I ordered one translator. After the transaction I saw I was charged for 4. I cancelled them immediately and they said they cancelled the order. Three weeks later 4 arrived at my home. Infuriated I called and they told me to return them and when they received them they would credit me. I told them I would not pay for the return. They sent instructions for the return. At the post office I was informed that it would cost more than $200. because it was going to Lithuania although their phone number is in Texas and the charge on my credit card was from TN. My credit card company gave me credit for the transaction.

I placed an order for a dress; however the dress I received looked nothing like the product on line and was very big. I sent an email to their customer service address requesting a refund and they requested photos. I sent the photos of the dress with a follow up email and I have not heard back from them. I started my email exchange with

[email protected] on September 14 and no one has responded to my multiple follow ups. There is no phone number to call either.

I ordered and paid for two dresses from Snirel. It’s a company in China, I ordered them in early July and I’ve been emailing back and forth with them for three months. Twice they sent me emails that my order was delivered. My order was never delivered. This last one said I signed for it, I did not. I asked them to send me a copy of the “signature” and they said that they were having technical difficulties and couldn’t send it to me. Attached is what I ordered.

My minor daughter posted for sale to include secure due diligence. Item musical sale, bid acceptance for $130.00. She made sure to adhere to contract. Shipping/ tracking promptly. This website targeted youth. They requested birth certificate, social security as proof of identity. Thereafter stated invalid proof. Red flags/ banners for fraud. I am contacted BBB, 3 credit reporting agencies to freeze. Changed her banking account, As her fiduciary Mother and POA, sadly no recourse.This website is fraud with stealing from teenagers is incongruous. Please as a single mother of 4, any and all rectify a solution. I kindly would be grateful.Thank you advance.

I purchased a dress through this company. Took longer than they claimed it would to receive it. Horrible quality. Did not honor their own refund policy that’s stated on their website. Emailed back and forth a dozen times before being refunded HALF of what I was owed.

First of all, and this should have been a red flag for me, there is no e-mail address or phone number, so I put mine in your form, since it won't allow "none" or any other options.

On 8/4/23, I ordered a swimsuit from swimsuitspace.com. They received their money from my credit card on the same date. On 9/14/23 I tried to contact them to tell them that I had not received the suit. (I even tried to send a message now.) The message does not go through. I get “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” No matter what time of day I try.

OhSpotlightUSA sent a cheap imitation flashlight but charged even more than the advertised amount. They advertised a super powerful survival flashlight that is so strong it could light a fire. Price: $27.50. I ordered one but was charged $39. I contacted them for a refund of the difference only to be told I had to buy four flashlights to get them for $27.50 each. Then what I received was a cheap imitation flashlight that you can get from Walmart for less than $8. I wanted to return it for a full refund but they refused and wanted me to accept a 15% refund. I refused their offer so they said to get a refund the item had to be unopened and not tested or tried. That means to get a refund I would have to have x-ray vision to see through the packaging to see that it was a cheap fake. Luckily I used PayPal to purchase it so PayPal refunded my $39. Now the company won't stop harassing me with emails even though I told them to stop contacting me. They are like catfish...bottom feeding **** ********

They claim to sell periodic elements table containing a sample of each element, What I received was a thick acrylic block with each element having a picture painted on the back - no trace of the actual element. It's scam in the form of deceptive advertising.

I purchased $81 of way too small, horrible quality clothing. When I reached out for a refund, they proposed a $15 credit and to keep the items. I replied that I wanted a refund and followed their instructions - to ship the items back (at my expense - $14), provide the tracking number, and they would process the refund upon receipt of the return.

Well, you can guess what happened…… They received the items, and never answered another one of my emails! So now I’m not only out $81, I’m out $95 — and they have the clothing back!!!

PayPal could not provide buyer protection since I received the order.

I ordered a tread mill back in May 2023 and never received my package or anything else from them. I have multiple emails from the said company stating that I would receive it and to be patient. After not receiving it in the 15 days they claimed it would take for it to arrive, I'm still waiting. After reaching out on multiple occasions, I'm still out of $49.97. Which they have told me over and over again I would be receiving. They have lied by giving me bogus tracking numbers and messages in Chinese. Still nothing and they still have not given me a refund, it's now September. I just want my full refund and be done with this company. I am tired of the back and forth and it going no where. My bank wants me to try to resolve it on my own first. I will not give up until we all get our money from these scammers.

The company lied that they were based in Florida. Instead they shipped items (supposed to be plants from China). It took them over a month to arrive, but it’s not plants. They sent a cheap pair of headsets instead.

I ordered 3 shirts. The order took 6 weeks to get to me - not a big deal, however, the 3 shirts would fit a 12 yr old child. It was a joke - not adult shirts at all. I ordered off their direct website - not even a 3rd party site. I asked for a refund within 7 days of getting the order. I cannot get a refund - customer service offered me 10% THEN 20% off.

I want to return these shIrts just like their policy states and get a refund. Also, the company website shows 'made in South Carolina." Except al the packaging shows ' Made in China." I send the "SKU" numbers back to them, just as asked, so I could get a " return auth." All lies. a total SCAM.

I recently made a purchase of a bag on their website and it was shipped to Paris. I live in the states and I never received it. I made multiple attempts to contact the company and they stated it would be shipped 15-20 business days and that I should wait. I asked for a refund and haven't received it yet.
