The package Also had tracking, which I seen from Jamaica NY, Cranbury NJ, Detroit MI, But when it reached My area USPS also had many emails on the same date of multiple times that Delivery was refused. Residence were home Both days of the five attempts to deliver. The last Delivery was the next morning and the USPS email stated that was emailed to neighbor as requested. THERE WAS NO REQUEST. Many issues with this: If resident were not home there is a building in the gated community for delivery, no attempt to prove the package was being dropped off. no name or address of the "neighbor", also when it was delivered. The package was a small envelope with Chinese characters printed on it and a small plastic toy was inside. Why was this attempt to deliver an item that fit into mailbox so hard to deliver at multiple times? The label arrived, but was it the original package the label was on? There is only a phone tree when calling USPS no option to ask a direct question. You personally need to drive to USPS, request a supervisor to find out where your package was dropped off. AND WHY would that even happen?
This year is the only time I've ordered items and they not arrive. This is the 3rd one this year, but the first to use a decoy tracking package. Also the conflicting emails from USPS( in my area only) about delivery when it arrived causes concerned of the supplies that could be accessed.
Paypal has attempted to reach the Supplier zhongyongjian. The process is still pending at this time.
The item arrived today: I got a right green plastic numbr 8. As soon as I opened the package I reported it to paypal. They'll investigate it and get back to me in 30 days.
Great.
Oh, forgot to mention that when I went back to the website it no longer comes up. I just get a message that says "This site cannot be reached"
Hopefully Paypal will be helpful and keep this scammer from using their service. I'm so annoyed.
I paid 79.99 for a plastic whistle
Walmart. In fact this is not the first time it happened to me this kind of mistake, this is now the third time. I don't have any use of this item and plan to send it back to where it came from so I looked at the packaging where the item was placed.

I googled this address and this is what I found: several complainants like me. Is this a scammed address?
Who would ship a pair of boots or shoes with way. When I call the 609-860-1808 number the person answered said they are Ste D and not E which is a lie. I asked to have these boots returned and she asked for an order number. What a scam. I am going request American Express to charge them back.

I ordered a golf club on-line, payed through PayPal and received a suction cup in a bubble mailer envelope 5 weeks later. They send a small light weight item in order to use a USPS tracking number as proof of delivery. A golf club doesn't fit in a 4"x6" bubble mailer, Scam alert!
