I went to website footwearmerch to buy Christmas gifts for my kids printed crocs with different designs 3 pairs they also advertise on Facebook instagram and apparently great reviews I placed my order on December 12 /2023 supposedly I get it by the 22nd but I didn’t receive anything I tried contacting them via email telephone nothing no reply then I went online to trust pilot and found out dozens of complaints customer not receiving their orders

I have tried several attempts to contact this person or company all i get is automated emails saying this is shiyel and your order has been shipped. I have received emails from shipping@24hservicrVP saying status up dated. First updated status showed item was in Finland and that was 2 weeks ago. Now it is saying item is in china. This item was ordered since December 13th.

This company advertised on social media (not sure if it was Tik Tok, Instagram or Facebook) that they were selling a Taylor Swift calendar with her lyrics. I purchased this in November, in order to have it home in time for the holidays, and there was no receipt from the website ( kept the link to the receipt and a screenshot). There was no other contact available for information.

Ordered a product. They delivered a different product. When i reached out they told me they couldnt deliver on the product they advertised. I emailed and they responded with them not being able to make produce the product they advertised. I have emails to prove. This is false advertisement.

I made one purchase, online, for a modest sum, Immediately, there was a succession of attempts to upsell, all of which I declined. I noticed immediately, some kind of invoice that listed the items I had declined. I called BeWell immediately and spoke to a person who said she would correct everything. They answer the phone "Muama". There was no correction. Paypal decided how to pay and used at least 3 accounts that I had listed with them, including private banking. Pay Pal has been zero help in this matter. They say that they are investigating and then report that the purchases were legitimate. I received two shipments of unwanted personal care junk, sent from California. When I said that I want to send it all back, I was given an address in Lithuania. I see paypal as complicit in this, and I am furious. My attempts at fixing this began on Nov. 24, and I have called BeWell and Paypal repeatedly since then.

Ordered a shirt and kept checking status, finally it said on the way and I kept an eye out for it but never got anything delivered. Contacted them a week after (the day I went back to check and saw it said delivered). Reached out to them and they said contact neighbors , usps etc. Which was done and I notified them that I did and they said check again. And I asked for a resolution and they ultimately said they cannot give a refund due to the package stating it delivered. Never got a refund and got the run around for one shirt.

Ordered sweatshirt & ring 11/19/23, when didnt receive was given erroneous shipping #. Requested refund in 3 separate emails. Only to be told sorry NO, As of today 12/21/23 no items delivered. Did research appears Southfaces.com is scam.

I tried to purchase 2 small cat beds from mrfluffyfriends on 11/242023. Items was supposedly sent on December 7th ot 8th. But items was not yet been delivered to USPS yet. Tracking number is **************************.

They will never tell why the hold up and will not cancel order. I believe this is a scam. I do not know the address or phone number of this business. Not given in all info from on line? Therefore i could not call them!

Bright Sport has created false advertisements, the product is garbage and does not do what it claims. The only option to get a refund is for the customer to pay the shipping costs.

This website appears to offer high quality office equipment, everything is shipped directly from china in extremely cheap and poor condition. When I reached out to the company to return the item because it looked like the quality of a dollar store, they advised me that they don’t accept returns on sale items. The issue with this being that according to google chrome, this product has always been the same price and therefore was never on “sale” but it was just marketed as being on sale.

I ordered product over computer, within an hour of placing order, i emailed refressbrand to cancel. I received a confirmation email from company that my email was received but order was never cancelled. Product ordered was suppose to be made in USA instead there is a shipping label from China.

I looked for an electric lawnmower, found one at a good price at COMFY PACKAGE. Ordered it, never received it. Spoke to someone at that website via live chat who told me I never ordered any mower, my order number is higher than they are at, they just started that day & I spoke to someone via live chat 3 days earlier. the receipt says ROCKET ECOM & the bank withdrawal says ROCKET ECOM LONDON. I am out $176.40 with nothing to show for it

Found a part I needed online. This company had the best price. Ordered the part, received a text telling me thanking me and gave a tracking number and phone number. Continued tracking this item for 3 months. Finally received a text stating the part would be delivered within 2 weeks. The part never showed up. The phone number is not working and DVFTRACK is listed as a scam on the internet.

Site says product would ship in 1-3 business days. After over 3 weeks of going back and forth with this "company" (careful there are many sites claiming to be the legit Carlinkit company) they never sent out the product. I had to go through PayPal for a refund. Customer service rep "Sara" from China kept making excuses and promising it would ship in a few days but never did. Manager "Lily" from China got nasty over email and threatened me. I have all the emails saved for reference. Avoid at all costs.
