Ordered product they stated it was delivered, it wasn’t. After weeks of emails they offered a discounted refund but changed it weekly.

When that was refused they promised a specific amount every week for four weeks and have yet to refund me. My bank is still investigating it despite the endless emails

I purchased a football jersey from this website. What arrive was a t shirt that looked like a football jersey. The entire thing minus the NFL logo in the middle is a printed t-shirt. The website shows an actual football jersey. After I received the shirt I emailed them immediately and asked for to return the product. (Their website states returns are possible but need to obtain “permission” prior to return). They told me I would need to pay return shipping price and I agreed. Then they informed me that the shipping prices would be high because I would need to ship it back to China. There is no mention on their website that the return location would be China. They offered me the opportunity to buy more of their products and will receive a free pair of socks. I turned down the offer and asked for the USA return shipping address. Again they told me I would have to return it to China. Our conversation went on f a few days only to return to the free socks offer. I have now involved my credit card company to help me out.

It was an advertisement on Facebook for College. Sheets & mineral spray. I ordered the 30 day supply package. It completed the transaction through CashApp.I haven't received any email regarding the order. Also another attempt to take another $30. was made today. However I didn't have enough money in my Cash App account ,so it was declined.

I saw an ad on Facebook with alot of comments. Not one about shipping time....I know now its because they delete those comments. I downloaded the app and ordered nails. I have emailed over 10 times and asked for my money back and tracking information. They refuse both. They just show its "in transit " and blame it in the USPS. Its been weeks with no resolution. Beware!!

I ordered HOKA shoes online, paid, and nothing happened. I emailed them 10 days later and someone named Luna Hull gave me a shipping number that sat doing nothing for a month. Then it suddenly shipped and whatever it was, it supposedly went to Brooklyn NY, not my address in Wisconsin. I've been trying to cancel via email with no response.

I seen an ad from IMOBI Technologies Co on Facebook, the ad advertised Hoka one one shoes on sale. I purchased a pair of the Hoka Bondi 8 for $ 19.90 plus 4.99 shipping with my Discover credit card. I received an order #. As I would receive emails about my package, I received an email that stated "delivered" in TEXAS for my shoes. I called Dicks customer service line and spoke to a female cust serv rep and she was trying to help me find the package, at first she seemed very genuine about helping me and when all was said and done several weeks later, she told me that there was no information about my order. I called Dicks sporting goods corporate office and inquired about the sale offered through facebook, and was told that it must have been a scam.

I was on facenook and this ad popped up offering a free makeup kit for 40-55 year olds. I didn't provide information but I feel like this needs to be looked into so someone doesn't get scammed as it clearly is a scam.

I orders 2stanley cups (get the 3rd free) from distributor.com and payed. They have emalied me a few times saying my oackage was on the way and was delivered. But nothing was ever received. I have contacted them multiple times and no one will respond back and when i go to the website it says its coming soon!

Back in September 2023 I saw an add on social media for couch protector covers made for each cushion on your couch. The company name is Snug Scape. It is now January 2024 and I have still not received the product. I have made numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone and I’ve also tried to find a tracking number which never existed. The link that takes you to the website is broken. All of this leads to a scam. Since then I have seen the same product advertised under different names so beware! I have lost $130 and am working now to recover the money through my bank. I have filed a dispute but I don’t know if I will get the money back.

I ordered a fold up scooter allegedly from Walmart. I paid the $53.19 to Raydite (Welldik, Inc) on November 17. I got a receipt number 1277-6282 and no further communication. The scooter has not arrived and when I tried emailing them at the email address they gave me it came back as undeliverable.
