"Emily from customer service" called. I asked what customer service and she said "can you hear me" and before I knew it I said "yes". The caller didn't sound automated, though I can't be sure of that. I hung up as her sleep began. It seems like these callers target same area code numbers.

Received a call that said..."hello, this is customer service" then there was a pause and they said "can you hear me"...I said "Yes" and then immediately remembered the scam where callers try to get you to call and say yes.
