Email confirmation was sent with order, tracking order of package was sent, ***************, package status eventually said delivered but no delivery, contact support at email [email protected] and they keep saying they will issue me refund in 25 days, thank you, then same email when I follow up in 25 days, been about 5 months now and no refund just emails saying sorry we’re working on it.

I saw an ad for the “anti planner” and the original content from the creator. However I received a completely counterfeit version that is low quality and not what was advertised or pictured.

Ordered clothing from this site, but part of the order never arrived in spite of being stated as delivered. The other portion of the order received was all incorrect sizes from the size guide listed on the website. The policy for returns is to email [email protected], however there has been no reply in over a week after previously responses when part of my order was still pending to be delivered within 48hrs.

The storefront docenin shows home related goods, like small furniture and decor. Their Contact Us page cites a totally different company name than Docenin, which is Orange Agilent Technology LLC and states a physical location in Sheridan Wyoming. A Google search reveals their address has been flagged for other scam companies from China. The scam is that you will believe you are buying one item shown on their website, but receive another that's significantly inferior, cheaper, and lacking many features of the desired product. Contacting them about this glaring discrepancy resulted in a "boiler plate" apology and then an offer to "give it to someone you know as a gift" or take a 5% discount. The item bought was $30 USD and this item isn't worth more than $6 USD. Presently going through the PayPal dispute process.

Online the pictures were photoshopped. I placed the order on June 6 and was to be delivered in up to 2 weeks. When I inquired after 4 weeks they stated it was a custom made product and would arrive in mid July. I asked for a refund several times as the dresses were for a wedding on July 6th. They offered a credit of $10 credit. When one dress arrived it was the wrong material so I asked for a refund and return label. They offered $18 USD instead. That is when I realized I was scammed. I haven’t seen any money returned as of yet

Posed as a an online furniture company. Been trying to reach them for the past week to cancel order. Only want communite is initially through a bot that keeps sending you back to the question do you want to cancel order. It then took me to an email form. They said they will get back to you in 24 hours. I am still not getting any response after a week. There is no other way to reach them. There is a lot of other chatter online about this company being a fraud

I came across a website as I was scrolling for information and merely clicked on the information and was reading it. Last evening and got woken up this morning by several calls from this company who somehow hacked my information and called and already tried several times to process my CC account online that is attached to my phone. I have asked them to stop and take me off their list. I blocked them and all they continue to do is call from different numbers and try again and again to process the payment. I didn’t even try to purchase anything from them! The people I’ve spoken to are not AMERICAN! Regardless of them saying they are based out of NY.

Scammer sells extremely poor quality merchandise and advertises it as high-quality. They claim they will give you a refund on the website, but they only offer you 20% of the purchase price. When I requested a full refund, they told me I had to mail the merchandise back to China, which costs almost as much as the merchandise itself.

I ordered online from the company identifying as Margos Store doing business as The WAW LLC on May 16, 2024. I paid for the item by credit card and the order was suppose to take 15-20 days to be shipped and delivered. I contacted via emailed to a person by the name of "Mary" to inquire about my order after 20 days. I was told that the item was going through US custom and the order will be delivered June 22, 2024. I contacted "Mary" again via email asking for a tracking number. I was told that a tracking will be provided on June 24th. I have not heard from this person nor have a tracking number. I realized that I was SCAMMED.

Motionkiller used fake models with the head cut off in the photos and advertised their merchandise on Facebook and IG. Stated on the website their home address is China. However, the label listed is Jane *** ****** ***** ** *** * Cedar Gove NJ 07009. It looks like a vacant lot on google. - The 3 outfits shipped are of poor 3D quality. Basically, fabric thrown together and threaded. Motionkiller was emailed and only offered 20% back to me and wanted me to ship the items back to China, then came back with a third offer of 30%. I have all the emails from Motionkiller. I would like a full refund in the amount of $115.17. Thank you. *** ******

Company uses influencer ads to make their product look legititmate, pants came with strings hanging off seems and smaller than advertised. You cannot tell until you make your purchase and recieve tracking that it is a Chinese company. Return policy says you can return but they are not responsible for shipping cost- when you attempt to return they try to negotiate 20%, then 40% of money back because shipping will too expensive to make a full refund worth it (I spent $108) and they have not given me an address after several days of back and forth (1 correspondance a day so they can run out their return policy.) There are reviews online saying they recieved addresses that appear to be fake.

This is a scam. They sell a $2 dollar hose nozzle with a $1 extender for $30 they only refund 35% which is only $10 so they’re making $17 for every $ 3 dollar nozzle they scam someone with.

The scammer, "bridalsew" advertises dresses from designer dress websites and sends you a completely different dress. When asking for a refund they say keep the dress and we'll refund 40%. After telling them your going to take legal actions they increase the refund to 60%. I had to report it with my credit card company
