Purchase some items for my son on their website. I paid additional money for expedited two-day shipping. Never received any confirmation about tracking or shipment or any delays. I reached out to the company several times. They keep giving me the same response and ignoring my request for cancelation and refund. I have done this several times already. I am now in the process of reporting it on multiple avenues and also getting my money back through my bank. The entire process of their communication style is completely shady and unprofessional.
