I emailed them requesting information on a puppy. The sent me a questionnaire about where we live, do we have other dogs etc...I was then approved and I purchased a puppy paying $990 for the puppy and shipping costs through zelle. I was notified the next morning the puppy was at the airport, had received her "pressure vaccine" and was scheduled to fly out on Fly Pets at 11:40am. I then received a text from Fly Pets with the flight times and tracking information. However, there was a $1600 insurance deposit due at the time in case anything happened to the puppy in flight or was lost. I was told 99% would be refunded upon the safe arrival of our puppy. This was pd through Venmo. The flight showed a layover in Kentucky. Around that time I got another text from Fly Pets requesting and additional $1150 as the crate the puppy was not sufficient and I was required to rent an electronic crate, again 99% would be returned at delivery. This is when I finally caught on there is not puppy and I just blew $2590. The website is still up and the puppy I "purchased" is still there with the same information.

Ordered scooter. Received earmuffs. Wanted me to pay to have it shipped back. States scooter no longer available. I could keep earmuffs and get 65% of the money spent. Do not want cheap earmuffs. Want scooter or full refund.

Internet order, confirmed via email. Promised shipment, never shipped or received. Company stopped responding to emails regarding shiplment or refund.

I was reached out to via Instagram about the opportunity to model a beanie for a company. I was given a code that made the item free, I just had to pay $35 shipping. I was told it would be shipped between 5-25 days. After 25 days I reached out and inquired about the status of my order. I was then told that I was being “weird” and that I would be given a refund for my “weak [censored] shipping”. As of today February 2nd, my order has been cancelled with no refund issued.

I ordered a product online and they gave me multiple emails saying a return would not be given because it was shipped. I have the shipping information and it was sent back to the company and they still said the same message that it has been shipped and they wouldn’t refund me.

Ordered 4 items as gifts from Indiefit.com on Nov 27, 2022. Package received in mid January. Items were very poor quality and fit was all wrong, ordered Medium in all items. 2 items too small, 1 item too large, 1 item was Medium fit but as stated poor quality materials. Tried to contact company via Chat feature but got response that company wasn't online and to try again later. Have since read reviews and found multiple instances with the same type issues.

I ordered two tires from Dana port and did not receive them and I emailed them and said it was on back order so I canceled my order and they said it was canceled and I used affirm and told Dana port to send the money to affirm and never did and now they are trying to send me to collections

Ordered a air compressor and realized it was the wrong one. Minutes later I cancelled as I realized. They cancelled but still have not returned my money since Dec.20th. I have sent 10 emails, and called multiple times. But just keep getting automated emails and answering machines after 30 min. If waiting they will not connect me to a human.

On October 28th, I placed an order through their website, www.suportier.com, for Galvanized Raised Garden Beds Kit. When you would order 2, you would get a 3rd for free. The raised garden beds were 8 ft long, by 2 ft wide, by 17" tall (all supposedly would ship disassembled). The payment went through but I did not get a confirmation tracking number until I asked for it. Once I looked up the tracking, I notice something was being shipped from China. After a few weeks, the tracking number looked delivered but I had not received anything.

I contacted them, and they said I needed to take care of it on my own by contacting the local post office since, to them, the package was delivered. I had to go through multiple back and forths with the local post office until they sent me an image of a small package being delivered to my mailbox. This package looked like you can hold it in your hand. I looked at my cameras and never say any package being delivered. That package, while being too small for what I ordered, never made it to me.

I sent the proof to them saying that it was never delivered, and a copy of the photo where you can hold that package in your hand. They "apologized" and said they would ship a new one right out using a new carrier. Once they sent me the new tracking number, I looked it up and it came out "tracking number" does not exist. I sent them an email asking to clarify and to confirm the tracking number since it does not exist.

Their response was "After verification, we found that the delivery address is correct. Please understand that since we have submitted the correct address to the carrier and arranged for delivery, this situation is not within our compensation scope. Please try to contact your local logistics provider or post office, maybe the courier has trouble delivering your package at the end." Their response does not make sense since I was not questioning if the address was correct. I was questioning that the tracking number does not exist. I have followed up with 2 additional emails to them and have not heard a response. This website is a fraud! Now that I got back to their website to look through with a fine comb, you can tell that the website is not fully finished since some of the typical templates you get when building a website, pre-fill in wording (i.e. Use this text area to tell your customers about your brand and vision. You can change it in the theme editor).

I should have done my thorough research before hand to avoid this situation. PLEASE DO NOT FALL for their scams.

Failed to provide services after I had paid him since Oct 2022. Refused to return phone calls and emails to provide updates or status to my eviction expungement he stated would take a few weeks. It’s now the beginning of February 2023 and nothing. This guy is a major scammer who launders or extorts peoples money. He’s a criminal!!!!

The sells person came to my father saying they will get free energy and that solar panels will generate power and they wound need to pay the current power company. He then wanted down payment for a quiet instal so my father payed that. Got the panels installed 4 months after not even rushed so that was a lie they damaged the roof a pit and we think those same works drive by to spot our truck so we installed cameras. My father payed the solar company in full sadly now does not return calls and is now making him change electrical company because now it’s been over 10 months and we still don’t have power to the solar panels and the location is a hotel so they are hiding there real location and no one can get in touch

Bettycora.com is advertising on Facebook and not delivering the product. Facebook won’t take the ads down. It’s false advertising. I asked for a refund and haven’t got it yet

After 3 weeks and purchase not received I e mailed them. They provided me with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it said delivered to USPS facility. 38 days later, still no order. The only contact I had was an email address only identified as Linda, a customer service representative. BOGUS. I wish you could let me know how to proceed with this matter

A Facebook ad for CBD gummies with celeb doctors advertising it & its validity were sold and falsified to me and told me that the charge would have been $35 dollars but immediately after purchasing checked bank account and $200 was taken out of my account, I immediately contacted my bank while the purchase had been pending and they had to cancel my account\card\card #\checking account used for this transaction so that they didnt have access to it any longer but made me have a hassel of getting a whole new card & account for a week and waiting period to see if the dispute and money went back into my account. for a briefs moment time they did get the 200 bucks out of my account but thankfully after a second phone call with my bank the bank redeemed me for the 200 dollars anyways and will be dealing with the scammers otherwise. The site changes names whenever you look back to the advertisement. it was buyrevjuvenatebrands.com then minutes later clicked it again and it changed to orderproperdirect.com. number 888 350 6781 was the number given that didnt even work. no company charge would even show on the transaction information details like an authenticated company would normally show on your bank accounts charges.

Advertised on facebook beanbag chairs. I ordered 2 on Dec. 18 2022 and never received. Fake tracking number and fake support email.

I placed and paid $40.74 for an order on December 7th. Company said order was received and would be shipped within 24hours.

The next day I received an email stating order shipped. Tracking number led nowhere.

I contacted them twice via email. No response.

I found what I thought was a really good deal on a product online. I "purchased" it and my debit card was debited immediately. I never received a confirmation email and tried to email their listed "email" several times. NO response. I started searching to see if this was a legitimate site and apparently, it is not.
