I ordered an Intex pool. The website said it was on sale for $98.99. I was SUPER excited. After the purchase, I had a weird feeling it was a scam because I did not get a normal follow-up email with tracking information. I just got my mail and received a package with nothing but two black plastic beads in it. Of course, it came from BFE Corporation. (address listed is 114 Melrich Rd. Cranbury NJ 08512-3510)

These guys placed an add on Instagram as a going out of business sale on golf clubs. All seemed legit throught the purchase process, and used PayPal to make payment. Well one Order never showed and the other I received from BFE Corp, was a toy plastic diamond the size of small pebble.

I ordered 2 appliances through the same company but 2 different people, sounded 2 good 2 b true but I did it anyway. Got receipts from PayPal showing what i paid with transaction numbers and everything, even received a tracking # for one in Jamica NY said it was being shipped and was picked up by bfe corporation, so far no more word on either of these purchases got to checking and the emails don't exist at all and the website Zoteb no longer comes up but the same appliances for the same price are advertised by another name that has the same type of website with a different product that has nothing to do with appliances. contacted PayPal who supposedly filed a claim but after reading these I doubt anything happens, i just hope my bank at least helps me out, but I'm the [censored] and feel exactly like it.

Ordered two 12 TB portable hard disk drives on ArtFire site for $198.00 from seller dilemma. He never provided information that the item shipped. Wrote him on ArtFire, then to his email addresses provided on ArtFire and PayPal (different email addresses). He never responded. Opened dispute on ArtFire. They said that seller dilemma has been booted from their system and I need to open dispute on PayPal. Did that and then, miraculously, the seller provided shipping details that says package was shipped by BFE Corporation Ltd in Chino, CA. I never received this package and live in closed gated area with only 9 houses. We have NEVER had any packages stolen. Now have found online that PayPal will likely NOT refund my money because it looks like the package was delivered. Other people have had this same scam happen. Next recommended step, if PayPal does not refund, is to open a claim with the credit card company. Lots of work and still not sure I will get my money back. Not only is the seller and BFE Corp Ltd a scam, but PayPal and ArtFire continue to let this scam happen, instead of cracking down on these people.

I always wanted a PlayStation 5 for a months, I was looking for it everywhere with absolutely no luck whatsoever, however, I some how found one on Artfire during the 4th of July and I really pumped up that I somehow finally found one and when I saw the package last Saturday when I came back from vacation for a week, I was really disappointed and upset on what I received. I have never received the PS5. Fortunately, PayPal refunded me the money after I put a claim on the item that I never received, WHAT A SCAM! One of these days I will finally find a PlayStation 5

I ordered 2 Xbox controllers for $72.80 (old Xbox 360s so price wasn't unbelievable) and received an old rag, literally, with a return address in Chino, CA. I figured even if it was fishy, PayPal would have my back. When I escalated this to Paypal as "received wrong item", they sent me instructions to send the item (the rag) back... not to California, but to some illegible address in freakin' China! If that wasnt' bad enough, the address was in Chinese characters, so even if I wanted to pay the crazy fee (likely as much as my purchase) I couldn't. So, paypal closed my case because I didn't provide the return information. I called customer service and they sent me to complaint.ic3.gov to file with the government before they would consider refunding my money. What a show! I see there are now 90 others that trusted Paypal for their transaction, yet it continues to allow BFE to process their scam. Un... believable. ?

I thought I was purchasing an Alexander 16' x12' gazebo. I paid by credit card through PayPal. I never received confirmation of the purchase or tracking information from the company. Sent email to seller with copy to PayPal requesting tracking information or a refund. Never heard from seller. Finally received tracking information from PayPal. What was received was a 6"x11" piece of cloth. I contacted PayPal requesting refund of the $99.00 paid. Waiting for response from PayPal.

I ordered a $99.00 shed from an add on facebook. I became alarmed when I did not receive a confirmation email or receipt. I called paypal to report suspicious transaction. Four weeks later I received a 4x6 inch envelope in the mail with a tiny bead in it. Beware!
