I purchased a $750 Boston terrier from Boston terrier lovers the admin Evans Terkkin he said he lived in San Luis Az

Offered to ship the Boston for additional $100 sent lots of pics talked on the phone when the day came said the agency needed a crate fee and I declined he said I’ll meet you half way so I gave the shipping place $500 they would refund it after the delivery since I wasn’t keeping the crate. Then another email asking for pet life insurance for $1250 I backed out asking for my money back and crickets no answer thank god I’m only 1250 in debt loss instead of 2,500

My daughter searched for reputable breeders for dachshunds and up popped Santas little buddies - She went through the process to adopt, was asked many questions, was sent the contract. She had asked to facetime to make sure she could see the lady and the dog to ensure it was in fact legit and the woman explained that she was at work and that she could send her plenty of pics and videos. My daughter was satisfied with this (if i had known, I would not have been). As we lived out of state she opted for delivery (via airline) - and sent the money $1400 (CDN) via etransfer. She was then sent a series of airline confirmations to get the pup here. Right when the pup was to board the plane she was told that the airline required a fully refundable pet flight insurance of $1900. She texted the lady and she immediately apologized and told her that it has only happened a couple times that insurance was required and offered to cover $900 of it and needed her to send her the additional $1000 and assured her once the dog lands safely the insurance would be refunded. My daughter (a tad naive) sent her the additional funds. All the flight info was sent to her along with constant updates of her flight journey (San diego to vegas to calgary to abbotsford). She was convinced every thing was alright. Then when the dog was due to arrive and never showed she instantly knew it was all an elaborate scam. PLEASE be aware. Do your research. My daughter (only 18) is devastated and was so excited to get her little puppy and now shes out $2400 and has lost faith in humanity.

They said they where delivery service & the dog was being held for Insurance papers at second port. I had sent $200 by Cash App to cover the cost to $makaylahirons Maklah Irons. The they said they would send the dog. Well, I then get another text on 11:18am saying that I would have to pay for a special crate. I was given a choice of $300,500 & 750. I chose $300. Sent $300 to Ethan $ethanpatterson4. They received the money. Then I received another text saying I need to pay $490 to cover papers for the dog to come into Arizona so I sent the $490 to $ethanpatterson4 but it didn’t go through so he had me send to $Rfmbleonta which is Dileonte Johnson and it didn’t go through. He then instructed me toto send to Venmo account @Robert-Jones-20462 4 digit # 6032 That didn’t work either. He kept saying if I just do what is ask that I will get all my money back when the deliver the dog.

He then instructed me to go to Walgreens to get a Apple Gift card and put $490 on it to cover the cost of the permit for the dog to get into Arizona. I went and got the card but when you opened it some of the numbers & letters where missing so I couldn’t do anything with it. I went back within an hour to Walgreens to see what I would do but was told to contact Apple to see what they can do for me. Apple did a claim and said they couldn’t give my money back but they will try to find out what the numbers are. As of 2-2 I have heard anything yet meanwhile these people are still me saying that I was abandoning the dog and could go to jail if I don’t comply.

He then insisted that I send the $490 to Robert Jones account and it ended up going into @DevGotpaid24. Venmo kept saying I had to get the person I sent to pay it back. I told him I don’t know who this person was that I sent it to Finally I call Chase and they help me get the $490 back.

He tried to get me to put $100 on Cash App $haleignsymone0 but I told him no!.

I wasn’t told that I would have to pay anything up front except the $350 for the dog & $100 for delivery. When I ask the dog owner about these charges he blocked me from his site.

Then had so much invested I went and borrowed $1,000 so I could get my money back and into my checking account and get my son his dog. So he had me send $500 toCYQ33 K Dorsey when I pushed enter it went to $ethanpatterson4 which is not where it was suppose to go so I had to have that reversed and i an still waiting on that. So I went to cashapp $KJ6217 and paid the $500 for the license. Well we got that done and the guy said he would let me know when the dog was close that it would take 2 ½ hours to get him here and I would get refunded the $1,685 in Cash. I waited for an hour and got another text saying the Nanny that was watching the dog wanted $415 for watching the dog and for things that she took upon herself to purchase which I didn approve. I told the guy I was sorry but I had no more money that he had sucked every penny out of my account. He said if I want the dog and the money I had to pay the $415 or I wouldn’t see the dog. I offered to give her the money when the dog arrived out of the $1,685 that I was suppose to get and they said up front or no dog. So here I am out of $2,135 and no dog

I contacted them via their website to inquire about a Dachshund puppy for sale. They texted me not too long after I inquired stating that they need to ask some questions before allowing me to purchase the puppy. I answered the 7 lengthy questions. They sent multiple videos and photos of the puppy. After agreeing that I am able to adopt the puppy they sent a long text about the puppy. Then they sent a contract for me to sign - outlining my obligations as an owner. They sent an address for pickup (3950 Ohio St. Unit 230, San Diego, CA 92104) and stated that I would need to send money to hold the puppy. I even used another phone to inquire about the same puppy and the company said that she was already in the process of being adopted. After that I felt confident to send the money over via Zelle. They sent the name "Ryan Griffin" and number 773-540-1483 which is also in the San Diego area. Even after I paid and the money was processed they stayed in contact all the way until 5 minutes before I was supposed to pick her up.

