On December 3rd I ordered a multi level cat tree from SP Elevana World for $49.95 dollars and on January 6th I received a piece of fabric 9” x 9”

I have try to contact the seller via email and I haven’t had any answer

This company has a storefront page on https://shop.app/m/71tfy06b4r and also has a webpage of https://viqif.com/

They have multiple items for sale and say that the transactions are all in US$

You order the products and they are not exactly what they described the items to be and are completely wrong with the size description.

I ordered what was described as Crocs Summer Sandals, but turned out to be a cheap China knockoff. The same with the other sandals that I ordered.

No where does it states that you must ship the product back to China yourself, which would costs more than what I paid for the product.

Other companies, if the returns have to be shipped outside the US, will detail it in their policies with the return address, so you are aware, but this company does not state anything like that.

In their about information, they do not have an actual address or contact information listed, except for an email.

The package comes from their shipping department -- 28230 150th Rd, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413-4015.

If you google the address, you discover that there are several different companies operating out of different names out of the same location.

They tell you that you cannot ship the item back to that address.

They will not refund your money, instead they offer you 10% off your future purchase in the store.

I purchased 2 pairs of boots 1 pair was a cowboy boot the other was a brown suede and a pair of leopard sneakers. When I received my items the cowboy boots to small instead of the brown boots I paid for they sent me some used black boots and the leopard sneakers looks nothing like what’s on their website. I sent 7 emails and they don’t want to return my money this site is a scam don’t purchase anything from this site

Hi, I just want to warn people that this business is a scam. They ship stuff from China which does not look like what you order and the sizes are random and quality of their clothes is extremely poor. They make it impossible to return the items. Please shut them down or not allow them to conduct their business in the US as more and more people will get scammed. I just looked them up and read some reviews online and so many people have had a similar experience as mine.

I had wanted to buy a nice phone case for my partner for the holiday season. I ordered on the 20th and i knew shipping would probably take a while but I got multiple messages from ups that they were awaiting item from seller. Eventually even those updates had stopped. It is now the 31st and im attempting to contact my bank for a refund. Ive tried reaching out to the listed customer service email and phone number and im simply ignored. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are only after your money.

I placed my order on December 2. On December 3, it updated and said ready to ship. I received an email saying there was flooding in the warehouse about a week later, so I checked on my tracking. Turns out it never shipped. December 24 (was a christmas gift) and it still hadn't shipped). Reached out to merchant, who gave mixed messages on reason for delay and at first said it shipped, but then in an email a day later said it hadn't when I asked for tracking. This company looks like they're in Delaware but are actually in China. People on instagram rave about it, don't believe the hype!

A fake review attracts customer to the website www.elecgrove.com where the scammer sells a low quality health and smart watch for a high price of $119. The presentation of the watch looks very attractive and real. Upon delivery of the watch, it appeared to not meet the quality standard and the time on the watch could not keep accurate time. Merchant was contacted which provided an address for return. The item was returned by USPS mail to china for an additional $30 by the buyer within the 14 days return policy the seller promised. However, after almost five months, Elecgrove, never acknowledged receiving the merchandize nor refunding the money.

Advertised painted pet portraits on bottles. Instead, they make a sticker of your photo and put it on a bottle. They offer 100% satisfaction. When you contact them, they bully you into accepting a 10% credit or a redo but you have to pay them excessive shipping cost - 1/2 the price of the product. More and more people are posting they are scammers. They put deceiving pictures up on social media but when someone complains they delete their comments.

I saw a Miller & Jones advertisement for Isabella boots. They advertised the boots as genuine leather, with laces and a 1.5-2 inch heel. Instead I received plastic shoes, with no heel, and velcro closures. I had to pay for my own shipping to return the boots. This would exceed the original price of the boots. This company was misleading with false advertising and incorrect info.

I ordered shoes from this company but when they were delivered they were too large. I notified the company but they said that the shoes had to be returned to China at my expense. Post office quote to make the return is $53.00. My follow up with this company gave me the option of getting 20% refund and keeping the shoes.

No where in their advertisement did they mention items had to be returned to China. The delivery address on the delivered package was Perth Amboy, NJ. I have discovered that many other people have been duped by this scam with no way to recover their loss.

Ordered a mineral crystal mug and received a resin mug painted by like a fifth grader. Came from China, but package stopped in Los Angeles and was painted and shipped from. Total scam not one bit of crystal on this cup. My dog could’ve done a bit of job painting it.

I purchased sunglasses which were advertised as smart technology sunglasses and when they arrived they were just cheap plastic sunglass. The company attempted to say they were out of stock and sent tgese in error but refused to send me the correct product or issue a refund

The company Vousports was advertising Vouri brand clothing on their site at discounted prices. I ordered a number of items and should have released there was an issue as the first two attempts were rejected by American Express and Bank of America for their respective credit cards. The order went through and I was told delivery would take weeks. At this point and based on the tracking # I was given I realized that the goods would be shipping from China. That raised the 2nd flag to me that this company may not be legitimate. I tried to contact them, their website has no phone #, only a gmail account. Many emails were ignored. On the delivery day, I received a notification at 11am in the morning that my package was delivered that same day at 4:36pm from their tracking company, 17TRACK. Incredible that they could say what time it was delivered 5 hours in the future. Of course, there was no delivery. I also have security cameras that would have shown if there was an attempted delivery. I reached out to the company four more times to let them know the goods never arrived and that I wanted a refund for items never delivered.

The reviews are fake and the website is a scam! Ordered a water bottle from (the gourd one that's been going around everywhere) they show two different kinds of water bottles in the pictures, one is a screw off with no accessories like the brush cleaner and the other is the one everyone wants, the pull off one with all the accessories. They send you the terrible screw off top one that's smaller, made of cheap material, the straps looks like a dog chewed on them and comes with no accessories just a stupid keychain. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! ITS A SCAM AND THEY DELETE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND POST FAKE ONES YOU WILL NOT GET WHATS PICTURED IN THE "REVIEWS"!!!!!

I was online looking for a bed for my bedroom when I came across the Donoma website. I saw that the beds were cheap so I decided to check it out and saw a bed that I liked. So I decided to pay for it because I needed a bed and it said once I paid for the bed it would get shipped on the 20 of October. Never was shipped and still isn't shipped. Every time I ask for a refund the email doesn't work. Then I received an email stating that I completed the order and would be shipped. I constantly send refund requests and all the emails say that I purchased Norton Virus for over $300.00 and bought Bitcoins. Complete fraud and games I had enough and want my money back
