Online order through Instagram sent to www.buylifetimebrands.com for Keto Gummies. After order went through amount was posted to my charge card and email. Amount did not add up to what was being sold online. But I got an email confirming order, the email did not show company and I was suspicious. I went to my card statement at end of month the charges showed 2 different charges, one that was sent to my email and a second charge of $49.95 for a charge that I never confirmed or was sent to my email. I called the company and found out their location was "somewhere in south Asia", this is what she said and told me I agreed to this purchase. I did not agree to it and there is no confirmation regarding what it was but she couldn't tell me that either, only that it already shipped. I disputed this charge to my credit card company and it will now go for review. They are a scam and she knew this as she yelled at me over the phone and ignored that it was illegal to charge my account for something I did not approve. She said they were outside of the US so it applies to my order. BUYER beware!

Put a deposit down on a trailer at J & P Trailers, we agreed to a delivery fee of $700, was notified trailer was being shipped then we received an email saying the shipping company needed a $2000 deposit to ship for insurance, we call the dealers and he said he had no clue that was going to happen, then he went to inform us the trailer was shipped to UTAH via the shipping company and if we wanted the trailer it would cost us another $700 to get it back to Wyoming, he said he didn't know they were going to Utah with the trailer, when it was supposed to be shipped to Colorado 3.5 hours south on I-25, so we decided to cancel buying the trailer and he has yet to refund any money and he said he would keep $700 so he could get his trailer back when he should have known where the transport company was moving the trailer. Why go to Utah when it was supposed to go south into Colorado.

Facebook ad, Coatelite selling a Portable Laser engraver & cutter. Sale price of $39.98 plus overseas service charge add. Delivery would be 5 to 10 business days. I made the purchase Dec 27th, 2022, my credit card was charged. I have not received my Laser engraver, I have emailed to [email protected], phoned 850 468-4112. Have not heard back, phone number disconnected.

I was reading on Facebook that some people received "ear muffs"! I received ear muffs! in the mail, Amazon was the return address.

It is now going on 40 days of waiting. Very sad, hope you find the scammers.

I saw something on Facebook I wanted. It was only supposed to be $15 but when everything was said and done, I was charged $41.95. I tried to cancel immediately but to no avail.

The website EconomyBookings.com appear legitimate, we attempted to use their services to rent a car. After entering credit card info to confirm the booking and clicking ‘enter’ no booking confirmation was made, no confirmation number was provided, no receipt was sent to our email, and no one answers any of the phone numbers on their website, but $500 was immediately taken off the credit card entered.

She keeps promoting sale of her marshmallows and no one has received any product. I told her I was getting my credit card company involved, Capital One. I also filed a dispute with PayPal and they got it done. Now I look on her site and she's still selling her stuff and people are still complaining of the same thing. They keep falling for it too. She deletes comments. She must be stopped. They are expensive too

Ordered $200 of clothing on Facebook. Clothing arrived with cheap material and poor quality workmanship. No return information was included in the package. I mailed the clothing back to the address on the package. I received a phone call from a lady in New Jersey telling me the package had been delivered to her home and it was not hers. She was to call UPS to come and pick up the package. To date it has not been returned to me. I noticed the address on the package was also the address for a scam company Menz Zhoa which I previously reported. Please warn others to not order anything thru Facebook. My identity has been compromised and my credit card information has been compromised.

We purchased a $58 watch from this company, it quit working within a week. The company also started charging $39 a month for a app I did not authorize. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times to resolve this issue, they do not answer the phone nor return messages or e-mails. I feel this is a scam targeting senior citizens.

Trying to purchase a puppy. Sent $650 in cards.while "being transported " delivery person contacted me saying they needed $850 for the pups health insurance while flying. It would be refunded. He then contacted me wanting another $500 for a "city license ".

I place the order for two pairs of shoes. The order never showed as shipped, just order placed. Even after I waited the 15-35 business days. I emailed and received a response the order was lost in transit. They said they would replace, provided a tracking number and asked for 3-5 business days for the tracking number to be connected to the parcel. I waited the 3-5 business days and inquired again as the tracking number is still invalid. No response. It has now been an additional 10 business days. Still shows as ordered placed but not shipped. I have not received a reply to my inquires from the the business/service department at all. I placed the order Dec 8/22.

I was scammed out of $758 by Charles Besong and Will Smith. I thought I was getting a bengal kitten, gave them the money through my online banking. They told me to send the transaction marked as "family/friend" so I can't get a refund. After the $758 was sent, shortly after I received a call from Smart Horizons Express posing as the shipping company for my kitten.

The package I order from China was delivered to Los Angeles CA, Network Distribution center on 1/12/2022, then to Albert City, IA on 1/14/2022, then on to Kansas City, KS Network Distribution 1/15/2022, then on to Des Moines Network Distribution 1/15/2022, then to Albert City, IA Post Office. The package has never been delivered. USPS, USP, FedEx, DHL, I have talked to all them, and none have ever delivered a package

When activating new Samsung TV, first step said to scan QR code to continue activation using phone instead of remote control. When scanning the code, this digitalizze website opened up and said continue to activate your account. Listed many things it would provide, such as movies and live sports. Stated a credit card was needed but would NOT be charged unless the user decides to purchase something at another time. Stated multiple times there would be no charge and this was only a verification step and to provide access for purchases at another time. I assumed this was related to my Samsung account as I was activating the TV. The second I entered my credit card info and hit submit, I received a notification from Chase Bank that a $39.99 charge was declined and if it was me trying to make the charge, I could enter my info again and the charge would go through. Very thankful that chase recognized the scam. No clue how this came up on my TV. I deleted the QR code scanner immediately afterwards in case that was where this scam originated.

This company has no listed address or phone number. I purchased two items. One was broken upon arrival. I emailed and got no response. Two weeks later the other item broke. I get no responses to emails. I requested a replacement but they would not acknowledge any emails sent. I filed a complaint with my back to get funds back.