I tried to buy a King Charles Cavalier puppy from a Laura Griffin on Facebook. I paid a John Fitzpatrick thru paypal $800 per Laura Griffin's instrtuctions. She then texted me tracking # and website for Kings Freight Delivery showing the dog would be delivered 1/2/2024. That morning I get a text from Kings Freight on a google phone #330-822-4439. Saying that I needed to pay first $4500 but then changed to $450 for a delivery insurance cost that would be refunded after the dog's delivery. I text back and forth with Kings Freight and Laura Griffin and they were both very insistent on me paying $450 more or the dog would be returned to a care center and not even the owner. Their replies were very similar in words which leads me to believe they are either the same person or working together. I refused to pay, saying I would pay them $450 in cash when the dog was delivered, but they would not agree to anything other me paying $450 more. Told me it would be refunded, what kind of insurance do you buy and when you don't need it they refund the cost?? I have copy of the messages thru Facebook from Laura Griffin and texts from Kings Freight to prove my point.

Scammer was trying to rehome Maltipoo due to her taking on new job and family just got too busy to care for “Mitch”(1yo pup). Kept asking me if I was willing to continue the food that she was feeding her pet. (3x). Asked appropriate questions for a rehome situation. My red flag was she was not answering my request to see paperwork confirm spay and vaccines. I dismissed my requests due to maybe she wasn’t willing to share personal info yet. She even went as far as setting up appointment and asking of she could check on dog in 3 months. Then I said I gotta go and said I will ask for her address before leaving for Phoenix next day. That’s when she requested deposit and personal info. I called her out as scammer. She even still denied it. Then I chewed her out for playing on my emotions and wasting 2days of my time messaging her about a non existent dog. I have kept messages on my messenger in case she gets caught. I did not exchange any money.

I was looking for a chow puppy. I found this site on the internet Ann Merle Chow Mein. I sent an email. They wanted $650 for the puppy. I received a response. They wanted $275.30 for shipping for the puppy to be shipped to my which is not in Arizona. I was told the puppy would come with a nanny. I paid them $926.

I was sent a contract to sign. Read and signed the contract and sent it back to the seller. I recieved the invoice for the shipping where showed $275.30 was paid for shipping. They told me the delivery company would be contacting. The delivery company name was Continental Pet Relocation County. https://continentalpetrelocationcounty.com/ - website

The delivery company want me to pay either $1380, $1470 or $ 1530 for a thermal crate. The seller never told me anything about paying extra when the puppy was suppose to come with a nanny. I spoke with the delivery person the phone twice but couldn't understand what they were saying. Their phone was breaking up. Itold the delivery man that I requested the my money back from the seller. I did send an email and call the seller. I left a voicemail requesting my money back. I didn't receive any calls back or and email. I really thought this was a legit company. Because I received pictures and videos of the puppy.

I found this business on Facebook and asked if they had any female Yorkies for sale. She gave me 3 puppies to choose from. I picked one and asked how much she was asking. She said $350 and could be paid with Walmart gift cards. So I took pics of the front and back of the cards and the receipt. I asked her where she lived and she said Naco, AZ. I told her I would need her address so I could pick her up and she said she was sending her through a courier service called Nexexpress and gave me a tracking number. So, I have gotten several e-mails from this courier service saying they needed more money since they didn’t have the insurance papers and would need $1000. So, I sent them front and backs of the Walmart gift card and receipt. Then they said they needed another $1000 for shots and vaccines. I said I didn’t have that and so they reduced it to$700. Then they needed more money for an air conditioned crate and more money for the custom stamp. So, after it was all said and done, I paid $3400 in gift cards and $800 from the cashapp app. I have contacted Walmart to deactivate all the gift cards and requested money back from cashapp.

I have been following this page for 6 months and they have about 1,300 followers. They provided a phone number for me to contact. Once I expressed interest in a puppy they sent me additional photographs of the puppy and asked for my information to verify me for purchase of the puppy. They then requested $250 to hold the puppy and I sent it via Zelle after they provided an address for pick up. Two days later they requested an additional $250 for shots, I sent the money via Zelle. They then requested another $250, I did not send this money, but they said they would still meet me for the dog in 4 days. Two days alter they messaged me saying their child had a bad fall and they would have to send the puppy via a delivery service. They sent me a tracking number with a website that looked legitimate. The puppy never arrived and the next day they got upset that I wouldn't send more money and they threatened to come to my house and kill my family.

I had inquired about a dog on hometohome.org . I applied and the website linked me to the owner, gave address and put me through the pet transport. 350 was quoted and all was good. I sent it via zelle. Then they kept asking for 950-1500 for shipping crate. I did more digging and the site started march 2023. Business claimes to be around since 1978.

Its a google number for the business.

Made purchase for a pet from a so called breeder. The breeder had them supposedly send the dog with an extra fee. Then they wanted extra money for a carrier wich felt off as this would normally be taken care of by the breeder for delivery. I should have caught on there but sent for the minimal package. They then stated they where out of stock and we needed to pay for a higher package. They then try to pressure you by stating the dog cannot stay with them for 25 hrs.

Shopped around online for a Samoyed the site said they where having a sale. I got tricked as they did not show regular signs of being a scammer. Till we paid for the "dog" and had it go through a shipper that wanted to increase the price drastically.

Responded to add for purebred toy poodle. They delivered to my home. The puppy was not a purebred toy poodle. Bowowpal has never responded to my attempt to contact them again.

I expressed interest in a puppy. The person responded asking personal questions. They returned with an immediate rushed response to Venmo, Zelle, or other apps to send money immediately. But when asked questions about the puppy, I received no response. It was exactly what I was warned Pet Scammers would do

I was looking to purchase a puppy from this company, paid them through venmo ($1000), and never received the puppy. I realized that this was a scam when I got the email from the transportation company. I was able to contact my bank and they were able to block the payment hopefully, I will see in the next couple of days if the payment went through.

Scammers contacted me via text after i inquired about a rottweiler puppy via email, seemed legitimate at first but then they had there "financial manager" text me about the deposit and wanted me to cashapp the $100 deposit, i told them i would send the deposit anyway they wanted as long as i could use my credit card so i could do a charge back if they were not legit, after that crickets, no responce, dont send these people a dime
