I was interested in purchasing a Cavapoo puppy and joined a FCE.  The seller required a $500 deposit paid only via Venmo, Zelle or Cashapp. He would not provide live pictures of the puppy, email or actual address of puppy. When making the deposit, it had to be made under a different name "Emily Nudge" and claimed this person was his secretary and was unable to make the Venmo his because he did not have the ability to accept transactions. He claimed it was over his limit, which is completely false. He should have a business account and a better way to accept money. The breeder is not part of the AKC. His offer to deliver my puppy is far cheaper than what I expected. He claimed it would only cost $175 but that doesn't cover any typical airfare. This is a huge scam. Can someone please stop this man before he takes advantage of more people?

An ad for ceramic mugs came up on my feed. I clicked and everything seemed fine. The funds were removed and what I received were 2 poorly made tiny mugs, not as advertised. I reached out and they’re giving me weird addresses for returns and excuses.

Ordered a bracelet from a site on Facebook. Actually looked legit. Took a long time to arrive. Bracelet is damaged and unable to be worn. First they offered to refund me 10%. I said no because the product arrived damaged (clasp won't open). I said no that isn't acceptable. Then they offered 30%. I said no. They said their final offer to resolve this issue was 50% but I also had to pay $12.00 in shipping costs. My response: "The bracelet was $55.00. 50% reimbursement is $27.50. Minus the $12.00 shipping means that i will be compensated only $15.00 for a broken bracelet that I paid 55 dollars for."

PS: The bracelet was advertised as being from Tiffany and Co. Everything is labeled Tiffany and all paperwork, labels, envelope is in their signature robin egg blue that Tiffany's always uses. Also, underneath the shipping label is another label written in Chinese so I'm guessing it came from out of the country.

I am keeping a close eye on my credit card in case they try to fraudulently charge me for other items. I see on ScamPulse.com that is something that they are doing to others. Please warn others to stay away from this Company!

The ad was showimg a video a boot in another boot of which I assumed the two boots were one unit. when I complained , I was told they would refund up to 20.00 and issue a coupon for additional purchases. They refused issue total refund or provide a return address, they were nothong more than a shipping point.

They sent a product that didn't work as advertised and I have reached out to them on 4 separate occasions and they have not responded. I ordered off of an Instagram ad for a Christmas present for my daughter after opening the gift it didn't work at all and was not anything like what was advertised. I thought maybe it was a lemon but the fact that they have not responded leads me to believe it was a pump and dump type scam to get orders filled by Christmas and then not respond.

I ordered Brooks shoes on the Au Sport website. I made the payment for $78.90 through Pay Pal.

I recieved an email that Brandon Hofmann recieved payment, then an order confirmation from Au Sport.

I sent an email 3 weeks later requesting a refund for the shoes that I did not recieve. There was no acknowledgement of email, or the request, and no shoes sent to me.

ziladex prompted me to load a minimum amount in order to "activate" my account. before i was able to withdraw anything from my account. once i loaded the stated amount, i was unable to withdraw anything, then when i submitted a complaint ticket, they banned my account all together.

Do not buy from Mielle Organics. I have contacted customer service many times. They have yet to respond. I purchased some products on 11-27-2023. They never sent a tracking number nor any other information about my order. They are scamming people all over the US. Do not, I repeat, do no ever order from this business.

Thankfully, I paid for a small order of Bath and Body Works that never arrived. I unsuccessfully tried to locate information on how to contact the company but instead found negative reviews of my exact scam. Hopefully these criminals have been or will be found.

Apparently, my mother was contact by an entity called Wireless Upgrade, LLC.

She does not remember the call but gave them a check number and was billed in the amount of $199.00.

The only information I can find is an address in California with no telephone number listed.
