I ordered online and never received my items. When I contacted them, they gave me a bogus/invalid tracking number and claimed that it was delivered. I told them I wanted a refund but they are only willing to refund me 30% because they “need to make money”

i have a receipt from paypal that showed i pd 68.98 to gongzi on feb 15. i found another email of [email protected] ,i have attempted to ctc but nothing.i called phone number shown on receipt it ended up to be paypal . i asked about the transaction and was told im not a customer so they couldnt help me. I finally called discover security to attempt a refund ,they are working on it. I then get a message from paypal with a case number but again im not a member it wont let me sign in. On checking i see the craftsman mower is still shown being sold by best usa tools for 69.98. receipts and order status are shown on paper with home depot logo.

Ordered 4 bathing suits using their measurements. 2 were too big and 2 were 2 small. Requested to return and get refund of $128. They told me to keep the products and they would refund me $38 or give me a full refund but in store credit. I likely won’t shop there again so I told them that wasn’t acceptable and again asked for a full refund. Again they responded with they would let me keep the items and they would refund me $65. Again I told them no so they told me I had to return in a certain amount of time but wouldn’t give an address and shipping would all be on me. Betting it’s shipped to a foreign company so I cut my loses and accepted the $65. Don’t buy from them!

Scammer disguised themselves as 5.11 Tactical gear having a year-end sale. I bought a weighted vest for 53 dollars and never received it. None of the links in their confirmation email are functional. I'm wary to click on the email address to send questions to.

SCAM! Do not purchase anything from this website. I bought a Halloween Skeleton décor supposedly on sale. When I called to check on the status of my order, a man answered and said that whoever is running this scam website randomly picked his phone number. I submitted a dispute with my credit card that I used. I also want to mention they not only used a citizens cell number but also used an online store name of bookishbunnypillow ( they were probably scammed as well) which I believe is located in CO. Not sure if they have researched or reported if known of fraud. This is my second time to dispute this charge because Gettran used this mentioned store front that only showed up on my credit card as charges to their name. So when credit card contacted thus store front apparently they had documents of their goods delivered to all their customers but I never received or ordered from bookishbunnypillow either. I had no idea that Gettran was a fake site. We learn the hard way a lot of times and you really have to be extremely careful of where you purchase items. I hope this person(s) that have done this not only to me but all involved in their scam is caught and charged for all people that have been scammed which seems like now it would be a high number affected.

Best tents ad on Facebook, pay 7.95 for shipping of free tent. Tricked into luckywinshaven.com, lucky discount store. Now sayings Monthly membership of $39.95, Fabric crafters for $9.95. I did not sign up for either and don't know how to stop it.

I lost $240.90 dollars. I purchased a wig and I today 2/23/24 I received a text from an email ([email protected]) with a message that stated that the address information I completed was not complete. So they made a webpage that is designed to collect my computer's IP information. They message stated "USPS package has arrived at the warehouse and cannot be delivered due to incomplete address information. Please confirm your address in the link within 12 hours. (address link) ". It goes on to thank me from the USPS.

An ad came up on Facebook for a special price of $59 for a laptop. It came in different colors, so I ordered light blue. Total with shipping and handling was $59.00. I was given an order#240111051829639. It was ordered on January 10, 2024 and express delivery of 7-15 days. I tried getting a customer service number for reference but none was available.

We were contacted by our bank manager at Centennial that checks were coming through using OUR Account Number. Checks were printed with "ingen" as the Payor for three separate checks totaling $18,701.11. Fortunately we have a system in place with our bank that prevents such forgery's from going through. It is a minor inconvenience however, we are very happy that we have the system in place. I don't know what else to do other that to alert your office to this business.
