We bought a Powertool from this company. On the envelope it say's the customer's Name Is: 39567.
All that came in for our money $29.98 was 3 Blades, and they are useless without the machine they go to. I have been unable to locate this item on any internet buying sites.
How do we get our money back?

Item was delivered no where to be found who received the package
So the best thing to do is to REFUSE the package upon delivery. DO NOT OPEN the package if you could not refuse the package on delivery, just return it back to your local postal service and write and say you refuse this package. If PayPal sees on tracking details that the package was refused, than you automatically win the case and will get your money back.

I never buy items overseas because of the couple of p.o.s charges that were posted to my account in the past and their horrible delivery status. I was charged $9.28 for the mouse and another pos tax added for.28 cents from Hong Kong making my total $9.58.
Adding insult to injury, I received the mouse today from another label posted over the original label that may have come from Hong Kong.
Surprisingly, when I opened the envelope I was shocked to see that the wireless mouse had 2 usb's instead of one normally. The other usb was smaller that fit right into the mouse. Now how in the hell could I use the damn mouse that could not function because of being a non-wireless mouse. What kind of B.S. are these lying thieves selling people. I am furious at this treatment from HONG KONG! Please help get these [censored] stopped!
