So I was put into collections for a loan from zoca. I have been paying a mediation company called harten assent management. However national claims processing center keeps contacting me a Robert Lopez who says I owe money for the zoca loan. He claims zoca isn't communicating with the mediation center which is not true since I spoke to Shanna Davis who has been helping me. Her phone number is 346 296 8265. She informed me that multiple people are complaining about a Robert Lopez from national claims processing center. Shanna assured me I have been making all my payments on time and there is no reason you should be harassed. She called the number herself her phone warned her about it being a scammer. She told me to ignore and block the numbers. But how many other people are getting fooled and giving more money when they don't need to be.
