I purchased a Kitchenaide stand up mixer for $89.99. Today I received a green plastic whistle. WTH? Fraud Scammer Dishonest people. When they say if its too good to be true BELIEVE THAT! There was no paperwork inside the package.

Its extremely sad that there are people out there that are so devious and are thieves.

I ordered a laptop case from moderno collections back on 10/22/2020. I waited until 10/27/2020 to receive a tracking number from the company, but when I clicked the link to see the tracking number on the website, it said "We're sorry, but the page you requested could not be found.". I then manually searched for the tracking number online and USPS showed that the package was being shipped by BFE Corporation Limited and has not been picked up by USPS yet. I looked further into BFE corporation and was able to find a tracking system that pointed back to the Shenzhen logistics centre in china. The package was supposed to be shipping from Los Angeles, CA, but is actually coming from China. Upon emailing moderno collections, I received a generic email with the same tracking number that I received before and they did not answer any of the questions that I had asked in my email. I responded back stating that I wanted my package delivered ASAP or I wanted my money back and I have not heard back from the company. Do not shop on Moderno Collections for anything. Many other people have had similar issues with this company and BFE corporation.

I ordered 5pr of curtain tie backs from Seller sunshi7818(272)whiched totaled $74.50. I filed a complaint with Ebay about not getting these. What did come in the mail instead was a battery charger. From BFE Corporation in Akron. Believe me if I don`t get a refund like I`ve asked for & am getting a run around I will contact the BBB. I am totally discusted with these fake companies that all they want is your money. I will get action & keep demanding my refund.

On September 3, 2020, I purchased a Cricut Explore Air 2, Cherry Blossom machine priced at 59.99 @ 5:13 that evening. The total price charged to my credit card was for $68.98 which was taken on September 4th, 2020 @ 8:08 pm. The package that I received on September 16, 2020 @ about 11:30 am with the same tracking number as my order was a plastic whistle windmill (pictured below). I did email the sender to see if this was a mistake or some type of error and to this day, I have not heard a word. $68.98 is no small change to just give away.

I ordered 2 fold up beach chairs with a sun cover. I spent around $50.
Months later I received 2 cheap bags that you would out chairs in and it says package 1 of 1. I never received my chairs and can't make contact with anyone! So, I've paid and lost and am angry about it all.

My husband ordered an ebike from eovo-outdoor.com for $99.99 and since I haven't got any email from them for a month of tracking number I disputed this to my bank account and got a credit back. Then BFE Corporatiob sent a suction cup using USPS First Class Pkg with tracking number. Now this BFE have an audacity to fight back to get that $99.99 back to them, so I have to redispute the $99.99 from my bank again. They send the tracking number history to the bank and made it appeared that I got the ebike that I ordered which is in fact I got a suction cup. So now I am fighting back and I could prove to my bank how this scammer used tracking number history to get the money back to them! I will fight back for my hard earn money! If you get any item from them hold on into it you will need the tracking number on that envelope.

Ordered an electric hair trimmer. Tracking from USPS says a label was created on 8/16/2020. Today is 9/16/2020 and no tracking is available. It has been a month and based on the other review I'm sure if they do send it out that they will just send something random and not the item i purchased.
