- Massapequa, NY, USA

I ordered two sweatshirts from the website. i received them fairyl quick. The fit was a little off and they were not good quailty. The material was cheaply made and the zipper wasn't zipping smoothly, was getting stuck and it didn't zipper all the way in the hood becuase it was tight. I emailed the day that i recieved it that i wanted to return them. Their website said can return within 45 days if not satified or if defected. They responded 2 days later (monday) asking for pictures. I sent them of it being worn to show size and not zipper all the way up issue but they wanted product only so i sent them a picture of both hoodies alone. They responded that they look like fine, they sent the size i requested and to keep the product. this went back and forth for 4 days, them not wanting to give me a refund even after i sent them a picture of their return policy and even said i will pay shipping, i just wanted my money back. The last email they said i can ship it back but it was to China. There is nowhere on that website stating that the website was based in China. Their facebook page listed a NY address which i looked up on USPS and it came back as invalid. The transaction statement on my bank account says London.

- Eureka, CA, USA

Fashion ads appeared when I searched for a raincoat. I ordered one 12/12/22. It hasn't arrived the phone number says to leave a message. This same coat appears at other supposed fashion places. I think they are all scams.

- Oakland Gardens, NY, USA

They offer products by third party sellers. Run like amazon & ebay, but for games. They first charge your account, hold your money, then start asking you for verification. Initial verification involves a photo of your card, with some numbers blocked out, then a photo of your passport/drivers license and/or other id and tax identification number. Then even after you submit those, they'll start asking for additional documents like water bill, bank statements, etc and other personal information. All the while holding your money. Even after canceling the order, the refund is not coming through and their responses are extremely slow as if they're stalling for time.

- Mount Vernon, NY, USA

When looking for clothes, the website comes up asking for your email address and continues to email clothes until you buy something from the webpage. There is no way to contact them but by email and there is no customer service but by email. After they get your money, they don’t ship the product. When you contact them by email, they give you the run around by asking a million question and acting confused. When you ask for a refund, then they sent the product and they do not know why you never received it. You will not get your money or the product. NEVER AGAIN.

- Goshen, IN, USA

Advertisement on Facebook (Pawsome Parents) link: https://geckocustom.com I lost $148.27 for pajama pants for the family. The money was taken out on December 4, 2022. Tried calling at 302-595-8099 and it went to voicemail, did not sound professional.

- New York, NY, USA

On Oct 15, I ordered a Le Creuset Teakettle thru Bozzhi.com, but was confirmed (by email); it was confirmed, first by luckygagaga llc, conf. receipt #1908-6118 order 534622 , then listing contact information for a 3rd company: penny.us.com. Item promised 5-15 business days from order. It is now 60 days since order. Tracking link says package is still in transit. I couldn't understand why a product made in France was being shipped from Guangzhou, China. Tracking number: *************   Tracking link: https://www.17track.net/en

I can’t imagine why a teakettle made in France would be coming from China. I emailed penny.us.com Nov 7, 13, then Bozzhi.com, but no reply from either. When I checked the penny.us website today, it was up for sale.

- Oceanside, NY, USA

I paid for an item that they clearly didn't have because of the fake website and pictures taken from other websites. then they sent me something that was worth pennies and refused to refund me.

- Loganville, GA, USA

Multiple fraudulent charges from this company were posted to my account. I have never heard of this company, let along purchased from them.

- Bronx, NY, USA

The company advertised themselves as selling products for active play for children and adults via Instagram. They have celebrities on their commercials promoting the sale of this fun workout equipment. The website boxbollen.com sold their product with a 3 day shipping policy. They accepted $70 and I have yet to receive the product. There is no customer service phone number to call. I have emailed their “help line” at least 20 times and also went to the Instagram page and messaged the seller. A lot of other people posted comments that they are having the same problem and think the company is a scam. It’s been over two weeks and there is no word on where the product is nor if I can get my money back. Please help. My order # is 1***** if I’m case you are able to help me.

- Mission Viejo, CA, USA

I purchased two articles of clothing from Moxidress. I found their advertisement on Facebook.

