- Clarinda, IA, USA

This company is advertising dumbbells for sale. They took money from my bank account and when I tried to email them to confirm my purchase, told me that email did not exist. I have went back on the same website and the name has changed

- Carmel, NY, USA

I purchchased gloves and a hat. The gloves were supposed to be knitted with yarn. When they came, they were made of material, not yarn. The hat was supposed to fit all sizes, it was too tight and I am not a large person. I sent a request for a return code. I was told it came from overseas and was too expensive to send back. They wanted me to just keep the items and as compensation they would send me a 30% off coupon to do more shopping on their site. The returen policy says that items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. However, it appears that is not the case if they don't want to spend the money to send the item back overseas. I responded that I was not happy with their response and I would not be shopping on their site anymore.

This website offers subscription-based online streaming that is not legally offered. It asked me as the customer to enter my information including my credit card information, but did not deliver, but it offered. It is a fraudulent website and should be taken down.

https://upperchic.com/policies/refund-policy

Please review the refund policy, this website appears to be a scam. The items they sell are misleading. The return policy makes it impossible to return in time. They don't actually sell the items they show in an ad. Something strange is going on here.

US Silver Eagle coins, only made by the US Mint, 1 oz pure .999 silver. This company does an excellent job of pretending to sell the real coin, even showing testimonials about acquiring silver, but the price is too cheap. So when you read carefully you notice they mention "silver plate". The genuine coin is 100% pure silver. This looks genuine, but is silver plate, and as best I know, when selling a coin that's a copy of facsimile, law requires the work "copy" or "replica" on the rim. Nowhere do they even hint that this is not a genuine, US Mint, Silver Eagle. Only my suspicion based on too good a cost kept me from falling for this.

- Port Chester, NY, USA

I placed an order on the company’s website on 12/26/2022

Order No: 86594 confirmation email was sent to me and my card was charged. They stated in an email I would receive an email once the item shipped. I have yet to receive any emails since then about my order being shipped. They do not have a contact number and say to send an email to [email protected] but that server seems to not be running because the emails I keep sending to inquire about my order are returned as undeliverable. Please do not order from that site it is a scam and the point of contact is bogus.

- Bronx, NY, USA

I’ve attempted to contact this company in regards to an order I’ve placed early in a December as a christmas gift. The item didn’t arrive within the shipping time frame, I reached out to the company. They notified me that the item was shipped from Jamaica, NY to Bronx, NY and was never received. Now several weeks later I attempted to reach out to the company via their social media account and they deleted my comments and never responded. Then, I noticed other customers commenting on their posts stating that they hadn’t received their orders and comments are being deleted from Tatiama’s social media account as well.

- Grove City, OH, USA

Saw a picture of a beautiful sweater on Facebook. Through the RYABE.com online store. ordered on line by credit card. Advertising says made in the USA. Sizing information was appropriate. ordered a XXL which was to be an adult size 20-22. Ordered on 12-14-22 and received it 1-3-22. The sweater I received says it came from new Jersey. The size of it would best fit a child. Not as picture at all. I requested a return authorization per the website. They emailed back that I could keep the sweater and they would refund $8.00. I advised not acceptable. They then offered $12. Again I told them I would pay to return the sweater and expected a full refund. This morning they offered $20.00 and I could still keep the sweater. They said returning the sweater to Dubai would be very expensive.

- Yonkers, NY, USA

I have been back and forth with the email provided. I did receive an item nothing like what I had ordered. The person requested pictures of the item received and the shipping label on the package. I provided the pictures but that person continues to ask for the pictures.

Ordered sneakers in this website for $160 on december 15th i can only email them their website is not secure no phone number no address just the email and no way if tracking the merchandise please help

- Westbury, NY, USA

I ordered clothes on their website. They held themselves out almost like SHEIN. After I ordered I asked for a tracking number which was sent via an email. I kept checking for a month and it seemed like the package was moving. When I last checked the tracking site it said delivered on 12/29 to my address. The only item delivered was a random fake ring which I did not order. So they sent a cheap fake ring and used a tracking system to make it seem like they actually delivered the products that I purchased.

- Brooklyn, NY, USA

I ordered an item on Nov 26 2022 , The item was an Enhanced retractable multi tool .

They have a tracking used for delivery , But it must be fake . Todays date is 01/02/23 and still not package .

As you can see, I bought clothes at a sale price. Added up to 61.12. What they did was add the merchandise retail and then there was no discount even when I had a discount code. I contacted customer service but their English is not good and they either don’t understand or pretend not to understand. I also filed a complaint with PayPal.

- Suffern, NY, USA

Purchased the gloves as advertised, received a confirmation email that my order was being "processed for shipment" on 11/21/22, made several attempts to email for follow-up information. I emailed because there is no contact information that was available on the very limited site. Now its been several email and well over a month of waiting with no updates and no response.

- Ewa Beach, HI, USA

bought Christmas Santa sleigh and reindeers early December 2022. To date have not received it. They tell you to track via shop.com. It says delivered but I did not receive it.

I call disconnected. No response to email or chat

- Bowie, MD, USA

I saw an ad on my YouTube homepage for an item that I thought would make a nice Xmas gift. The website was nberd.com but the logo at the top read NicetyBar. I stupidly ignored how strange that was and bought it through PayPal, which I falsely assumed would provide recourse if I encountered any problems, and it also gave me a false sense of security as I didn’t think PayPal would allow scammers to use their service. Peak Technology Limited was the name of the business that took my money so yet another mismatched name. I checked on the status of my order as it was getting close to Christmas and I had ordered it awhile ago and discovered the order was cancelled by the seller. I emailed them several times using any customer support email address I could find for them and a few days with no response led me to order the same item through Amazon much cheaper and report a problem through Paypal. The next day they got in contact saying my item was “in transit” and to “be patient” with them. I said I already ordered a replacement and according to their own tracking info my item was actually not in transit, the shipping label had just been created. So I request a refund, send the screenshots they ask for as proof of purchase to issue my money back, and then I receive an email dismissing my wish to go forth with their initial cancellation and my refund and simply insisting the item is in transit and I must be patient. Now that I’ve done some research on Peak Technology Limited I am of the opinion it is a scam and I will never receive the refund.

Took product pictures from another company. Then charged my account to an account in London.even thought it says their location is in NY. Along with an international transfer fee. Customer service does not answer. Item not delivered.

- Brooklyn, NY, USA

I purchased clothing items from them and have yet to receive them weeks later. They stopped responding to me.

- Howard Beach, NY, USA

Cast iron cookware set....from structw.com.....price of item 36.57.....claim it was delivered on the 10 of december at howard beach 11414...and i never receive ot

- Oakland Gardens, NY, USA

They offer products by third party sellers. Run like amazon & ebay, but for games. They first charge your account, hold your money, then start asking you for verification. Initial verification involves a photo of your card, with some numbers blocked out, then a photo of your passport/drivers license and/or other id and tax identification number. Then even after you submit those, they'll start asking for additional documents like water bill, bank statements, etc and other personal information. All the while holding your money. Even after canceling the order, the refund is not coming through and their responses are extremely slow as if they're stalling for time.
