The item I received is not what I ordered!!

The most obvious difference is the color, however, its not a big deal. The problem is that the most important features pictured are the reasons I purchased this in the first place and definitely not what I received!!

I placed an order for a table lamp on Feb 7 through this Living and Company online with credit card. My card was charged on Feb 11. When I placed the order, their website showed item would be shipped in 10 business days, so I waited until Feb 19 and emailed them. I got a reply said “the order will be shipped around Feb 24.” I didn’t hear anything until Feb 28, so I just emailed them again because It was supposed to be a gift. They replied with “We expect to receive the product at the end of this week / begin next week.” which means they don’t have the item in stock at all but to sell it first. Form here, they started using weeks instead of days. On March 14, which is two weeks away from what they promised, I emailed them again and said it was too late, but this time they didn’t reply anything except an automated response like “we will ship this week and asap”. I waited for a couple of days and still didn’t receive any notice from them, so I contacted my bank directly to dispute this transaction. And on March 29, I suddenly received an email from PostNL said there will be a package shipped to me from Netherlands. I emailed them again said I had already disputed this transaction and they can cancel the order and refund. But I got a super rude reply said “what do you mean?” I repeated the whole story again and said I felt very disappointed with them. They replied an email with threaten message said “we will forward this to our debtcollector since orders from the USA cannot be cancelled or returned according to our terms, which you agreed with.” That’s a totally scam and fraud. Even checking on the tracking number from PostNL, there is nothing at all that will be shipped. It shows the post office haven’t received any package from sender. And this company is trying to scam and send my information to debt collector. I would like to report this and seek protection from BBB. Please help. Thanks.

Sent incorrect product and will not provide refund. Only provides the following return address: 1F, Block B, 108-120 Fengping Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China

After asking to confirm return address, they keep asking that the incorrect product is kept, and offers a full refund only if incorrect product is returned. But, if the incorrect product is kept then refund would be 40%, then 60% then 70% then 82%.

There was an add for a dress on Instagram, which led me to buy the merchandise. After receiving the item, i realized it was falsely advertised. The dress i received was completely different from what was advertised.

I have been going back and forth with the customer support, who refuse to let me return the item. Even though their website says returns are acceptable within 14 days. Through the back and forth, they asked me to “give the dress to someone else” since I don’t won’t it, as well as offered me 2 dollars, then 5 and now 8.

Complete scam. Do not buy from this website.

I went on what I thought was a reputable hair company website to purchase hair. I ended up purchasing 2 wigs for a total of around $600 dollars on my credit card. They contacted me via email the next day after confirmation of payment and asked me if I wanted to return my wigs and get a refund and purchase again through PayPal to receive a $20 discount. I told them no because it was already paid and to just ship my wig. Four days later they sent me a text telling me they needed a screenshot of proof that I paid for the wigs for confirmation before they shipped my wigs and they had already taken the money from my card. I have sent several emails to get a refund on my order with no response back from them. They have not shipped my wigs yet and refuse to give me back my money. I am at a lost of $600 dollars.

I have been emailing the company back and forth and they said that they are sorry for the inconvenience and they would send my products as soon as they repacked it. The warehouse made a mistake and are working hard to get my order to me. It is shipping from china. They had another promotion for a book I was interested in and said they would send it right out if you pay express shipping I did and still on the second order received the wrong items instead of the books and supplies I ordered I got socks. I ordered 3 bathing suits from the website listed thinking it was an Australian based company as that’s what they make it seem on their webs site. Followed the measurements on the site and long behold once I received my package not only was it not from Australia it was from Hong Kong the bathing suit quality and sizing wasn’t even close to what was listed on the website. So I put in a claim for a full refund which on the websites stated was okay as long as it was within 30 days - which it was it wasn’t even 7 days that I had placed the order. They start with the run around about how it’s going to be expensive to ship back the clothes and offered to do either a 15% refund or send me all the same bathing suits in a larger size. Although I want a full refund I saw where this was going and said they could send me a larger size as long as I’m not being charged again. They had the audacity to tell me they would charge me full amount of what I had already spent of $95.82 to send me the bathing suits in a larger size even though I asked for simply a refund and to return the items. I told them absolutely not and would be reporting them as lack of communication because I have to wait 24 hours for even a response and the fact they lied about their policy online.

We purchased what we thought was a brand new HP laptop charger from vendor “battery-vendor.com” but we were sold a used and suspect battery and given the latest circumstances with batteries exploding, we cannot take this colossal risk in the lab especially with all the oxygen tanks and other flammable chemicals there. Vendor is not honoring the 30 day money back guarantee and offering only a 15 dollar credit.

Additionally the vendor admitted to committing import fraud by stating "covered the HP logo to avoid the customs inspect. " Please see attached documentation sent to our credit card company.

I ordered a reclining sofa beginning of January, and never got it.

Scam website www.pannellswim.com (appears to be a clone of the legitimate website www.pannellswimshop.com). We carelessly purchased a swimsuit, but never heard back. The payment was processed by a "bestduka.com" vendor in Dar El Salaam (Tanzania), which clearly gave away the scam. On more careful scrutiny after the fraud payment posted, the company address (supposedly in New York, NY) does not exist, there is no phone number, and nobody responds to web form inquiries.
