Musabela advertised sneakers on Facebook. Said they offer free returns. The company looked like they were located in the USA but they were located in china. I would have never purchased something from china especially if I needed to return them. I finally received the sneakers, 3 weeks later. The quality of the sneakers were poor. The comfort is poor. They have a chemical smell. Most of all I wanted to return them because they fit too narrow. They advertised that they were extra wide width. I tried to do a return and they said they don’t charge for returns or restocking fee but I will be responsible to ship the sneakers back to china which would be the cost of the sneakers. I am furious about this. I NOW see others complaining about the same problem.

ordered an item of clothing (30.00) on line, shipped to me.. very substandard products. one item was too small, so i attempted to secure return label and was told it was the correct item and could not be exchanged for a larger one. then i said i would return it, and was told the shipping would be too high and they would return 4.00.

this is a scam of misrepresenting the quality of items and also the legitimacy of this business,. I have recently read hundreds of reviews of the same nature,and am reporting this company to BBB. as they should not be allowed to conduct business in the USA.

I am also going to try to recoup money for the entire order and at least for the one item from my credit card (as the quality of the items is extremely sub-standard.

Purchased a dog coat which arrived with no receipt inside bag and not packaged. The outer bag indicated RETURN TO: NJ address, item was too small and poor quality so I returned it to address indicated- paid $5.08 postage. Weeks later no credit so I stopped payment- then email inquiring if something was wrong with the product. I indicated it was returned and awaiting credit. Writer informs me

"Please be aware that our address in your shipping label is serves as one of our distribution centers, and it is not equipped to handle returns. Our return policy clearly indicates that our designated return center is located in the UK"- This information was not with the package and I did not know the company name at the time(Doggy royal)

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered two items that failed to ship for weeks. Only after reporting a fraudulent charge on my credit card did they ship. They only reached out to ask me to cancel the request. Upon receiving the items , I opened the package and filed a return. They tried to deny the return, I received the items two weeks past the event I needed them for. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday I was unable to get to the post office and they attempted to deny my return. The product is poor quality , does not match their sizing charts and their customer service is absolutely atrocious.

Ordered American Eagle one dollar silver coin sets four coins per years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023. Advertised as P.C.G.S certified mint state 70 first strike, struck at West Point. I received coins in three packs 2021, 2022, 2023, they were not certified as advertised just in plain capsules. I did not receive year 2000 coins. Packages were shipped by the United

States Postal service, it seems the product comes from Hong Kong China. I now question weather the coins are real silver. Cost was $103.96 per set paid through Pay Pal.

Like the others reporting this fraudulent company, a scam shipping # was provided, package was never delivered. And like the others, I emailed “Amy” who responded with emails that talked in circles. I demanded a refund, which I will never receive.

This site is a complete scam. They claim to be from Maine - but they are actually in China. They started 10 days ago with this website. They are a total knockoff of a legitimate company in Maine -- MaineLobsterNow.com

Their aboutus is stolen from that site as well as many other pages.

The website offers a massager using a technology claiming it relieves your back, neck, leg and foot pain. They had offered me one at $49.99 and the second at $39.99. Well, I tried the first one, the vibration was hardly felt and the device keeps falling off my skin, it does not stick at all. The second device never worked. I sent them an email asking for a full refund as per 90 day refund guarantee. A person by the name of Jen answered and offered to send a replacement free of charge and to try it one more time. I never received anything. Two weeks later I sent another email, a person by the name of Arianna answered my mail offering me a 50% refund and I would not have to send the defective device back. Again, it never happened, Another week later I sent another email and this time Larry replied , again offering a replacement. I declined, asked for a full refund. Nothing happened, they are now silent.

This company has a New York City phone number, 212-444-3144, but their US office is in Chicago, Illinois. The actual name of the company is XF Agencija US. Their Headquarter is in Wanchai, Hong Kong.

I already wrote off the $90 I've lost and just want to warn others not to fall for their product. They do not stand by their 90-day refund guarantee. Stay away from this company!

I ordered a musical instrument (handpan acolyte large) August 25, 2023. I waited. Finally received an email, 9/9/23 from Mike, with a rundown of all of the expedited delivery. It said it was delivered. It wouldn't have been stolen. My neighbors order a lot and packages don't get stolen. I was suspicious when the email suggested I check in my mailbox. I didn't receive a notice to go to the postoffice to pick it up. I went anyway and showed the employee the email. There was nothing for me. I ordered a veteran yard plaque to put in my yard in honor of our son who passed away in July. I saw nice reica advertised on Facebook, there were thousands of positive customers comments. I ordered the plaque I was told I would get of discounted price at the time I placed the order. Once ordered, I received another email with a higher price $40+tax,s&h. I tried emailing them, messaging them no response! When the item came it wasn't what was advertised! It was supposed to be 30x30, what I received was a 8x11 little bronze colored replica. I put it on top of a regular sheet of paper, measured it with a ruler 11ins. I took photos of it. I sent to Practisea in a message, and the email they posted if questions

Thank you for your help. I also posted my picture with the measurements on the FB site where it's advertised and shared with the others, noone commented, so it leads me to believe it's a scam.

Googled specific products I was looking for. Found this website that looked real. Had all the details and pictures, FAQs, etc. made the website look very very convincing. Put in my order and it didn’t go anywhere. Took my money and No updates after purchase. They took all real photos and product details from other websites to use on their own.

I purchased a item which was delivered . The bill came out to 48.96. Item did not fit so I wanted to return for a refund. E mailed for a return address they would not provide because they said it is too expensive to return to china. Would I accept a 20 per cent refund and keep the item even though the website said if a problem send it back for a refund. I told them no I would not accept a 20 per cent refund I wanted the full amount. They said they couldn’t do that. So I thought to get something back I agreed to 50 per cent which they did credit my account. But it should state no full refunds before purchasing. I then told them I wanted the rest of my money and they said I could keep the bras I said I don’t want them. I want the rest of my money. They said I already agreed to 50 per cent so there is nothing they could do. What a sham.

Scammer offers item for sale at steep discount to market rate. Customer pays via PayPal. Scammer sends junk item to random address in customer's zip code via usps. After item is delivered, scammer sends tracking info to customer, indicating that item has been delivered. Usps does not list delivery address, just zip code. Customer assumes porch pirate stole item, and gives up.

Customer should contact local post office to confirm delivery address was bogus, file complaint with PayPal or other payment site.

I ordered a shirt through this company for $32.98. It did not fit my husband. i reached out per their return policy. When I started corresponding, I was told that I could neither exchange the item for the right size or get a refund. This is in direct contradiction to their posted policy. The person started offering me to keep the item (no use), then added a $3 reimbursement. In the end, they said they would send me $7USD which comes from their "meager salary". There was no response to my questions re: the posted policy. After weeks of back any forth, it was time to stop this. I told them I was going to report them to the ScamPulse.com and they asked me not to.

The item was falsely advertised as a glueless unit which means ZERO adhesive is to be used for the wig to lay flat against the scalp. That is not the case with what I was sent as u can see this is not flat against the scalp. When I said something about it they sent me videos about different products and have been throwing me off a loop for 2 months

To return product at my expense to China(cost $80+) or keep it and get $60 credit. AMEX Stopped the charge (I had not received the product though they charged my account) and the product was received. After several e-mails, they suggested I try in anyway. On Oct. 14th I asked for warehouse address for return the product (leg Massager) I was given the China address. If I still keep it, they would offer 100% STORE CREDIT/gift card to buy any other product on healolabs.com. Whichever way I look at it, I am out $200+.
