I was searching a doberman pup puppy for our daughter then come across a club abut doberman. "Everything Doberman" on Facebook and found a posting of one of the member name "John Gilbert" then inquire about the puppy and decide to reserve but he ask for deposit. To keep it short we end up sending $785 but havent got the puppy. We couldn't get pur money back through Paypal because its Friends and Family transactions and so it was not covered. To anyone buying puppy online make sure its Legit and don't sent money if you feel its a "Scammer" we learn our lesson and Not going to buy puppy online. Its better to see it in person.

A doodles for adoption Facebook account claims to have doodles available to adopt. Upon reaching out, an account affiliated with Peter Stormare Steven’s, sent an application he asked me to fill out thoroughly. After filling out he requested I pay him $750 for the dog sight unseen. I asked to FaceTime to see the dog and get more information about the adoption process. Never got any info on how to FaceTime. They now have our address, my phone number, and some of our employment info. Huge lesson learned.

Drew Galvan posted Shiba Inu puppies for sale at $800 per puppy. I contacted him and he said he was from Corona, CA and required a $400 deposit for the puppy. I told him I would have to talk to my husband about it. He contacted me again stating that the puppies are now going for $600 per puppy and that he had 2 left a boy and a girl. I asked him if he would take $1000 for both and he agreed, he needed $400 deposit. I apple cashed him the $400 deposit to his phone number 904-871-4237. I informed him that I would be picking them up on 12/24/24 @ 10 am and he agreed. When I got to the residence, it was an apartment complex and no one living in the complex, no puppies or signs of one. I tried to get a hold of him through Facebook Messenger, his phone number, and even tried to get on the group page but I have blocked. He has not responded to any messages I sent to his cellphone.

Scammer looks like a legitimate maltipoo breeder but does not allow anyone to visit the location without paying a deposit of 450 which they say is refundable if you dont move forward. The day of rhe visit i thought it was odd that they aaked for additional money and i said i wanted a refund of my deposit and they just ignored all my texts and never returnes my money. I zelled them and couldnt get it back. My mistake for trusting them and they even said via text they would refuns my deposit if i cancelled or did not move forward.

I paid for a pet transportation service of $500. I have it in writing she was picking the dog up on the 16th of Sept. Previously we attempted to send the dog but Dina the transportation service said the dog is anxious please get med for the dog and I will transport her. I did everything she asked and again I have it in writing she will guarantee pickup on the 16th. She hasn’t picked up any of my call messages or emails. I’ve even asked her to please contact me if her health or crisis is the reason for no contact.

Facebook page advertises Pekingese dogs for rehoming but the dogs actually belong to other people in other states and countries. They state that no one has passed the application process except you which is why some pets have been there for months. None of their references, ie shipping company and Non-profit status could be verified. Many people have posted in the group chat that it was a scam, and they were threatened with litigation and then the Facebook page name was changed. There are too many Red Flags that scream that this is a scam. Please look into it. They state they operate out of Jackson, Mississippi.

I was look for a breeder for miniature dachshunds. I reached out to wiggly companions and even looked on ScamPulse.com for their website. When they “approved me” for a puppy I asked for a FaceTime video as proof of them not being a scam. They responded with them being a god fearing family and that because their only business venture isn’t dog breeding they can sell it for cheap compared to other breeders

Contacted said party from Facebook business profile FB account looked real as well as ratings, pictures, comments, etc. I called company to contract transport of our animals from CA to TX to be initiated on the 27th of March. Through lengthy conversation with Lissa I was convinced the company was legit and our animals were in good hands. Everything was scheduled, we even offered (and they accepted) Lissa and Sharon (transport ladies) to stay at our house a couple of days arriving on 03/25 to get to know the dogs and save them a few bucks on hotel costs as well. Invoice #092723-26 was received and looked legit. Contract was signed and deposit was requested but stated they didn't take a credit card or check but would take other forms of payment. We offered Zelle and they said that was good but to send it to a 3rd party who was a business partner of theirs because they hadn't had "enough down time' to set up a Zelle account. Transfer for deposit was made 3/01/2024, I called to confirm on 3/14 due to no communication. confirmed for 03/25 arrival. The evening of 3/24, I received call from her "sister-in-law" who stated she had gotten a phone call that Lissa had a bad wreck somewhere in TX between Dallas and Houston somewhere and that Lissa was in the hospital in coma and that she would get back with me as details were discovered. (At this point I was forced to employ another service to transport our dogs in order to meet our own deadlines.) At this point I was skeptical but gave the benefit of the doubt that something had indeed happened, and no one was able to contact me as of yet. I messaged again on 4/11 at which time I to see how Lissa was and got the response, "Hey sorry I missed your call, was sleeping in. Rushing around to get out the door for a long trip!" My reply, " Thanks for responding!!! Will you call me as soon as you can?". That was the last time I received a response from them. We requested a refund of the deposit from the party it was sent to and it was denied by the person who received it. I messaged Lissa telling her that I needed to have my deposit back or I'm going to assume I've been scammed and would report it. I have received no further response or contact from them since my request.