It has been a month since I ordered the merchandise with zero success in obtaining the items ordered. I have emailed 7 different times and even reached out via facebook messenger with no response. I have requested a refund since the items never came, and again no response. This is terrible for the consumer, and they should be stopped.

- Shirley, NY, USA

They sent me a pair of boots I ordered a size 8.5 they sent me size 5. I emailed them back and asked them if they could send me a shipping label so I can refund the boots and then receive my refund. They wrote back stating it is not in their policy to send a shipping label. They want me to send the boots back and then they will send a refund. I don’t trust sending them all the way back to China, which could cost me a lot of money, and how am I to trust they will refund my money? I was wondering if you could do a search to see if they are a legitimate company. If not I want to file a complaint they are scammers and to let others know. There is nowhere to put a review on their website.

- Brooklyn, NY, USA

Buy one get one free suitcase for $29.99

- Laurel, MD, USA

I needed to order my son a new Birth certificate I thought I was on the web site for Health Department searching Vital Records. The site asked all the questions as if it was ok but once I paid and looked at my debit card, I did not pay NY or the Health department I paid Livingproofnow.com and when I looked it up online there was a scam involved. I than tried to go back to the web site and contact them it was not showing any affiliation

- Lumberton, TX, USA

Ordered and paid for the product from their website and immediately got a confirmation email. After inquiring about the order I have never received a response. I tried calling and emailing them multiple times

- Evansville, IN, USA

Paid for a product that I never received. Contacted the company multiple times. They would write back and send another shipping confirmation. When trying to track shipping, no information would be displayed. Each time I contacted their help line about the tracking issue, I would receive an excuse that orders were too high and send another shipping confirmation that was fraudulent.

I went to order a jacket, it's been a week, no contact from business

I was looking for a self cleaning litter pan for my cats, I seen one on this website Clearain.top for $49.99. It was nice and at a great price. I purchased it and they sent me a confirmation email. Every time that it was suppose to be delivered it was a problem. The first 2 times it was sent to the wrong address, then I asked for a refund. That is when the real problem started, they start giving me crazy excuses about they are a new company, and due to the Covid-19 their sale was down and can't issue me an refund but they can resent out another litter pan. I did not want to do business with this company anymore or I quested a refund and I am still waiting for it. I let the company know that I was getting in touch with the better business bureau and report them!!!. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDLENT COMPANY THAT IS SELLING ALL TYPE OF HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS!!!! Don't be the next person that got scammed by this company!!!!

They advertise on social media. I saw a coat they advertised so I went on their website and purchased it. Over a month later it hadn’t arrived. I contacted them and they said they weren’t happy with the original quality of the coat when it came from the manufacturer so they sent it back. They also gave me a promo code for another item for me to use, but when I went to use it, it didn’t work, so I wound up paying full price on that second order. Almost a month later is arrived and it was laughable quality. It was a long winter coat and the sleeves were halfway up my arm (this wasn’t the style nor how it was advertised). I sent an email requesting a refund and a prepaid shipping label. They said “bc they are such a young company they do not have prepaid shipping labels” but they would give me the refund on the coat plus another $10 refund. I shipped it (shipping was $20) and emailed them a picture of the receipt and label but have not heard back from them since. This was almost two weeks ago. I have still not received a reimbursement on my coat or for the shipping. In the meantime, I got an email about my other order saying NOTHING in the order (5 items) but a pair of pants was available, so they only sent the pants. When the pants arrived, they were so thin and poor quality that they looked like they might fall apart at the seems. The pants were almost $40- not exactly cheap. I emailed them about it and they offered me either a partial reimbursement ($19) if I didn’t ship it back or told me I could ship it back at my own expense, again giving me the excuse that they are a young company and don’t have prepaid shipping labels to offer yet. For such a young company they sure seem to have their marketing in place. At this point I didn’t even trust them since o haven’t heard back about my coat yet, so I asked them again to please send some assurance that I would be reimbursed and to find a way to send a prepaid shipping label since this is the second time I’m dealing with this. They just keep replying back with what looks like automated email replies. And the only phone number listed is a Hong Long number, so I just don’t know how to rectify or get my money back at this point.
