Bought a refrigerator from Facebook marketplace. Person had a business card and seemed legitimate. Delivered fridge to my house for a $75 fee. Fridge did not work when plugged in (he told me I had to wait 10 hours to plug in). Upon closer inspection, the power cord had been chewed through by a mouse whose dead carcass was inside bottom of fridge. It had a nest in it.

Tv stand with fire place. Prices range of the stands advertised 82% off. I paid for one 69 dollars plus tax on 01/26/2023 with an expected delivery date on 02/02/2023. Now the site does not exist. The sales advertised as a limited time offer. I checked the following day and noticed the same advertising was still going on using the same scheme with a clock ticking down the minutes you have left to place your order. They also had reviews shows how please they was with their purchase. If this company is legitimate, I just want my item purchased or my refund of $99.00.

As per some people on Instagram, this business is a scam. Ordered an item and it still hasn’t been delivered. I contacted the business regarding a timeline for shipping and no reply.

Placed an order early January 2023 for autoship. I contacted company two times by email to provide me ending up with excuses that it will be shipped out 5-7 business days. Each reply was a different excuse than an actual reason for the delay. Contacted them by phone. First reason website is stuck and IT is working on it. I didn't believe them then they asked to get the order replaced. I said No as they still could not tell me why my order is "in Progress". Then I asked is it awaiting vet approval. They could not find the details. I asked to cancel my autoship and cancel the remaining items in my order. They could not send me a formal cancellation of my order so they sent me a print screen of the cancel. Now I'm getting harassed by support sending me form letters and now asking me to reorder. I can't delete my account from their website. Terrible experience.

Advertised on Facebook many times, Board Game Touchscreen Table on December 17, 2020, for a total of $48.98 I ordered express mail to get it in time for Christmas, they advertised delivery in three days. I did not receive anything until one-month later on January 17, at that time I received a small envelope with a strip of material. When I e-mailed them through their customer service, they stated back "The package has been delivered successfully" Fortunately I am getting my money back through my credit card company, however, this item is still being advertised on Facebook.

Online store offering exclusive liquor, when order is placed they make a shipping label but do not send the products. Reached out via email with no response. Called number every day just for them to tell me it is being shipped or has already been shipped but tracking has not been updated. Tracking shows it being sent from Summer’s Liquor in CA and their number is disconnected.

I received a Visa Gift Card purchased as a gift. The card must be registered with prepaidgiftbalance.com, however, card is not able to be registered. The company tells me someone already tried to use the card so it is not valid, yet they show a $100 balance on card. Called the company 13 times, faxed a copy of the card with my driver's license (shouldn't have sent my ID) as they required, mailed in a copy of the card with my name and address as they required. Each call to the company is the same lie, they didn't receive my information and will not reissue the card to me. I read hundreds of reviews online about this scam and one review suggested filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, so I did. I asked the rep in one of the calls where he lives and he replied The Philippines. Please issue warning about this scam. These scammers are raking in millions of dollars stealing well intended gifts for loved ones. Thank you.

Online order through Instagram sent to www.buylifetimebrands.com for Keto Gummies. After order went through amount was posted to my charge card and email. Amount did not add up to what was being sold online. But I got an email confirming order, the email did not show company and I was suspicious. I went to my card statement at end of month the charges showed 2 different charges, one that was sent to my email and a second charge of $49.95 for a charge that I never confirmed or was sent to my email. I called the company and found out their location was "somewhere in south Asia", this is what she said and told me I agreed to this purchase. I did not agree to it and there is no confirmation regarding what it was but she couldn't tell me that either, only that it already shipped. I disputed this charge to my credit card company and it will now go for review. They are a scam and she knew this as she yelled at me over the phone and ignored that it was illegal to charge my account for something I did not approve. She said they were outside of the US so it applies to my order. BUYER beware!

Put a deposit down on a trailer at J & P Trailers, we agreed to a delivery fee of $700, was notified trailer was being shipped then we received an email saying the shipping company needed a $2000 deposit to ship for insurance, we call the dealers and he said he had no clue that was going to happen, then he went to inform us the trailer was shipped to UTAH via the shipping company and if we wanted the trailer it would cost us another $700 to get it back to Wyoming, he said he didn't know they were going to Utah with the trailer, when it was supposed to be shipped to Colorado 3.5 hours south on I-25, so we decided to cancel buying the trailer and he has yet to refund any money and he said he would keep $700 so he could get his trailer back when he should have known where the transport company was moving the trailer. Why go to Utah when it was supposed to go south into Colorado.

Facebook ad, Coatelite selling a Portable Laser engraver & cutter. Sale price of $39.98 plus overseas service charge add. Delivery would be 5 to 10 business days. I made the purchase Dec 27th, 2022, my credit card was charged. I have not received my Laser engraver, I have emailed to [email protected], phoned 850 468-4112. Have not heard back, phone number disconnected.

I was reading on Facebook that some people received "ear muffs"! I received ear muffs! in the mail, Amazon was the return address.

It is now going on 40 days of waiting. Very sad, hope you find the scammers.

I saw something on Facebook I wanted. It was only supposed to be $15 but when everything was said and done, I was charged $41.95. I tried to cancel immediately but to no avail.

The website EconomyBookings.com appear legitimate, we attempted to use their services to rent a car. After entering credit card info to confirm the booking and clicking ‘enter’ no booking confirmation was made, no confirmation number was provided, no receipt was sent to our email, and no one answers any of the phone numbers on their website, but $500 was immediately taken off the credit card entered.

She keeps promoting sale of her marshmallows and no one has received any product. I told her I was getting my credit card company involved, Capital One. I also filed a dispute with PayPal and they got it done. Now I look on her site and she's still selling her stuff and people are still complaining of the same thing. They keep falling for it too. She deletes comments. She must be stopped. They are expensive too

Ordered $200 of clothing on Facebook. Clothing arrived with cheap material and poor quality workmanship. No return information was included in the package. I mailed the clothing back to the address on the package. I received a phone call from a lady in New Jersey telling me the package had been delivered to her home and it was not hers. She was to call UPS to come and pick up the package. To date it has not been returned to me. I noticed the address on the package was also the address for a scam company Menz Zhoa which I previously reported. Please warn others to not order anything thru Facebook. My identity has been compromised and my credit card information has been compromised.

We purchased a $58 watch from this company, it quit working within a week. The company also started charging $39 a month for a app I did not authorize. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times to resolve this issue, they do not answer the phone nor return messages or e-mails. I feel this is a scam targeting senior citizens.

Trying to purchase a puppy. Sent $650 in cards.while "being transported " delivery person contacted me saying they needed $850 for the pups health insurance while flying. It would be refunded. He then contacted me wanting another $500 for a "city license ".