Thought I was purchasing two labradors from hillymountlabradorshome. I realized it was a scam when they wanted an additional $1200 for shipping. Once I called them out as a scam I received a very vulgar email from them. They immediately took down the hillymount website but now have open the same website under a different name. Please be aware that both:

hillymountlabradorshome.com and

stradaslabradorshome.com are both scams.

I’m sure if I looked deep enough I could find the same website under many different names.

These same people have also used this scam to sell St. Bernard puppies.

Just wanted to warn you all.

In addition to being scammed by a supposed dog breeder (of Mastiff dogs) who had 4 different people (or it could have been 1 person using 4 names); those names being Monique Blessendum, Monique Dupree, George Vargas & a Jiel Hernandez. Their scam also involved this supposed shipping co. doing business as Safeway Transport aka Safeway Logistics. This was supposedly the co that would be shipping our puppy to us. The shipping co wanted more money for a special temp controlled crate for the dog, & they offer 2 options, you can rent or buy the crate#1 or crate#2: the cost to buy the 1st crate was $2800 or to rent for $1500 with 99% of the rental price refundable to me upon delivery of pet; or to buy crate#2 the cost was $2100 to buy or $1000 to rent with 99% of rental price refundable to me upon delivery of dog. (And they even said the refund to me could be cash, credit or however i wanted it, the driver would give me the refund as soon as dog was dropped off at my front door.) The shippers wanted at least $500 via Zelle to get the process started. The zelle email they asked for it to be sent to was [email protected] and under the name of Joshua Estrada. The shippers driver that was supposedly handling the puppies transport was a guy named Ben Mueller, I don't know if he had anything to do with the scam or not but I think that he did. I'm out $600 for shipping and $1300 for the puppy i never received, who i now believe doesn't exist.

The website has a contact us inquiry and once they get the inquiry they send you a text message. From there they ask a lot of questions, giving you the impression of a legit business and have you sign a contract. Then ask for money and when paid, details were limited and then have a fake delivery service contact you with even more limited information. Our puppy was suppose to arrive at the airport and then transported to our home. Come to find out there was no puppy or shipping. On the website they use, they have taken other peoples pictures and used them and used fake testimonials to make them look good. I did a quick google reverse on all the pictures of the puppy’s and they came back as pictures just used on websites or from Pinterest. There was several pictures that had been taken from someone’s actual facebook page. They cut contact with us right after they said they had shipped the dog. We asked them through text messages if we could please get our money back several times but they do not reply.

I order a Labrador puppy and never received it. Now the company will not reply to my messages.

I ordered a pet from an online seller over a facebook group and they must be working together. The online seller took $200 from me via zelle and said they are using this company to ship the animal and that the $200 was what “she” quoted me for the pet and shipping. Next thing I know this company messages me with a tracking number via text and a weblink and proceeds to ask me for $500 for a “special crate rental” and then another $1000 for insurance claiming it would be refundable. I stupidly paid the $500 and then that’s when they suddenly brought up the unexpected and untold insurance of $1000 and when I tried to cancel same-day within an hour of the transaction they said I simply wouldn’t get the pet. On all 3 occasions, I was given a different gmail email address to zelle the money to and at one point when I asked why they don’t take credit cards, they tried to send me a payment link to a site called flutterwave.com that I’d also never heard of. Upon googling, it’s a payment portal that many African/Nigerian scammers use. Everything about the transaction was sketchy. They took my money, stopped communicating, blocked me on facebook and I got nothing. I had to call my bank sobbing.

This scam is known as a puppy scam, and it involves fraudsters disguising themselves as legitimate Schnauzer breeders. Mark Schnauzer Home – Schnauzer Puppies for Sale Worldwide, advertising puppys online, and asking potential buyers if they are interested in the offer. Markschnauzerhome.com will then ask the buyer to pay for delivery, but the puppy never arrives, and the buyer is left out of pocket.
