I keep getting phone calls claiming to be from IRS, I actually called it back today and the guy was from another country, barely could understand him...when i asked for his name he said *** ***. He didnt call me by my Full name just middle. HE said he was calling from the IRS and trying to collect a debt. I told him I knew he was scamming because the IRS DOES NOT call you and that I know he was just scamming and that I was going to report him to the BBB and that he was fake and as soon as I said that he hung up....

This is the voicemail left on phone. I called back blocked and disquised my voice and acted as though i was terrified, he said, "don't worry, we are scammers' then hung up on me.

Received a call from (Missouri) 314-497-5229 saying they were the IRS. Said they needed to speak with my attorney regarding my fraudulent filing of my Federal taxes. I told the guy that I knew that he was a scammer and that the IRS "DOES NOT CALL PEOPLE" The scary thing is that they had my name and my home address. I know that it is a simple search that can get this information, but it seems like this scammers are upping there game.

I called this phone number back, oriental lady answered ( very loud background call center like noise) and I asked who this was, She stated " you don't need to know, you'll just be arrested" and hung up on me.
