So I purchased a kayak from the website and never received any shipping information or anything until after I raised a complaint with PayPal. I tracked the package until received and what was shipped was a small plastic disk. I'm really hoping PayPal comes through and covers us since we have them all the info. Attached are the pics what was received. Very disappointed with the company it's obviously a scam

I ordered a pool pump for $98.67. I recieved a small change purse type thing worth maybe 50 cents. The tracking number for the pool pump is saying it was delivered. Everything about the package is the same as everyone on here is saying. BFE Corporation. I emailed the company I supposedly bought the pool pump from and got an email in chinese. No idea what it says. PayPal hung up on me so I filed a claim thru Wells Fargo, since thats the account linked to my PayPal account. Wells Fargo was very helpful, maybe PayPal will take a dispute initiated by the bank more seriously than they took my dispute attempt.

My guess, from all the posts here, we'll never get a refund from PayPal. They'd go bankrupt if they did! Face it ladies and gentlemen, we're screwed. Maybe contacting the NJ AG, we could get BFE Corp shut down. But they'd probably pop up somewhere else.

Purchased DeWalt Tools, received a plastic whistle. Tried to get someone from PayPal to talk to or chat with and that is near impossible. Additionally; they have no record of my transactions although my bank does. I am amazed that PayPal doesn't know that this BFE is nothing but a scam. I got suckered in by the prices, I should have researched before the purchase. My bank covers me in situations like this, so all is not lost. No next time, research first.

I ordered a 12 ft intex above the ground swimming pool for my leg therapy. This co. Used the USPS to deliver the merchandise but what I received was a green plastic whistle in a small white envelope. I dare not to put this whistle in anybody's lips considering that the package is showing Chinese writings. Who knows what virus we get i n this package. It might be Covid19.

This co. Should be shut down and sued for corruption and fraudulent business practices.. It is a criminal and felony offenses especially they are using the u. S. P. S. And inter-state and international commerce. I will report this to the va state commission, to the ftc, to the U.S. Consumer affairs and to PayPal. I believe pay-pal has the responsibilities to its consumers.

Please advise if you have more info on how to stop this and how to get our money back.

I've filed a complaint w/ PayPal. Ordered a 10' above ground pool, $50. Got the standard plastic whistle others have received. PayPal gave me an address in China to return it to, even though it came from BFE Corp in NJ. This Co needs shut down.

Ordered a Go Pro HERO. Only received an off brand go pro mount. Checked the advertisement again thought maybe we misread and it was supposed to be the camera. Said thing is my son worked hard to earn the money to pay for this and he basically got scammed.

on July 11, 2020 I purchased an adult 3 wheel tricycle for my disabled child ; on July 28 I received an white envelope in my mailbox with a yellow plastic key just like you guys are showing. I contact paypal opened a claim, which has been denied because shipping /tracking information show it was delivered. I've re-contacted paypal asking them to think, and explain how can a 3 wheel adult tricycle fit in an envelope that is 6 x 3 let alone standard mailbox. NO RESPONSE.

Using PayPal, I ordered and paid $27.89 for a Multifunctional pot cooking and frying pan. What I received was a small metal sieve. It is about 2” deep with the other dimensions about that of a credit card. I am contacting PayPal requesting a full refund as I did not get what
