My son wanted an rc airplane. We didn't think it would be what he wanted since it was an inexpensive remote in comparison but with his changing interests it was better that way. We ordered it and took about 3 weeks to come. Once we received it and he opened up it is nothing what we ordered. It's an airplane but cheesy 3d model he has to put together. I tried to contact them and the email comes back as inactive. PayPal is even giving me a hard time getting my money back.

I purchased 3 Kitchen Aid mixers for $90.99 each & separately. On 07/22/2020, I received a small red gadget in a small pkg. at my P.O. with tracking # 9200 1902 6984 9001 4761 75. When I tracked it, it showed up as my first mixer. Now I know I was scammed not once but 3 times. Please help me to get my money back? I’m on a set income. I’m really upset. They have taken their website down & I have no way to contact anyone.

I ordered a Thor’s Hammer novelty tool box from a company on Facebook. Never got a tracking number, tried to email but address was bogus. Today I got this...it is Thor’s hammer but not quite what I ordered. Fortunately it was only 24.99 but it still irritates me that it happened. Guess I won’t be ordering off of Facebook again.

They were supposed to submit a tracking number for an electric bike ordered on Facebook paid for through PayPal under invoice 138186749-30986104; ID: 3YY87534R29726319 to get them to deny claim case# PP-D-75256417 contending it was proof of delivery of an electric bike.

I ordered a Sony camera package that was a "clearance" of "overstock" advertised through facebook. My purchase price was $119.00. After several weeks of no contact and a link to a bogus website, I contacted Paypal for a refund. Paypal opened a claim and requested that the seller post a tracking number. A few days later they did, then a package arrived in my mailbox. It was not the Sony camera package, but rather a small envelope containing a tiny rubber suction cup. This was a worthless item shipped to me to satisfy Paypal with a tracking number so they could keep the $119 they scammed from me.

We bought a Powertool from this company. On the envelope it say's the customer's Name Is: 39567.
All that came in for our money $29.98 was 3 Blades, and they are useless without the machine they go to. I have been unable to locate this item on any internet buying sites.

Is a shame that I have lost my confidence to buy on internet.

False advertising they advertise these balloons that you could fill up with water and the kids can jump up and down I spent $42.74 and I got two of airfield balloons that I probably could’ve purchased for $1.50 each. Also you can’t even put air in them. What a scam!

This is SCAM and Mail Fraud case. I am reaching out to AG in NY and NJ to investigate these scammers. The scam works like this. I was browsing facebook one night and an add showed up about a Electric bike, nice video marketing, very attractive price of $99 for 26in electric bike. sounded too good. Many comments stated that cant be real, but some said they placed an order. More important company EOVO-OUTDOOR been replying to all the questions, stating that because of covid-19 situation they needed to sell out their inventory etc. Besides company kept replying that if you pay via PayPal and there any issues, PayPal will cover the transaction. I was convinced to give it a try for such a great deal. I bought the "bike" paid via paypal. The company stated that the item will be shipped from UK and it will take 15-25 days. The next morning i had some time to do more researched and found that this bike costs $599 online, and there are several posts online claiming EOVO-OUTDOOR is a scam. So i emailed the company and asked to cancel the order, i also contacted PayPal and asked to open a dispute. So here is the scammy part, company replied back that the order is processing and they provided a tracking number to PayPal. PayPal told me that since the tracking number is provided and the item is delivered seller will automatically win the case. But the tracking number was an USPS tracking number coming from BFE Corporation Limited in Cranbury, NJ. Now the company stated that the item will be shipped from UK, yet a tracking number was USPS. Doing more research i found that BFE Corporation has scammy behavior, where they will ship some garbage, a rubber band or hair piece in a small envelop with tracking number just to show that the delivery was made. Afterwards, PayPal will automatically award the money to the seller. You can dispute that the item received is not what you ordered but that will require you to ship the item back, back to UK or China address which will cost more than you paid for.

So the best thing to do is to REFUSE the package upon delivery. DO NOT OPEN the package if you could not refuse the package on delivery, just return it back to your local postal service and write and say you refuse this package. If PayPal sees on tracking details that the package was refused, than you automatically win the case and will get your money back.

My name is Ted Moses and I ordered a mouse for my Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop. I never ordered the mouse from Hong Kong as it showed I did on EBAY! I have no idea how Hong Kong got involved. I have purchased many items on EBAY over the past 8 or 9 years and have never been scammed such as this bull[censored]!

I never buy items overseas because of the couple of p.o.s charges that were posted to my account in the past and their horrible delivery status. I was charged $9.28 for the mouse and another pos tax added for.28 cents from Hong Kong making my total $9.58.
Adding insult to injury, I received the mouse today from another label posted over the original label that may have come from Hong Kong.

Surprisingly, when I opened the envelope I was shocked to see that the wireless mouse had 2 usb's instead of one normally. The other usb was smaller that fit right into the mouse. Now how in the hell could I use the damn mouse that could not function because of being a non-wireless mouse. What kind of B.S. are these lying thieves selling people. I am furious at this treatment from HONG KONG! Please help get these [censored] stopped!
