've ordered from before. The site looked exactly like Bomba's and when I got an email there was no information about my order and the only way to find my order info or contact customer service was to click on a link that turned red when I hovered over it. I knew it was a scam. I went directly to the Bomba's site, ordered my products and received within a week. I finally did receive the other order like 2 weeks later but they were fake socks portrayed to be Bombas. I had the real ones to compare too. They looked like them but they did not feel at all like the real thing and their logo was not the same. They were clearly fakes. Do not order from a social media site, go directly to the real site. I should've known better because they were "40% off" on the fake site.

My wife and I both made purchases on facebook, paying with paypal. The emails we received said our items were in transit in Italy - Trento, L'Aquila, Macerata, and Catania. Both orders are on their website, but no address for the businesses are given. They will not say when they will ship our products and give us the runaround when we ask, saying the weather or many other factors cause delays in shipping, but they have promised to expedite. The first order was my wife's, made on 11/24/2023. My order was made 11/28/2023. The names of the companies I found on my paypal site - Giske Network Technologiy Co. Limited and inckwp Co. LTD.

Saw an ad on FB & followed it to the website, a lot of ads, "too good to be true", should have known better. Charged it on credit card 2 1/2 mos ago. According to the credit card statement HK was the location of the charge. Have follwed my credit card statements there has been no suspicious behavior there still have not received the item ordered.

On a Facebook add Macy’s was selling chaise lounges and dog bed for humans , both for $50.00- I thought fb wouldn’t have criminals advertise but my bank told me they are the worst. A couple weeks after purchase several different fraud attempts on my card.

*********** ******* *************** ************ ************* ***************** Has sent email with cost and courier - clicked that and sent no where- could not be found- typed numbers given into Fed x and Usps ups - all nothing- couriering not in USA I guess.

My bank kept fraud alerting me, some got through and paid before I could see them- I was at work- when my pay was deposited - all stolen on **** *** *************** .

Lesson learned, unless you have a actual app- never click and buy, to good to be true. So upsetting, I really liked what I thought I was going to buy. These people crest a fake site and face book knows this. I wrote Facebook and complained and begged them to quit letting these organized gang/theives rip off customers- How dare they steal from honost people on what was thought to be a trusted site. Now told Facebook is the worst. Fraud is being allowed. What a horrible company .
