I purchased a dress from this website. The package arrived in the mail and it was not the dress I ordered, but a completely different dress. It was a different style, length, material, etc. It was not the dress I purchased from their website. I emailed the company and asked for a refund. They only responded one time (the next day) making the return process extremely difficult saying their U.S. return location was no longer available because they can't pay rent for the warehouse, saying my only return option was to ship back to China but provided a fake address and that I would have to pay shipping costs. The only other option was that they would refund me 30% and I would keep the dress. So after realizing that shipping back the dress was not a true option, I said okay, I will lose out on the total refund and only get 30% back. From there, they stopped responding and never gave me 30% of the total price back. After following up 8 times over two weeks, they still haven't communicated anything back and I still did not get my 30% refund.

Two people came to our door with pine straw and did everything without asking where all to be done and charged us 2400 and when asked he said he did double and used 300 pine straws. We had no choice aftwr argument had to pay and also got scared that they would rob us later if we dont pay. These are two people one is tall 5’ 11 and hs long beard and smokes and other is short and fat and 5’8.

I saw the ad on TikTok for a duffle bag at a low price. I purchased the bag and my credit card was charged $12.99 on 2/17/2024. I check on status of the bag and it was not in my TikTok purchase history but the charge has been posted to my Visa card.

Gov+ is a scam they have you up load all of your information and charge you fees, you have to upload all of your personal documents into their system so that they can fill out your forms this is a $55 fee, I paid this for me and my son I got that., Then they charges us the passport fee and told us that they would be filling with the passport office on our behalf. To wait two weeks to have the application mailed back to our home where we now have to go to the passport office and do it all ourselves. Where we will have to pay the passport fees again. And when I tried to communicate with the service they were RUDE and tried to cover their service and claim that they did not charge that additional fees. Now I have to pay a fee to have our passports expedited so that we have them on time and I am out of over $500. and in my world that is a weeks pay!!! And I now have to get life lock for both me and my son as I am sure they have stollen our information!!!

Seen ad that help with weight loss, meal planning, and coaching. Set up call for 2/12/2024. Was told about their program and was affordable. Told them quit last program because it was 200 per month needed something cheaper. They said they had variety of programs sure they could find a program. Pay first installment that would be applied to program. They then only offer prices 329-417 per month, $3997 for 6 months definitely not in budget. So they have no plans and will not return payment. Felt like scam so reported to my credit card. My account was closed and they tried to charge me for another $150 for a program I didn't sign up for. Now getting messages pay or be charged interest. I have not received any service and want my money back and text about payments and interest charges stopped.

I ordered online and never received my items. When I contacted them, they gave me a bogus/invalid tracking number and claimed that it was delivered. I told them I wanted a refund but they are only willing to refund me 30% because they “need to make money”

i have a receipt from paypal that showed i pd 68.98 to gongzi on feb 15. i found another email of [email protected] ,i have attempted to ctc but nothing.i called phone number shown on receipt it ended up to be paypal . i asked about the transaction and was told im not a customer so they couldnt help me. I finally called discover security to attempt a refund ,they are working on it. I then get a message from paypal with a case number but again im not a member it wont let me sign in. On checking i see the craftsman mower is still shown being sold by best usa tools for 69.98. receipts and order status are shown on paper with home depot logo.

Ordered 4 bathing suits using their measurements. 2 were too big and 2 were 2 small. Requested to return and get refund of $128. They told me to keep the products and they would refund me $38 or give me a full refund but in store credit. I likely won’t shop there again so I told them that wasn’t acceptable and again asked for a full refund. Again they responded with they would let me keep the items and they would refund me $65. Again I told them no so they told me I had to return in a certain amount of time but wouldn’t give an address and shipping would all be on me. Betting it’s shipped to a foreign company so I cut my loses and accepted the $65. Don’t buy from them!
